I love these guys I went in there to get a new battery a little while back and they were just so helpful and friendly he even carried it to my car for me. I just went back to return the old battery and again two of them gave me great service helping me find some transmission fluid. I really appreciate the local source and people like these guys who make your day better:-) oh yeah and I love my dog dog treats all the way :-)

When you go to NAPA, see Anthony. Anthony's your guy. Anthony's your friend. I went in for a spare trailer tire after leaving my rig on someone's front lawn on West Side Road. Time was of the essence. And though NAPA didn't stock what I desperately needed Anthony called around to 3 stores not named NAPA and found me what I needed! A Christmas miracle come early. We need more Anthonys in the world. Thanks Anthony!

I had the very best experience here the other day...I could not find a rear windshield wiper anywhere for my car as mine had broken off..The man who helped me at Napa went above and beyond..he was determined to find me one..they were out of the specified one so he researched and actually went out and tried 2 different wipers on my car in the freezing cold...they didnt fit so he kept searching and finally the 3rd one he tried fit! I wish I knew his name because he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service.I told him he had made my day because he did..All the guys are great at Napa-I deliver food to them alot-so if you need anything for your vehicle this would be the #1 place to go!

Love to deal with the people in my local Napa which is in redstone New Hampshire. What can I say they know parts for sure. Fast courteous service! If it's not in stock it will be there by the next day or sooner! I hate it when something breaks down and I need a part but that's where I go! I like to deal local and I like to deal with the same people that treat me right! George

The customer service at Redstone Napa is beyond superb. I've been in that store for myriad reasons, for every auto repair need on so many different vehicles I have had for over 13 years. The people behind the counter have spent tons of time with me, never making me feel burdensome. Easily the coolest people to work with and to have on your side. Have never been steered wrong and have received advise beyond what I even thought I might need to know. I love the people at this store, each service rep has unique qualities that make a difficult car repair experience more enjoyable. Bottom line is I really couldn't do the repairs without these people. And they understand my language to describe the item I need..."The pokey thing that goes under the, um, ah, ya, that thing." Thank you all for your courtesy, expertise, and professionalism, and for sometimes being so amusingly funny.

Walked in. Got ignored. Waited about 15 minutes. Left.I go to Napa stores. I am not a regular at this store.Do better

I am employed as operations manager at the seasons at attitash Resort nh and have used northeast autobody multiple times this year from autobody to paint to welding I always get multiple quotes and have seen a tremendous difference in quotes from northeast autobody verses there competitors so I say if you want an honest company start at northeast autobody and you will end up at northeast AUTO THANK YOU TO AN YOUR EMPLOYEESBOB FURNEYOPERATIONS MANAGERSEASONS RESORT NH
