We made an appointment at Tire Warehouse, because one tire kept losing pressure despite adding air. They quickly identified the problem (a screw) and repaired the tire. This was wonderful! But what made the whole experience so positive was the kindness and spirit of generosity they showed us. We highly recommend this location due to the incredibly kind and capable service we received. We hope others will go to Tire Warehouse at 113 Manchester St, and have the same good fortune. Thank you to the amazing team who helped us today!!

Absolutely horrible! We had 4 brand new tires put on our daughters car. Shortly after leaving their business a tire pressure warning came on. We brought it back immediately only to be told it just needs to reset itself by driving it around. Only 2 days later one tire completely ripped at the seam and came off. When we brought it back they said, "that's definitely a bad tire!" They then tried to charge us to put another new tire on. Never apologized or tried to make it right. We left and went somewhere else to have it put on properly without the crazy labor expenses. I will NEVER go back there again. I am so disappointed! I wouldn't give this place any stars but you have to choose at least 1 to post this! Unbelievable!!

Went to Tire Warehouse on Manchester St. In Concord and the guys immediately made you feel like family. Service was quick and the mechanics were awesome. Thankful to have such a great staff at this location!

Good group of guys. I came in kind of last minute with a screw in a tire. We were due for a major snowstorm the next day. They took the tire, installed the internal patch/plug, and then mounted it for me at no extra cost. All while being short-staffed. This will def be my new tire place

Buyer beware if you order your tires online and use this place as a installation place, please be careful 1. they do not use jack stands when they jack up their cars to work on them. ( I guess they don t know that jacks can fail ) 2.They do not use torque sticks when they torque down the lug nuts. They just use a hand held impact wrench and zip them down without looking at specifications. I scheduled an appointment through a third party all to be told I could not get tires changed on a 2wd car. Not sure if they was racist or just lacked knowledge but glad I didn t have them work on my car after seeing how they lifted customers cars improperly and put on lug nuts improperly. (very unprofessional setting). Do not waste your time .I m so glad when I worked for Subaru for 4 years they taught me how to properly change a tire and what to look out for . It s so important to never judge a book by its cover because you don t know how much knowledge a person has regardless of what color, sex, orientation or background they come from.

I met Travis, who is the new manager. He took great care of me and my vehicle. I had a few questions and concerns and he took the time to make sure all were answered to my satisfaction. Definitely an upgrade to the past experiences I ve had at this place. He s even cleaning the place to make it a more pleasant experience for the customer! Thank you Travis!

We needed tires ASAP with no hesitation the manager jumped right on and we didn't need a reservation. During a major snow storm in March of this year. we live in Concord New Hampshire. That day we got about twelve inches . So yes I highly recommend them on fisherville road in Concord New Hampshire

Stoped by earlier to have a patch done on a tire and was greeted with professionalism by Anthony and Peter. They were both very kind when I spoke with them. The patch job was completed in a timely manner and done with precision.

We had new tires put on our 2014 Explorer on 9/16/22. Upon initial inspection when I returned home I found that one wheel was damaged with gouges and chips which were not previously present. Although 8 years old the car has under 60k and these wheels are only used in the summer so they were nearly perfect previously.I called and spoke with Doug, the manager, who apologized and assured me it would be replaced. We returned for photos and were told that corporate would be in touch within a week. After not hearing we called back nearly ever week over the next six weeks and were each time told we had to wait for corporate. Finally after asking to speak with corporate I was given their number but no other details or records that a claim had been submitted. I called that number and left several messages with no reply.While I've used Tire Warehouse numerous times in the past I certainly could not recommend. At this point I'm equally frustrated by the empty promise of resolution and the damage done to my vehicle. If anything changes or gets corrected I'll be sure to update this review.UPDATE 11/2: Called 800 number as advised and again left a message.Final Update: After several months of irritation I was finally made whole. It required a complaint to the BBB which is the only thing that created action. After that I was put in touch with their insurance agency. Be warned that insurance will do everything they can to deny the claim. It took multiple escalations to get fully reimbursed as they initially denied any damage (which was already admitted by the shop) and then tried to partially pay for market value of an aftermarket wheel which they somehow calculated to about 30% of the repair estimate. Finally I received full payment and will never deal with this company again.

I just want to give a shout out to Anthony, the assistant manager of Tire Warehouse on Manchester Rd. In Concord.No matter how busy it got, Anthony was always on his game. Answering the phone, answering questions, checking customers in and out all at the same time. The thing that amazed me was how polite, friendly and helpful Anthony was doing everything. He never stopped moving. When he had a second he would go outside and check on the employees and their progress. Tire Warehouse is lucky to have an employee like Anthony. Definitely will come back. Thank you.

What happened to this place?It's trashed. Dirty as hell lobby. Broken windows.Nasty parking lot. Terrible job "trying "to paint the walls. Took forever. Left the windows down in my car. Dude was more concerned talking on the phone than customers. No employees had uniforms. Just terrible. A shameTire warehouse used to be great.

They are terrific! Nice guys, positive attitude, and happy to help. They told me what was wrong with my tire and fixed it quickly. I had a tire losing air and needed help right away.Thank you, Tim and Anthony. I will be back for future tire needs.

Made an appointment for 10:00 am the following day. Arrived and was told they didn t have the tires that they stated they had when I made the appointment. I was told the tire would be there by noon the following day. We sat and waited for two hours while I vehicle was up on the rack and the manager had pulled the employee working on my vehicle off that job and put him on another. So we sat for two hours while nothing was being done. When the vehicle was finally taken down I was informed that the alignment couldn t be performed. Then when I paid I paid the full amount I was quoted that included the alignment. We drove away and the pressure sensors that were replaced we not programmed so we had to return to have that done. Extremely disappointed and will never return.

My second time going here to get my tires changed. Last year they got my truck in an hour later than my my scheduled appointment and took over an hour to change my 4 tires. This year took them 1� hours to change my tires. Drove it home shaking up the highway. Tires need to be rebalanced. After I make an appointment to get them rebalanced next week for free I'll never use this place again.

I was taken without an appointment and had my tire repaired in 20 minutes. Excellent service by Steffahn and Anthony!Thanks so much guys you got me back on the road and to work!!I will definitely be returning for my tire needs

I called first thing in the morning to see if there was an opening and Travis greeted my call with a welcoming enthusiasm and said to come on in. The team got my job done quickly and sent me on my way with a thoroughly done process. I ll be back!

Techs are slow, and aren t aware that most cars nowadays have PSI sensors that they need to recalibrate or relocate when they relocate a wheel to another location on the car. Over priced and do alignments without telling the customer, don t recommend this place if you can avoid it

The explanation and paperwork they gave me for the wear on my tires did not correlate to the actual wear on the tires. I clearly need 2 new tires however they just rotated them to the back and never said a word about needing new ones. They parked my vehicle in a puke pile in the parking lot.Also the waiting/reception area is dark, dingy and uninviting.Go to Town Fair Tire instead.

This place has gone downhill since new management. If you are looking for incompetence, Second hand weed smoke, After hours illegal car modification, and loud exhaust pipes added to your car then go see these guys over at Ichiban and buy them a drink before they work on your car. Who knows maybe they will give you a good price. Or you could just keep driving by and show off you exhaust and how it sounds like its farting and back firing like a gun shot sound. So unprofessional and numerous complaints to regional manger and corporate got no change. Good Luck to you if you use these knuckleheads.

Waited a week to have tires put on I just did the front brakes myself put anti sieze on all the bolts they say we can t get one off with the Milwaukee cordless drill. We can t do it. Bunch of hoodlums running the place now. Buyer beware. I will drive to tire warehouse in Milford well worth the travel after that.

My have things changed. New management makes no effort to help and 1 car an hour max. Many kids present not sure if they work there as i didnt see them doing anything but chatting with the guy working. Missing the old helpful hard working management.

Dropped my tire off the night before after getting a flat at work. They patched it, put my repaired tire back on. They also put the spare away and put away all the tools I had used to get the tire off in like 15 minutes the next AM and didn't charge a thing. Thank you for your great service and helping me out so quickly!!

Best price to mount and balance. It was like $15/tire and there is also online coupons. This place need a good remodel and better time management but I would probably go back again if nothing else is cheaper. Staff could use some training about customer relations, but they were respectful.
