My 1969 Alfa Veloce Spider needed a head gasket, which is a pretty substantial repair. Jo has been working on this car for decades. It is a great feeling to know that Jo knows this car and its history. I trust these guys and know one of my most treasured possessions is truly cared for. It's pretty rare to find a place where knowledge, skill and honesty are an everyday occurrence.Service: Engine repair

Joe, Bill and Teddy at Veloce are hands down the best in the business. I brought my Mitsubishi Evo in to them half broken in boxes. Bill took my shattered precious transmission and put together a hefty package that can handle the power I am putting down. Teddy and Bill's great troubleshooting and software knowledge figured out all the quirks in this car. DO NOT bring your car anywhere else, honest work with the customer's best wishes in mind. Can't thank them enough for the hours put into my build.

I have a 1998 BMW Z3 Roadster that I love! After more that 20 years of driving in New Hampshire, my rocker panels were rotting out. Worse than that, the jack mounts were getting soft - which means frame damage. I feared the worst. I worked with Bill and Felix at Veloce and they confirmed frame damage but said they could fix it. I was skeptical. But - indeed they did! I'm not a 'car-guy' and I really like the way they worked with me. During the repair - they invited me in several times to see the work. I was really impressed with the custom metal fabrication work they did. As I said, I'm skeptical, so they even put a micrometer on the fabrication parts to show me it matched the original frame thickness. After repairing both sides and cleaning the underside, they reassembled it and it's beautiful. I have had it back for 2 months and no reassembly problems. Quality work.Oh - I need to mention - they buffed the car and remove scrape marks that had been there 10 years. It's spectacular. I'm back to driving it out to the coast every weekend. I brought my 2018 Alpha Romeo Giulia Quadrafolio to Bill to do a few performance mods, including replacing my ECU s with tuned ones and putting an exhaust valve remote opener in the trunk. This car is pristine with only 3,000 miles on it and I knew they were doing a lot of engine part and under trunk body removal and replacement, which I am happy I chose Bill and Felix. They did a spectacular job and when I picked it up THE CAR WAS EXACTLY AS I DROPPED IT OFF, I could tell the care they took on it and am very appreciative to them, I Highly recommend them for what you all may need done Services: Exhaust, Tires

They correctly and quickly diagnosed and repaired a fuel injector problem on my 2011 Jaguar XKR. They're highly knowlegeable on a variety of rare and exotic vehicles. They recommended sensible additional preventative maintenance work that would likely need to be done in the future and could be done less expensively while they were doing the original job, with a 'no pressure' approach. This shop is awesome and Bill is the best!! I took my 2014 range Rover Sport here to get the air suspension lines diagnosed and changed. They communicated the entire time every step of the way , gave me a reasonable price, had my car back to me when they said they would and just treated me really well as a customer. Bill is great honestly- he was the one I delt with. He even brought my car to a car show to get it in front of a big crowd of car lovers, because he knew I was trying to sell it. I really appreciate the service level that Bill provided while working on my Aston Martin. For anyone looking for someone they can trust to work on their exotic, Bill and his team would come highly recommended. They are extremely good communicators, and go out of their way to find multiple alternatives to help mitigate potential high costs associated with maintenance. I brought my 2008 VW R32 in to get serviced as well as to mount winter wheels and tires and the work was done quickly and was reasonably priced. Bill was very transparent during the process and asked me before purchasing any parts for repairs and suggested what I should look out for in the future since my vehicle has pretty high mileage.

I reached out to Bill at Veloce for some guidance on what to do about my Dad s Alfa Romeo convertible. I took my son's 2003 BMW 330i to Veloce Imports in Londonderry for several repairs. These Gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable. They understood our needs and we're very forthright with our expectations. Everything we asked to be looked at was addressed and completed. Bill and the team over at Veloce are simply amazing. I had some clutch issues with my 97 Miata. Not only was Bill able to quickly diagnose the issue but had parts shipped fast and took my car in with their busy schedule. Bill returned my call just as my Mercedes GL 450 was being towed to the dealer. He immediately told me to call AAA and bring it to him. Within a few hours my car was brought back to me. He even went above and beyond by changing the battery in my key! I will be bringing it back soon for regular maintenance and tires! Highly recommend Veloce Imports!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Bill was a lifesaver! He was able to diagnose and repair major damage I had on my 2016 Landrover LR4. He was flexible with me having my vehicle towed to him. He worked diligently to have a quote to me quickly. He had vast knowledge about Landrovers and helped me fix a battery issue that was pending prior to my accident. He even handled my annual inspection so I didn t have to worry about that as the deadline approached. Repairs happened in a timely manner. I had a road trip right after I picked up my vehicle and the car ran really smooth and most importantly I felt safe!! Joe, Bill and the technicians at Veloce did a superb service on my 240z. One of the 3 repairs was a rebuild on the Master Vac brake booster and the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. I wrestled with requesting that they paint the part but in my prior career was known to micro manage so I said nothing. When I got the car back they HAD PAINTED IT! That illustrates that they have the desire to own it and not cut corners. 9 out of 10 other shops would not have taken the initiative.Stu

Had an emergency brake issue with my 2012 Range Rover Evoque and did a Google search and found Veloce and a few other garages. The owner called me back promptly and, of everyone I spoke with, I felt my car would be in the best hands here. I had it towed over that day and the owners were able to diagnose everything and order the part that day. I had it back next day, with the issue was fixed (and a couple other things they found) for half the original estimate I received. Plus, they were so professional and nice, I was really blown away. 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone, these guys are the real deal!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I have worked with Veloce Imports off and on for years now and have never been disappointed with their work. I recently brought my project 51 Chevy to them for a brake system upgrade that would be much more than a garage install for me, as well as a safe end-product. They did a great job with install and finish, and helped me button up a few line leaks around the car that needed work while they were under the car. I am very happy with the results, and i will be back when i am ready for the next major modification.

I brought my 2015 Fiat in, and I was amazed at how well they took care of me. The gents are lovely, easy going, but also have an atmosphere of confidence and professional presence. It reassured me that these were the right gents for the job. I know it sounds simple, but to anyone who has a fiat knows the struggle of finding someone to work on the car without nervous hesitation.Not only that, at other places, usually I wait hours for service, without even a hello. I was genuinely impressed that they were very informative for every question I had. I had two lights out, and no one else in the area even wanted to touch my car without price gouging. Service took less than an hour, and I was lucky enough to have same day service without having to schedule an appointment a week out (again, at other places).The cherry on top is how affordable and fair priced they are. For comparison, another place wanted 171$ for a diagnostic. My entire bill here was less than that alone. They have loyal customers and it s so easy to see why. I highly recommend them- truly hands down the best experience I ve ever had with car service. Thank you!!

I had Veloce rebuild and install the engine on my 1979 Alfa Romeo Spider. This car was a barn find and had been sitting for 27 years so it was not a simple task of just doing the engine. Veloce stepped up to the plate and got the car running beautifully. I have a 2010 Mercedes Benz E350 4matic..I first had Veloce repair a leak in my transmission back in 2018.They fully guaranteed all work and as a result of a faulty part,had to replace again At No Charge,with no attitude.Most recently,the ac/heater fan needed replacing..I researched the price on the blower and they were very readonable.Brought my car in on Wednesday and it was done on Friday..The best service at a fair price.Bill called around until he got the best price.Without asking for anything free ,Bill took my car and put a current inspection sticker on ,free of charge. I appreciate not being priced to deathI highly recommend Veloce for any work in a mercedes . They have acMercedes tech . Thanks Bill and enjoyed meeting your cat lol

I ve called 30+ mechanics about Classic Beetles for repairs/maintenance. This shop gave me the best info and agreed to meet me on a Saturday when they are closed so I could drop the car off.Then the Beetle died at a gas station 10 miles away before I could drop it off at the shop and Bill came out to get me and get the car started.My gut instinct said this place was great and today has proved it. I bought a 2015 Maserati Ghibli Sport. They checked the entire car to ensure safety. They did general repairs that were needed. They also reconditioned the outside. Bill was great!! Veloce Imports has kept my 2014 Volvo XC90 running great; Bill does a great job and is always there when needed. We had a tie rod break and they fixed it in short-order. I would not take our car anywhere else. These guys are great.

2018 Fiat 500 Abarth - I asked Bill at Veloce to troubleshoot my service engine light and install new silicone turbo lines. Installation of turbo lines was done very cleanly and Bill took the time to inspect my entire turbo system to make sure that there were no leaks. 2010 Maserati Gran TurismoBill was awesome. This facility can handle any repair for a very fair price. At the gas station finishing putting air in tire, and about the jump in my car, I realized car locked ,at the same time a police car passed by I was asking help and this nice gentleman William came over with is lovely cat, stated he was the owner of a repair shop near by offered to unlock it in which he did, I offered him some pastries goodies i had at the moment to thank him, which he stated didn't eat sweets. I can only imagine the type of service he gives in his shop as well with the same kindness empathy . If any service needed in my car I will definitely visit his shop first. I can't express enough my appreciation towards you , may God bless service.

Volvo C70 Hardtop Convertible 2008My hard top convertible stopped working and initially I brought it to a dealer in Hooksett who "specialized" in Volvo's. They took a look at my car and told me I needed a new sensor, which I had replaced one year prior (with them). They replaced the sensor again and the top still had issue. They told me they would lock the car up so that I could take it home for a long weekend. I went to pick up the car on a Friday, 6p before a long weekend. When I got in my car and started it, the alarm immediately went off, not allowing me to drive the car. The hood of the car was lifted about two inches and there was no way to lock it to drive. It took me an hour to get in touch with anyone, and they gave me a rental car to take. Fast forward two weeks and my car still was not repaired, and they stated they had no way to repair the broken hood or the top's mechanics, and I would have to tow my car to a dealership. Needless to say I was very unhappy that my car was in a worse condition than I had left it.I CALLED VELOCE IMPORTS and I spoke with Bill. I let him know of my issues and frustrations and he offered to look at my car. I towed it to them and he contacted me to find there were more issues than the previous mechanic discovered. First of all, the previous shop replaced a sensor that was not failed. Bill found a short in my wiring and fixed it. This short was the reason for the failed sensor, not the sensor itself. He also found that my tops motor was engulfed in water underneath my trunk from a drain that was not in properly, which he also fixed. He replaced my battery and removed a stock product that was doing nothing more than draining my battery. They went through my car's top mechanics wiring, sensors, replaced my convertible motor, calibrated the top and got my car and it's top running beautifully. It took a little more time than any of us wanted because they found much deeper issues than the previous "mechanics" (and I use the term loosely), had discovered. But from the engine to the trunk they fixed everything that could possibly stop my convertible top from working. I would recommend them to anyone who needed this style of work done as they are completely educated in these mechanics. They laid out the entire plan of action and showed me exactly what they were faced with and communicated clearly where it all stood with time and costs.The end result: The cost was honest, if not more to my advantage than their own, as we all know Volvo's are not cheap repairs; and I got to enjoy my summer with a fully functional top with no issues to date.I couldn't have asked for a better result from a team I put all my trust in based on a phone call. (I am sure that they could elaborate more on the work they did)Thank you all.

Wow, what a great shop. I was considering buying a 2008 Range Rover HSE and I spoke with Bill (who didn t know me from Adam) about doing a spur of the moment pre-purchase inspection. Not only did Bill bend over backwards to fit me in, he obviously knows his business. He was extremely knowledgeable about arcane Land Rover issues, and his shop has all the most advanced diagnostic equipment. And to top it all off, Bill is just a really nice guy, I couldn t be more impressed. I live a couple of hours from Londonderry but I d be sorely tempted to still bring my Rover here for service.
