Auto Care Plus's customer service is genuinely amazing, we had a car emergency an hour from home and they got me in immediately. Just saying that they were helpful and accommodating isn't nearly enough, they truly cared and went out of the way to make sure we were able to complete our adventure in a loaner car. Our Mechanic was sharp enough to spot a manufacturing defect with the part they received and procured another one I'm sure saving us time and money.I wish I could do more than just leave a stellar review but in doing so I hope other folks will go there and be just as impressed as we were.Thank you, you really saved us.

A great experience! Very comfortable waiting room and complimentary coffee, soda and candy. They also have WiFi and charging stations. Even a desk if you need. To the car. I appreciate the set diagnostic charge instead of an hourly mechanics fee. The cars running smooth now and they were able to fix my concerns. They also pumped the brakes on continuing to diagnose a problem that would have ended in thousands on parts. Ann Marie was so courteous and everyone seemed quite honest.

Professional shop, reasonable prices, great result.Like many folks who regularly spend their weekends and vacations in the Mount Washington Valley, my car is serviced down south where I spend my weekdays. Then, disaster struck. Pulling into my driveway in Glen at 4:00 pm on Friday, my car began to run rough and the check engine light was on. My code reader told me it was serous. After checking on-line reviews, I called Auto Care Plus�and spoke with Anthony minutes before closing. He put me on the schedule as soon as the doors opened again. In the meantime, I asked around town and people praised the shop and the people. When they got my car in, Auto Care Plus�diagnosed the condition, got the specialty part in from a dealer down south, and Anthony kept me informed along the way (on top of the automated text and email system updates). When the work was done, consistent with the estimate, (I don t have the name of the tech but props to him as well), Annie checked me out efficiently (and was patient while I thanked Anthony for all his hard work) and my car is running like new. when I'm up here.

Can t say enough about the crew here. Top notch service. Had a leak and they addressed it immediately and sent me on my way. Could ve raked me over the coals but gave me a fair price for such great service.

They did an excellent job repairing my car. I was told by many locals that they were great. Even the local Fast Cab driver I had to use said the same thing.I did feel at first that it took a long time to complete the job and to figure out what was wrong. Once they focused on my vehicle, they communicated to me what the problem was and what the cost of repair would be.Nothing was done without my approval.Cost of repair increased, but I was totally in the loop.They even found a way to minimize the cost using a AAA CARD.I was pleased, my repairs were properly done.Great friendly customer service made it even better.I will recommend them to all my friends and family.Thank you Auto care plus!

I had an oil change and a brake fluid flush scheduled, and the day before my appointment got a bunch of warnings appear on my dash. Annie got me in immediately to check out these issues in addition to the scheduled items. As I am planning a road trip in the next few days, I really appreciated the flexibility that the team in North ConeY provided

Driving up to New Hampshire I heard a significant warble in my tires and it was very unsettling. We had just had over $3,200.00 work done on the vehicle from a different garage in my hometown. I couldn't imagine what it could be but driving with children you always want to make sure you're 100% safe especially climbing over mountain passes in New Hampshire in the winter.It's the day after Thanksgiving and people didn't call me back and people were closed. However. This repair facility took me in and got me straightened out in record time. It turns out that I didn't need tires my wheel weights had just come off on the drive up and I didn't have to buy new tires. Didn't even try to sell me new tires.They did a safety inspection to make sure that everything was good to go in the suspension as well and I was in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend this repair facility to my family and friends and I thank them very much for being open the day after Thanksgiving. They are very American and care very much about people and veterans. Semper Fi.

Fun happy helpful professional staff. Fair pricing. They keep you well notified of progress. Even with one technician out on a non work related injury they still had my car done in a jiffy. They even loaned me a car! Thank you Auto Care Plus!

Very friendly,helpful in town on vacation developed a brake leak that needed to be repaired, in order to tow camper home. They got me right in repaired the problem ( replaced leaky calipers) and were done in under2 hrs+|_. I had a great experience having my vehicle fixed here. While other shops in the area were unable to service my car until several months, Auto Care PLus was able to get it done quickly and were communicitve the entire process. Very nice people. I had a leaky tire and they got me right in. The only reason I m giving four instead of five stars is it did take a 1 hour 45 minutes for the repair. Which is a little much.

Dishonest repair shop that preys on out-of-town customers! Had my car towed to their shop when my RF suspension coil broke after driving through a huge pot hole. They emailed a slick quote with numerous "recommended" repairs along with an estimate of $2,172 to repair the front end suspension. I was suspicious about their quote because one of their recommendations was a complete rear brake job. I had that work done less than 6 months prior at a reputable shop that I have done business with for many years. When I asked questions about the details of their inspection/recommendations I realized that they assumed I didn't know anything about autos and their repair, and their explanations changed. I also learned that their labor rate was an exorbitant $150/hr. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, I had the car towed to Portsmouth at my expense for $400. The actual repairs required was only the replacement of both front coil springs at a total cost of less than $1,000! The car has been operating without any problems for the last month. Looking at the reviews for this shop, it appears that they take advantage of people who are eager to get back home safely after their vehicle breaks down while visiting the WMV. Avoid going to this shop unless you want to significantly lighten your wallet!Service: Steering & suspension repair

You can read all the reviews and all businesses have some good and some not so good. My experience with this place has been above expectations. I use them for all my auto needs. They are super friendly and do great work. The girl Anne at the front desk is awesome. Always asking how things are going with the car and the family. Overall just a great place. They send a great report about your car with photos showing what the issues are if any. Keep up the great work, I had just changed my two front wiper blades and brought it in for an oil change and found out that the back wiper was worn/damaged. True honest... Love u guys and gals. Honest dealership. Sherry Anne was excited when she found repairs would be less than originally thought. Loaner car given which my grandchildren very happy about cause we would have been stuck. Hope they expand to MA soon, North Conway, NH great shop!!

I brought my car in because my check engine light was on, for an emissions system issue and maybe a few other issues, as well as I needed an inspection sticker and I asked them to do my brakes. They called me a few hours later and said my car was all set. Went back to get it and they didn't do my brakes and did absolutely nothing about the engine light. They took my money for a year inspection and slapped a 3 month sticker on the window and said to come back if the engine light stays on.. Of course it's going to stay on- they didn't do anything to fix it. I told them to do whatever it needed to be fixed and if it needed special parts to order them and I'll bring it back. Huge waste of time and money. I even wasted over $200 a rental because I know my car needs a lot of work and should have taken a lot longer. Now I have to pay for another inspection from somewhere else because I will not return there ever again.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Sherry and Anne where amazing! While on my honeymoon my serpentine belt started to cord itself and come apart. I called to see if they had availability and they got me in ASAP. They replaced my belt and got me back to enjoying my honeymoon with my new wife guickly! Great customer service, friendly environment and A+ service. Thank you again so much,Mr. & Mrs. DiRenzo

Excellent service. I dropped my car off for new tires and alignment at 8:30am and the work was done by 12pm. I would highly recommend Auto Care Plus.

the best and most professional shop i've ever dealt with ! just purchased a used vehicle that has some issues and they went over it top to bottom . gave me a very detailed inspection report to address the issues i'm having . they spent about 2 hrs. including test drive , even found a small nail in tire and patched it ! thank you !!!

I've been going to Auto Care Plus since I moved to the valley 5 years ago, and they've always been wonderful. Despite needing several repairs within the past few months, they've been very accommodating and thorough with all of the work done on my car. They always do a multi-point inspection to ensure that your car is safe and fully taken care of before you leave their lot. They're also very friendly and trustworthy. Sherry at the front desk is always a pleasure to chat with, and extremely personable. I've been to a few other local mechanics, and Auto Care Plus is definitely my #1 - would highly recommend to locals and visitors alike!

If I could give less than one star I would- I dropped my car off to get rear pads and rotors- initially quoted $472 and they could get me in the next day at 730. Sounds great right?? No. Dropped my car off before 730, had to call them 3 times to get updates as they hadn t taken it back yet. Next time I called was 130ish- and they then said it was going in next and the tech would call me asap. At 230, I called back and asked for update- was told that the calipers were seized and that it would now be $1901.00 to get it all done. I asked them to hold off and I called around to other places in town and was quoted over $1000 less for the same work. I called back and asked Autocare to have my car ready to pick up and that I would be taking it to another servicer. I then took it to Midas where Lance and Chris got it in, and took a look- no calipers were needed - in fact they stated that there was no way that Auto care even looked at the car as they had to hammer the tire off all in all, do NOT take your car here- they ll overcharge and charge for things you don t need I fully recommend Lance and Chris at Midas- hands down amazing techs and service.Service: Brake service & repair
