Vern showed up on the day service was scheduled (always a plus!). He worked on my patio door efficiently until it glided smoothly again, finding a very inexpensive solution to what I feared might be a very expensive problem. It was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to call the North Conway Portland Glass store again for my door/glass issues!

There was a small issue with one of my glass doors, I didn t even notice it and they wouldn t install it. They wanted it to be perfect so they ordered a whole new door and did a great job in the install.They communicated through the whole process.Wendy is great!

Excellent and timely service to replace a cracked windshield! Notified the insurance company on initial call, scheduled replacement two days later. Work was completed ahead of promised time, and I was notified by Wendy the vehicle was waiting for me! What a team! Thanks, kids!

Called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment to have 2 windows measured for new glass. Was told someone would contact me . Still waitingGot a call today and everything is all set.The glass came in and it was installed. The technicians did a Great job and were finished in a very timely manner. Great Job Thanks.

I had a unique situation with my convertible back window separating from the top. I went to three different shops before Jeff took on the challenge and did a great job resealing it. It has been a few weeks now and everything looks great!

Overall, they did a great job. All employees were professional and friendly. It did take a little longer for the new glass to be installed,, but I think it was due to COVID-19 issues. I would certainly use them again and strongly recommend them to others.

The staff at Portland Glass were amazingly accomodating with my vehicle windshield replacement. Wendy even took time to call the estimator to explain why the windshield could not be fixed and had to be replaced. Great customer service - I'd recommend these folks to anyone!

Very patient & supportive while dealing with a difficult insurance issue ! They were very helpful in assisting insurance clear up any questions/concerns . Staff are amazing , friendly & very professional

Vern and team were awesome! Replacing all of our windows on a cold December day had me on edge, but it was a spectacular experience. I can t say enough about how satisfied we are. Above and way beyond. Thank you. We re nice and toasty now :)

I had a quote from Pella for $5,000+, Portland Glass worked with me and I only had to replace some of the window panes for $600+!Customer service was amazing and the guys that replaced the windows were friendly, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.Call them and make an appointment!

I am a local Realtor, and was showing a house with an older single paned glass door that stuck a little bit. I pushed it with my hip to open it and it shattered!! I was mortified but called Portland Glass. They sent someone out to help me within the hour, and were so helpful and truly saved the day! I thought for sure it would be weeks before anyone could get there, so I was SO pleasantly surprised when they took pity on me and came out the same day. Thank you Vern!!!

Renee sent me to the North Conway location, and I'm beyond happy that she did! Carlija and the rest of the team there were top notch, and they were even able to get my inspection sticker transferred over to the new windshield! Thank you!

Excellent service company. They scheduled my appointment for the same week and had me in and out in 90 minutes. I highly recommend Portland Glass for windshield replacement

Had them replace rear window on my truck cap. They needed to make a template so that took an extra week to get. Well obviously the glass was cut wrong. So what did these clowns do? They cut the frame for the glass to fit. THEY ACTUALLY SHORTENED THE FRAME TO MEET THE GLASS! No joke that's what they did.Problem with that is now there is a gap for rain and snow to get in. Cut the frame.. really? Cover up a mistake with a much bigger one. Thing is that bigger one can't be undone! There is no way to correct their screw up.. new frame? unavailable out of production! Sicking part was the fact that I got a lower price at their competition but made a dumb choice and decided to pay higher price hoping for quality work. What a blunder that was. I feel more a victim than a customer. I should put a sign on my truck " Hey check out Portland glass workmanship" with big arrow pointing to the gap they created. Every time I open my back window I will be reminded never to go to that hack joint again. They strive for 110% customer satisfaction what a joke.I have to live with their screw up. So ticked off I will post everywhere I can in the internet Tell everyone who will listen of my experience at Portland Glass in North Conway.You should avoid this place don't allow yourself to become another victim.As a follow upManager said he would make it right that was 2 months ago. Its is now 12/19/19 Still waiting! Maybe forgot. I don't have that pleasure as i look at it every single dayRead their propaganda it says they want customers 110% satisfied what a joke that is. NOT EVEN THE 10% here.This is follow up. todays date 8/18/22 over 2 yrs now and still have not corrected the issue as they promised. Guy told me he will make it right.. STILL WAITING!!!

Had 2 window panes replacedIn our house and took a while due to Covid - however the staff was always very friendly through the process and the installer was quick and did a great job!
