The Guys at TownFair in Concord did a fantastic job. Got me in on very short notice and got me all sorted and out the door within 30 minutes. Never had a more smooth and seamless experience before. On top of that all the guys were super nice to talk to and be around while I was getting everything sorted out. Won t go anywhere else for tires while living here!

I had a tire blowout this morning and I inadvertently scheduled an appointment for next Friday. Nick was great and was able to help me select tires that were in stock, and they got the work done in a few hours. He took me out to inspect the flat and was able to show me exactly what was wrong with the car. It was due to a poor alignment. If you re in the capital area and need tires, I definitely recommend.

Town Fair Tire in Concord NH did a great job of fitting my car with two new tires and put it into alignment. The staff especially Jeremy were wonderful. I had a very comfortable and short wait to get my car back. It road so much better. Thank you for a job well done.

Jeremy, Kyle, Jimmy, and the entire staff in Concord continue to go above and beyond. I purchased my first set of wheels last year (2023) which required a bit of hand holding. Because I purchased wheels in the middle of winter I knew I had to get them mounted (to verify fit) but would be unable to swap them until after mud season. Not a problem, they said and they meant it. Earlier this week I had my tires swapped and also got an alignment. The staff was polite and fast. They are officially my go-to tire location and I ve told all my friends to go there. Keep up the good work. I ll see you soon to order new winter tires! Thank you!!!

Jameson was amazing at getting my keep just what it needed and nothing more. The vehicle drove steady and the shaking was gone afterwards. I m extremely pleased with the service and the customer care.I m back for the free lug tightening and will definitely be returning when it s time to replace my tires.

My family has been going here for many years and Jeremy has always taken care of us. Great work never anything to worry about. Just got new wheels and tires took less than 2 hours.

Jeremy was extremely friendly on the phone and in person! I called at 3pm and he was able to squeeze me in before 4pm for 4 new tires! I was so happy and impressed that they were able and willing to squeeze me in on last minute notice. The tire prices were comparable to other tire prices. I would 10/10 recommend this place if you want fast and friendly service!

I hit a pot hole in just the right way that I blew out one of my tires. I was stranded in the middle of New Hampshire, about 120 miles from where I live.I called and spoke to James, who really went out of his way to help me. I got there 30 minutes before the shop closed. James cared so much, he and the shop SOMEHOW did the whole job in FIFTEEN minutes!!!James and the crew are absolutely incredible, and I could not thank them enough for how they made a bad situation so, so much better.I would absolutely recommend James, and wish there were more guys like him in this world. I don t know how much they pay that man, but they definitely don t pay him enough for the quality of service he gives!

1/4/2024Save yourself time & frustration by simply going to see the guys at Town Fair Tire! (Concord NH)Ray and the rest of Town Fair Tire staff were very welcoming when I arrived for my appointment today. They helped me with all my questions/concerns and got me in and out in less than an hour! Talk about service! First time here and I will be telling my friends & family to go see my friends over at Town Fair Tire (Concord NH) as they made the process painless! I even got to relax in their comfy new high-back leather chairs in their waiting area while watching a movie! Best part, the tires look and feel amazing on the truck!Thanks guys! Anthony was my out front primary contact at the Concord,NH store.He earned my 5 star review.If YOU find a local specific tire price. THEY DO MATCH that price!Their friendly can do attitudes & mechanical follow through made this needed task less burdensome.

Town Fair tire is great! They have reliable service and the wait is comfortable and not too long. They got us in for a rotation quickly, and even let me know that I needed an alignment.Ray was really helpful and clear in his explanation!

Nick was informative, personable and extremely easy to work with. I had no intention of getting anything more than a rotation, but Nick convinced me to get two new tires and the array of adjustments without even saying a word.Additionally, while I only worked with Nick directly, the rest of the guys in the shop were equally helpful and welcoming.Nick is crushing it!

Best service ever. There was a metric to standard size issue, metric is definitely a smaller tire and without skipping a beat Jeremy made it right! Extremely happy with the service!

How a business responds when there is a problem shows their true character. When I had a problem, (of my making not theirs) Jeremy responded in a manner that earned this store my tire business for life. He went above and beyond and for that I will tell the world. Truly unexpected. I wish there were a 10 star choice!

Best Town Fair Tire around. Very quick to replace worn rubber on two 16" factory rims for my Civic. Wheels only service, no car drop-off, and they called me about 15 minutes after I left! Wow!

Recently I was in need of a tire replacement as it was not repairable and only 6 months old. I called and spoke to a rep who was knowledgeable at researching the same tire and that it would need to be ordered as it was not a standard size rim. When I went to pick up the tire two days later, the tire was replaced on the rim without any other issues. I was a little disappointed that the rep did not ask us if we wanted them to put the new tire on and replace the donut tire my wife was driving on. We both knew that due to the tire taking a few days to arrive at the store and the distance she travels for work, the spare tread was getting low. When I asked the rep if they could please put the tire on, he seemed exacerbated as my request. I stated I knew they were busy, however this was a safety request as the tread on the spare tire was getting low and for her safety, or if not I was just going to change it on the parking lot. The rep said they would not be able to get to it until the next day and they would not allow me to simply change it in the lot. I said the tire needs to be put on today, I understand the liability of not allowing me to change it in the parking lot however again it was a safety matter. The rep didn't seem to care as he just asked to put the tire in the trunk and left. We ended up going home and I just changed it. It is for this reason that I am giving 4 stars.

I ordered tires and made an appointment online. The price of my tires was competitive with tires I could find elsewhere. My appointment was confirmed via text. When I arrived, there was a line at the counter specifically for customers with appointments. Jeremy quickly checked me and completed the paperwork. I was advised that it would take about two hours. About an hour later, I was contacted, and they let me know my car was done. Quick, friendly service and good prices.

Received the best service from Town Fair Tire in Concord, NH. Chris the store manager is a great guy, the staff are super nice, and the place was clean. No complaints as it was an all around great experience with great pricing.

Jeremy did a great job and I appreciated his great customer service! I dropped off my car early and they had it completed 4 hours before advised time. Awesome job. I will continue to only bring my cars to Town Fair Tire and so will my family.

I couldn't even try to guess how many tires I've purchased for different vehicles from this shop. Having moved a around a bit I can honestly say no other shop or Town Fair can compare. I've have good service at best and bad experiences from other locations. But Concord Town Fair Tire has always gone above and beyond taking care of my and my vehicles.
