Jeremiah and his crew at the Loudon Road branch are absolutely first rate in every way. I've brought my 1998 Volvo up from Boston for six years for all kinds of work. Jeremiah is super friendly, very knowledgable, and a great communicator.

The guys and gals at UA are honest and don't take advantage of customers that don't know about cars! They do amazing work and dont fix things that aren't broken for extra loot.I got my car back quickly and in excellent condition!! I feel safe again

I brought my Red dump truck here. They got it in within the week and did some road tests with it for me and pre-inspected it to let me know what I needed to get it inspected. It was inexpensive and they were done the same day. This place was referenced from my rental guy who said one of his good friends worked there. I plan on visiting again.

I recently got a new car after moving to NH and needed to have an inspection done. I ended up needing new rear brakes before it could pass and they were very transparent with me. This is the best experience I ve ever had when going somewhere for repairs on my car. I never felt like I was being talked down to or treated badly as I have felt at other places. They re very honest and fair about prices as well and work in a timely manner. Not to mention they have a great sense of humor and are very friendly!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Worst auto repair shop ever. Brought my vehicle in for an ABS and traction control light. They couldn't "communicate" with it so they assumed it was the PCM and changed it, all the whole stating they were fixing it without explaining the repair. Kept my car for over ten days in total including Thanksgiving holiday, leaving me stranded without even a loaner vehicle. The owner then decided to have Jeremiah put my car back together and just give it back. No repair to my wheel speed sensor or wheel bearing, driver side, as was requested. Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. Unprofessional at best, narcissistic manager and owner, and the worst place to bring a vehicle! I went in with one code ABS and traction control, and came out with 8 codes, seven new. Just a horrible shop and dank.

Jeremiah and Josh were great!Got me in the next day and fixed my Honda Pilot right up with a tyranny drain and fill, and exchanged my front passenger cracked tire rim for a new one, checked that tire for leaks and remounted it. Josh also installed my cabin air filter (no cost), checked my brake pads, filled all my tires and checked my fluids. So happy with the work done!Highly recommend!!!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

First time using these folks. The owner appears to be a very honest and upfront kind of guy which gives me a good piece of mind. I had the Fluid Film undercarriage rust preventative treatment done. They completed the work ahead of schedule. I will be using their services again. Very pleased with my experience.

The most professional folks to deal with. They make you feel right at home and very comfortable. They went out of their way to help me and get my car fixed as quickly as possible. I highly recommend the guys on Loudon Road in Concord.

I have been bringing my trucks here for years. Jeremiah and his crew take care of me as if I were family. Fantastic knowledge of the vehicle, their care of the customer is second to none. Longer hours of operation mean you can bring your care in even around your work schedule. I have never had a problem with their service, and they get things done when they say they will. I just can't say enough good things about this facility.

Replaced 1 rear-wheel bearing. Techs are hard working, knowledgeable and friendly.Unfortunately, and much to my surprise, that was not the problem.Either way, I do recommend Unfranchised Auto Repairs.

So I was in a real pinch trying to get my car inspected in time this year. I called a dozen places trying to find someone who can get it done asap, which I'm sure many of us know is very hard to find! Well when I called Unfranchised and told them my situation, they went above and beyond to squeeze me in that very day, despite being extremely busy. Upon arriving I was in and out within 30 minutes. They did an extremely good job and were more than fair with their pricing. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high quality and low prices! I hope it's okay to use names here because I give a special thanks to Jerimiah who squeezed me in on such short notice. Thank you and the whole team over at Unfranchised!

All the guys are very friendly and treat us with respect all the time. Great service and very prompt. Even without appointment they take care of all of our cars and they have good deals on every job we have done there. They work over time for getting the best way for me and also they have opened on Sundays! Best regards and the best deal you can get between job and professionalism!
