Have been going to Unfranchised Auto for years and years. They offer the best service around for my family and me. They are professional, knowledgeable, fair, and friendly. Their parts and service are the best quality. I always feel secure knowing that our car is in their hands. Thank you!!

Absolutely DO NOT get a vehicle inspected here. They failed my car s inspection due to supposedly needing new rear brake pads and rotors and claimed my pads would be gone within 2 weeks. I took my car to someone who I actually know and trust, and my brake pads and rotors are actually 100% fine, and could ve lasted me, at minimum, another year. They tried charging me $440 to do just my rear brakes, even though there s nothing wrong with them. Not very happy with this company or location. Horrible people. Also, I bet if I was a man they wouldn t have tried to tell me that . They saw a 20 year old woman and tried scamming me out of $440+.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Don t go here if you re in search of quality workmanship. Unless you like duct tape, zip ties, and unpainted Bondo. I drive my vehicle every day, and every day I regret my decision to have let them work on my vehicle.

If you want a pleasant experience with an auto repair shop as well as getting Bang for your buck this is the place to go they treat you extremely well with the utmost RESPECT and their prices can't be beat neither can the work. Had to edit my review because this place continues to amaze me with their HONESTY. They won't tell you your vehicle needs something if it doesn't. You don't get that at the big box places. GO HERE if you want a GREAT personal experience.

There are two locations of Unfranchise Autocare. I could never understand why the people I highly recommended UAC to would recoil in absolute disgust, until I had to personally deal with their location on Loudon Rd. While I think the South Main Street location is not only superior in customer service, and I have never had an issue with other services I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with the Loudon Rd. location.Today was the final straw: My appointment was for 8:00am, a 1hr appointment. I wanted to stop for a tea at DD on the way but didn't want to be late. The person at the front desk didn't show up until 8:20am. I said to him I had an 8 o'clock appointment! His reply : " I guess we're all having a rough morning. My kids made me stop at Dunks, you should've seen the line..."I was in total disbelief. So I can honour my appointment with a company, whom right at the front desk posts a sign " Reputation is everything", but they don't think being on time for a customer, the person their business is BUILT ON, is important???!!!Needless to say, their reputation is shot, and not because of this one time incident, but because of multiple incidences and an obtuse attitude.Time to start treating customers like what they are: your source of income.

I've used them now for several of my services and repairs, and I cannot used them anymore. I strongly ask that you read the whole review before you make the same mistake I made before coming here.1. They charge 110 dollars per hour. This is the same rate as a dealership.2. They have a sizable surcharge on parts they get for you. You will be paying dealership prices.3. I have had thee oil changes with them. Not once did they inspect my air filter, or topped off my fluids. I had an oil change three weeks ago, and they failed to inform my wife that there was no coolant in the car. Car overheated and was stranded on the side of the road. When I opened the hood, I noticed that the coolant was nonexistent, the oil was low...the oil! the power steering fluid was below the min line.4. My car has rough idle, and I have spent over 300 dollar just in diagnostic tests, which has not revealed anything. This does not count the other 350 dollars in man hours they've spent looking for the problem. One service to the Ford Dealership, since Unfranchised were charging me dealership prices with shoddy word, and the problem was located and resolved. For less than a 1/3 of what I had paid just looking for the problem at Unfranchised.Main point. They are taking people for rides, and I don't think most people are aware.

I went to Unfranchised Auto to have some suspension/wheel alignment work done. They originally quoted me $650 for all the work to be done. I brought it in at 8am and it was finished by 2pm, which isn t bad timing. The guy was able to bring the price down too $585, and then after another discount it came out to be $550. That s huge savings to me considering I m a broke college student. The guy was super nice and willing to work with me. He explained everything very well too. I m definitely satisfied with their customer service and how they took care of me and my car.

I went to the location on south main.. I brought my van in for a transmission fluid leak, oil change, and inspection (covid makes it hard to get time off) and not only were they quick but they called me and told me exactly what she needed and what time she would be ready. I was scared I'd have to blow my whole stimulus to fix that thing! But they were also very affordable too! I'm suggesting all my friends and family to go there for now on!

Good friendly local car repair shop. Has been.goof for all my regular maintenance at a reasonable price. They do a good a job communicating if there is extra work or what they will do when you drop off your vehicle. Don't have a courtesy vehicle it transportation like other/larger places in the area. Would recommend especially if you work downtown or not far and can walk or get a ride.

Had my car inspected over a month ago now, but it was such a good experience that I felt the need to come leave a review after just referring my sister to you earlier today. Theys guys were very nice and welcoming. They got me in with in an hour of calling to inquire availibality of appointments. I was leaving with my car in less than 45 min. Quick service service from pleasant well rounded young men. That's hard to find at the local mecanicks lately. Thanks Guys!! Will return!

I took my car for an inspection, but they didn't pass it because they said the front brakes were at (one side) or below (the other side) 2/32. Needless to say they gave me an estimate for a brake job. So I took it to the dealer for a second opinion. The dealer passed it, saying my brakes were at 4/32, not at or below 2/32. It seems Unfranchised saw me come through the door and saw an opportunity for revenue.

I had to get a driver side floor pan replaced on my girlfriends 2005 jeep wrangler. I took it here, and I am glad I did. They worked magic on her jeep. They did the job faster and cheaper than they quoted me. I will be returning to them in the future.

Was looking for a shop to mount 2 new tires on 2 older OEM steel wheels (off the vehicle). Refused by 2 shops ("tires weren't purchased here") but Unfranchised took me right in and I was out the door in less than 20 mins . Appreciate it guys. Thanks again.

Locally owned, upfront about costs and services needed. No hassle getting 2nd opinion before work. Called in the morning about getting an appointment and was seen 4 hours later. Very quick service and welcoming. Would return for future needs and recommend to others.

I've been going there since I moved to NH. My husband and his family know the owner. They are informative, helpful, and answer any questions you might have in detail. Even if you don't know anything about cars they explain it in a way that you will understand. I highly recommend them for all your needs. You do have to make an appointment.

I visited them for inspection, had to get them fixed due to the failure. I revisited them again after couple of months (max 3 or 4 months) for inspection, they said its failed again due to the flex pipe exhaust leak. Well I take it mine is old car, but I only drove this car two to three days in a week max of 6 miles per day. At first I thought there may be real issue, but while driving back to home my car engine sounded different and my engine light turned on. Is it co-incidence that the problem arouse after the inspection check??

I cannot say how thankful I am for the kindness two men at the garage showed me today. I was next door at the real estate office and ran over a curb (I know, I know,) but my car got stuck in the curb, front end dangling off. I couldn t reverse abd going forward would have destroyed my car. I ran over to see if they had any suggestions and they immediately came to my aid. They jacked my car up level, put some blocks under my tire and helped me reverse off the curb, all with just a minor scratch on my bumper. It s hard these days to find strangers who are willing to lend a hand and help out another stranger in need. They expected nothing in return, they were just happy to help. Go see these guys for any of your car needs, I know I ll be going in the future! Abd with my great driving skills that might be sooner rather than later

Needed a state inspection and needed the front license plate mounted on the car. They charged me $25 for labor and .48 for the screws. I think that's pretty excessive. Be careful.
