This was one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. I came in for four tires mounted, balanced, with an alignment. The price was the best around and the service was unparalleled. My Audi needed a specific bolt that a previous mechanic "fixed". I was on a very tight budget to make this work. Gunner was able to fabricate a very specific looking style of bolt with one he had and a washer. You can really tell this man/company cares about his customers. He was able to fix the issue the other place neglected and he didn't even charge extra! Unheard of level of commitment and service. I was driving around in quite possibly the smoothest ride since owning the vehicle after coming here. I can not recommend these guys enough. It's a smaller operation so be patient if there's a waiting period. It's worth the wait.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

If you want a truly honest mechanic, Wicklund's is the place! These guys are as good as it gets! I have been bringing my personal vehicles and work vans here for years, never been lied to or sold something I didn't need.

Not only was my broken water pump efficiently replaced just prior to the busy holiday weekend, the cost was well within my budget. As a busy small business owner, I only needed to reschedule one client while my car was repaired. This means heaps to me!I was so impressed with the service at Wicklund's that I decided to continue on with them in getting the rest of the repairs/maintenance performed on my car.Thank you for taking fantastic car of my aging vehicle!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I was referred to Wicklunds and schedule two different repairs. First they repaired my brakes. They were reasonable and quick to scheduled it. They called to confirm the repairs and costs. They took the time to keep me informed.The second repair was a nagging occasional shake in my steering wheel. They researched the cause and talked with the manufacture to determine that there was service bulletin on the issue. Leo did the research to ensure that they were doing the correct repair. The provided me a quote and scheduled the repair. I picked it up this afternoon and was happy to find out that the repair came in below the estimate. Best part, the shake was gone.Gunnar took the time this afternoon to go over the repair.I recommend they without reservation.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I meant to write a review about this place awhile ago! I brought my car in to these guys after shopping around for quotes at other shops, and Wicklund's gave me the best quote. I was looking for a place that would install a part on my car that I had already purchased at Grappone Toyota, which is harder to find than you might think! Lee was very helpful and very HONEST. I actually ended up paying less than what was quoted because the work didn't take them as long as expected. I was thrilled and I will DEFINITELY be going back if my car need any more work in the future.

I am Fairly new to the area And I needed a good mechanic. I had a gas leak coming from the top of my gas tank . I googled Auto repair shops in the area read the reviews for wickland And I felt comfortable going to see Lee for an estimate. As you can imagine the estimate Was fairly high Given the nature of the job. I dropped my vehicle off to be repaired . When I went to pick my vehicle up I was extremely surprised that the repair wasn't As involved as originally thought. My bill was less than half of what was originally estimated. Lee and his staff proved to me their honesty and integrity. Not only did I make the correct choice I will use wicklunds auto as my go to mechanic.

This shop was recommended by a friend who's in the industry. We have used them as our go to shop when we lived in Concord and I have always recommended them to others. They have good prices and they are very honest in everything they do. Great customer service as well. Hard to find a shop you can trust but this is one of the few you can..

I was very hesitant to bring my truck to a new place for service since moving to Concord but I dropped off my truck and the service, communication and pricing was so surprisingly great. I look forward to using Wicklunds for all of my vehicles in the future
