I have a Jaguar and the service is absolutely above and beyond exceptional compared to the dealership that I purchased this at and that is Jaguar itself. Also my sons 2006 BEAST of a car .Gary, goes beyond any expectation I could ever have , from scheduling my service to fit MY need, cost comparison for requires services, & no matter what my emergencies are his professionalism and demeanor is consistent and brings me back to reality. Honest with integrity, friendly yet explains the fine print so there is NO back handed added zeros! I have even seen him roll up his sleeves and help when staff was short and order slips were stacked tall! I have been coming here to VIP Concord for over a decade and seen many people come & go,and I really hope corporate is grooming Gary to stay for a long time, he brings quality service with that old school attitude of going the extra mile you don t seem to get anymore.I mean think about it, I bring my Jaguar here , this has to say how much I trust in his service and care towards my vehicle. He also personally makes sure every time my vehicles are done with any service, that they are cleaner than I brought it in, the service is fast and efficient, I was comfortable if I waited , I had a local ride If available, once we even ordered lunch for delivery! The waiting room is cleanly, especially for a car garage lol and the way the staff all seem to get along just adds to the friendly atmosphere So , for all the years coming to Concord VIP, the service certainly has leveled up a few 100 with Gary (and that s being conservative) He is definitely the face and go to guy at VIP ! Check Engine light appeared on my Dodge Journey on Thursday, Jan. 18. Dealer could not look at my SUV until Jan 30. Husband suggested I drop into VIP. Very happy I did! The VIP team quickly diagnosed the problem and assured me my vehicle was safe to drive. I was offered an appointment for the next day. When I was unable to do that, I was offered a Saturday appointment if I could come in early and leave the car for the day. A perfect solution for me! Service Manager Corey was efficient and friendly. He updated me with status and also treated me as a person, a big contrast with the dealership. Going forward, VIP has my maintenance business!Maryevelyn Monty Pilotte

Alan and Gary are very friendly, helpful and honest. When I bring my car in I know I will get the best work from the Master Mechanic at a fair cost. VIP Concord is the only auto service shop I will take my car too!!! Thank you again to the whole staff.

Cory and Bird where so kind, professional and honest. I had the pleasure of pleasant conversation, a comfortable seat in the waiting area, and complimentary coffee! They went above and beyond to make my car was safe for my road trip north. Thank you very much VIP Concord. You should be proud!

I needed an inspection STAT and they were able to get me in very quickly and it worked perfectly with my lunch break. Very friendly staff!! I would definitely recommend!

I take my car here for all my oil changes and most other services and purchase my tires from VIP as well- not only is the staff very friendly and helpful but the prices are really fair and more affordable than local competitors. I always feel like my vehicle is in great hands when I leave it here for service.

Great guys, always fast and on point. Always very respectful of my time. I started coming here last year when my usual auto shop cancelled my appointment without telling me and VIP was able to squeeze me in to swap my tires just before a storm. This year I just came here instead and very glad that I did. Great service and experience

Always great service! I have been going to this VIP for a couple of years and never had a problem. Corey by the is AWESOME!!Side note: I have the worst luck with tires, and they are always accommodating to help me. It makes my day knowing I can count on them.Thank you guys!

I only take my car to VIP tires due to the customer service and quality of work. Corey is a great manager and is there for his customers. No nonsense shop. They Don't sell you services you don't need but will keep you informed of and issues. These guys keep their word. The staff was friendly. Cory, the Manager had excellent customer service and a fantastic work ethic with his employees. I explained the issue with my headlights and he was able to schedule my vehicle for a headlight restoration that afternoon. My vehicle's headlights were trouble and when the technician was finished the headlights looked brand new. I highly recommend the Concord VIP Team.

I had a problem with my hood latch on my 2011 Toyota Hylander and it would not fully close. I had been having my service done at the Concord VIP and was happy with the service so decided to have them fix the latch. They replaced the latch they ordered from Toyota but shortly after it was installed the hood was not working again and would not fully close. The cable going to the latch was rusted so they ordered it from Toyota and an day later replaced the cable thinking that may be the problem. However when they installed the cable the hood would now not open. It took a few days but once they got the hood opened it was determined that the latch was defective. As a result they ordered a new latch and cable. The material came in a day later and they installed both and this time the was success. The Manager Cory called me to indicate the vehicle was now ready. When I had brought the vehicle in initially I had mentioned that the battery needed to be checked as I had boosted it twice in the last week. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle Cory let me know that not only had they fixed the problem but they had also put in a new battery. He said that because of the long delay and getting my vehicle back that all the work including the battery was no charge. I still can't believe it. I mean this was an issue for me because I was without a car for 5 days but also for VIP as the issue was not caused by them but by a faulty oyota part. Great people and great service!!

I always have a good experience at this VIP location. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient technicians. Whenever I have a question about my car I will call or stop by and they are always helpful. One time I was ready to leave on a 6 hour drive and found that my battery was dead. I brought my car down and replaced it quickly and Iwas on my way.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Electrical, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Oil change

I have a Nissan Rouge and brought it in to VIP when it started making a weird noice in the front end. Cory and his crew were all very knowledgeable and helped to diagnose my problem. They gave me a quote for the work and I was back a few days later to get the problem fixed. Thank you Cory for all your help.

I made an appointment for Sunday Nov 26th at 3pm, I just drive an hour because they are the only place not busy, and they told me they couldn t do my alignment because there was a car stuck on the lift No call before or anything, I m going to waste 2 hours of my time coming here and going home.They have multiple car lifts but only one works??? No alignment done, bad customer service, overall I can get an alignment anywhere else, and that s what I m going to do. Never go to VIP tires no matter the location there is always something wrong, I ve only and always had bad experience's here. I recommend Monroe s tires, and if your around Manchester or concord area, any tire warehouse had great customer service and is almost always open to a new appointment.-update I sat outside another hour and they had a car come out test drive it and go back in. At this point I believe the kids on shift were lying.

VIP in concord nh on Manchester st is amazing ! They did what they needed to do and nothing more or less they are also very respectful and kind and make sure their customers are taken care of and explained situations . I reccomend to go see them for any and all work ! I will be back for sure !

These boys are great if you're getting simple maintenance done. See them for tire changes, basic fluids, battery, inspection, etc. I would not visit again to get my brakes worked on. What follows is a record of what occurred with my vehicle over the past TWO months due to woefully inadequate service.TL;DR: Came in for a tire change, got my brake system ruined and was given the runaround until I felt forced to go somewhere else.***A technician noted during the replacement of a flat tire that my brake pads were low, and I should consider changing them. I took them up on the offer, and thought I would be all good to go. Two birds with one stone! My brakes felt fine, but I would love for them to be a bit tighter.On the drive back after my pads and rotors were replaced, I heard screeching from one of the replaced front brakes, and felt a chugging on the other. I now frequently had to manually raise my brake pedal in order for the vehicle to continue moving. I reported this to VIP and they saw me the next day. They did NOT offer warranty service for their work, citing that the cause of the sound and poor performance was a stuck caliper in the front driver brake (the chugging one -- the screeching was not addressed for some reason).By the end of my work day, the car was not repaired. The technicians reported that the new caliper absolutely wouldn't budge, but they couldn't tell why. They reported that brake fluid wasn't flowing to the caliper despite their vigorous attempts to bleed and reflow brake fluid. I show up at the shop with the naive hope that, perhaps in their closing minutes, I would get to drive my car home.Somehow, miraculously, they got the caliper to move! It was at this point I should have gotten suspicious, but I was simply relieved to drive a car home that day, as nearby rentals were long-closed. Sadly, the grinding and screeching failed to go away. In fact, it became worse -- the front brakes would now get hot and odious when driving, even if I rarely braked, and even if I manually lifted the brake pedal to neutral. I brought my car in the next day to address the problem, and they reported the brakes fixed a third time, citing some "shims that were bent out of place". To their credit, I only heard the screeching for a week after this repair, and they offered this service for free. The screeching and chugging continued shortly after driving my car home again, but at this point I had been through (and been charged!) enough.I drove on my busted brakes for a few weeks before I had enough reserved to see a new shop. I told him what I had been through, and he took my vehicle in for such much-needed TLC. The technician at the new place noticed a problem immediately -- there was a LOT of brake fluid in my system. In order to create the pressure necessary to move that original "stuck" caliper, my entire brake system had been completely drowned in brake fluid. My other brakes with the old calipers couldn't handle the excess pressure, which is why they would get so hot, and my master cylinder was *completely* destroyed. Bleeding the brakes revealed that there was now almost no pressure coming from the cylinder, meaning I couldn't drive my car (unless the technician at my new repair facility repeated the same dubious tactic that VIP had).Upon the new tech's recommendation, I had the master cylinder replaced at the dealership. I finally have my car back in my possession with functional brakes, and all it cost me was nearly ten times as much as I expected to pay for some new tires. I'm gutted. The gentlemen at VIP are nice, stand-up fellas. But I don't think I'll let them past my tires if I visit again. Thanks for reading my diatribe. Have a great day.

Do NOT GO HERE! They are thieves. Not only did they overcharge me for labor when my truck barely was in for 30min, the mechanic wasn't even working on it the whole time, then they had the audacity to pretend they weren't charging me for all the labor when in reality it took 50% less time than the bid, then they charged me $150 for a part thats $25-60. This is the 2nd time I've felt screwed over after using their services, NEVER AGAIN!

I had a flat tire on Sunday morning, No one else could take a look at it.Gary said to come in around 2 and he would squeeze me in.My issue was fixed in less than half an hour (valve stem needing replacement)5 stars, The Tire Warehouse 1/4 mile from my house, Where I bought the tires told me to pound sand, My next set will come from VIP

I was worried about my car breaking down due to a loud noise that started mid way during my trip. They took me in that day to make sure the car was safe to drive and let me know what was wrong and how I could get it fixed. Great service and even got an oil change.

Very lovely experience, I was $20 short for my oil change and the nice man who was helping me offered to cover it for me. 10/10 costumer service , would definitely recommend coming here
