Great staff and service. I had 4 tires replaced on my landrover. Their stock was excellent so I had choices. They were flexible and allowed me to drop my SUV off. They had a lot of walk-ins so asked if I needed my SUV back quickly. They texted me promptly when it was ready. Quick and easy. TW will be the place foe tires for my family and I will recommend to others.

I didn t need financing because I already had tires but the tires I had on may not have even lasted the drive home for all I knew. I had a bad experience at another place and waited for 45 mins past my appointment time and they still weren t even close. I headed here and they fit me in within the last hour of their business hours, handled it with grace and kindness/friendliness, and I was back on the road within 35-40 mins. Will def be going here from now on!

The tire warehouse guys are great. Gave me an awesome deal, discounted my alignment and tire disposal. After a month or so my new tires were wearing unevenly and chopping. I brought it back and they gave me a free alignment and offered a discount on new tires if the problem persists. Now a few months later, my tires are worn to the belt, and right now they are putting new tires on and giving me a new alignment. They are doing everything they can to fix the problems. Great service and they usually get me in immediately.

Was going to the Tire Warehouse on Manchester Street in Concord NH for well over 10 years and loved working with those guys. Went in last week and the guy there said that whole crew was fired for taking advantage of the company. After a couple minutes of hearing him badmouth the crew that was the best I have ever worked with, I decided I would try the Tire Warehouse on Fisherville Rd instead. Called and an extremely polite person answered saying the best thing to do was come down after work and they can help. Went down a couple hours later and was immediately being barked at by a semi bald man with white hair. This guy was a jerk immediately after stepping foot in the parkinglot. I shrugged it off due to the fact that this looks like it could be a miserable job and I needed my tires. After waiting inside, the same jerk started getting vehicle information from me. While I waited in-between screens loading, I made the mistake of asking questions. Every response was snippy and he had no problem rolling his eyes directly at me. A customer walked in behind me and he stopped what he was doing to help her. Then after 10 minutes waiting for him to look up tires and help another person before us, he says that the amount for the tires I wanted was $1,300. Then asked for a breakdown of the charges. Over $300 to install 4 tires. Told him that I was looking for a bare minimum price not including warranties and whatnot. He then gets aggravated and trys to explain why it is worth $300 for them to install. Had enough at this point and went to Sam's club where they installed 4 of the exact same tires for $855! Almost $450 less and the Sam's club employee was awesome to work with. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with Tire Warehouse in Concord anymore. They are calise individuals who appear to be miserable at what they do for a living.Will be closing my Drive Card and not going to Tire Warehouse again due to the jerk semi bald man at the Fisherville location.

Absolutely outstanding! Not only were they able to get me in today but it was way cheaper than going to my dealership. It would have cost me almost $900 to get four brand new tires with an alignment at Kia. I Tire Warehouse it was $630, alignment included because I purchase the lifetime install package. Geoffrey was not only very friendly and professional he took the time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. I left my vehicle there and a friend brought me to pick up my husband. On the way there I got stuck in traffic and was worried I would not make it back for 6 PM close. I called the shop and spoke with geoffrey who was willing to stay a little late until I got there. Thankfully I arrived at 6:01 and everything worked out. I have never been to a tire shop and had such amazing customer service! You should be very grateful to have a manager that goes above and beyond for his customers! Thanks again Geoffrey! I will be coming here next time for sure!

I ve had zero problems here. Only issue- I went to book an appointment online, I go in the day of my appointment and they tell me if you book online it doesn t count as an appointment?? What. Why is that feature on the website?

I purchased a set of tires and had an alignment done last year. I have been back for a tire that was going flat, twice for tire rotation and will be back again. The customer service in this location is phenomenal. The person at the front desk is personable and the technicians, even in this heat, are upbeat, friendly and greet you with a smile. I would love to give 6 stars but Google won't let me! See you soon, need an alignment on my truck and my car has a leaker . Thank you!

Such a disappointment in service. I went in to get a tire changed for my camper and had planned to purchase 3 other tires and 4 more for my truck. Whom ever waited on me was very rude! Did not allow me to finish a sentence. Did not have an ounce ofCommon curtesy. I will not return to that location again.

Don't bother with making an appointment through the website. It isn't connected to the store in any way. Just go in and hope they're not busy.

This particular Tire warehouse on Fisherville Road was very professional from jump. We brought in the car for tire swap...to studded tires for Winter. They also checked to see if the car needed alignment, it did not. I was overall pleased with them and will return. Fyi. This was the ONLY Tire warehouse that said they would take walk-ins. However...get there early 7:30am when they open. Other folks are lining up for their cars too. Happy, safe driving this Winter!

Always have excellent services here. Just had four new tires put on and alignment. Even with them being busy, I felt well looked after. Honest, and no-pressure to up sell .

my only gripe is that I scheduled an appointment on line for 8 a.m., and it was confirmed in an email. But when I got to the shop, the manager said his shop does not get the schedule after it is completed on line. When I said I had an 8 a.m. appointment, he said, "you and about eight other people." The local shop should be aware of all scheduled appointments for that location after the appointments have been made by customers on line. A 45-minute appointment turned into 3 hours.

Always got our tires here and and swapped every fall/spring. Today, the guy said we'd have to pay an extra $400 to put in Bluetooth sensors into our already rimmed tires. I know we bought the Bluetooth sensors when we got the tires mounted a year or 2 ago. Never returning.

I made an appointment online on July 10 and was called to confirm the appointment almost immediately after making it. I had a question about dropping my car off and the length of time I was able to leave it there while I ran an errand. I was told that I could bring my car in at that exact moment I was on the phone and that I did not need to wait until my appointment later in the afternoon as they had availability to put tires on my car and get an alignment right then and there. I was able to drop my car off and within a couple of hours it was done. The service was exceptional and they answered all my questions and didn t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of like some places like to do. I will be a repeat customer in new future.

This Tire Warehouse in Fisherville is top notch. Store Manager made sure I was attended to immediately and gave me great options for tires. I felt satisfied after his explanation that I got the best value for my hard earned cash. Hopefully everyone goes here and gets the same quality service as I did. This made a tough experience with 2 flat tires about as easy as it gets. They even had a plan to help me pay for it. Wow.. Great deal on an alignment to make sure I dont wear out my new tires right away. Awesome service. Fantastic staff and speedy. Only place I'll go.. Thanks again Fisherville Tire Warehouse. You are awesome.

They were phenomenal. I went in because my tire kept going flat. Turns out my tire was bad and I need 4 new ones. They still put my donut on my car and checked the tire pressures of the others and didn't charge me a cent. I will definitely be going back there to buy my tires. Great service is hard to find without them trying to upsell. This place did not do that at all.

Was charged for a service they couldn't even do. Brought our 99 chevy here for an alignment and the tech said he wasn't used to older vehicles and wasn't able to do it yet still charged us. We went back three times and they still could not fix the alignment we left with the vehicle even worse than before, the steering wheel was sideways and they refused a refund. Brought the truck to a dealership and they aligned it with no issues and surprisingly much less cost.

Got in and out very quickly considering this busy time of year.I like the fact that I could watch the vehicle on the lift as they worked on it.Lug nuts were put back on with a torch wrench and checked again when they pulled it out front. They told me to bring it back for another check after driving it 25+ miles or 24 hours. Torch wrench used every time.Customer service was top of the line. They want happy customers and they got one here. Jeff was running the show and he is a very active, detail oriented manager. Enjoyed the way he handled the operation, very professional.

I arrived to replace one flat tire. Accepted their recommendation of replacing all 4 tires per policy. Left with the same screeching sound I arrived with. Was told it was a loose heat shield. Took to a small mechanic who said my passenger back tire was rubbing against the rotor. They replace tires...that's all.

I had to unexpectedly replace all 4 tires on my vehicle this week. The manager Geoff went above and beyond to take care of me. The store was very busy however I was not rushed or pushed into buying anything I wasn't comfortable with. He price matched tires I found elsewhere, which is their standard business practice, without any hassle to me. I wasn't thrilled about the unexpected expense but I was more than satisfied with the care and service I received.

Very professional and courteous staff. I purchased 4 tires. They not only had my car done within just an hour but they printed a rebate form for me as well, offered by the purchase of said tires, which is going above and beyond. Will definitely use them again.
