I want to take a few minutes to express my experience with Sullivan Tire in Concord NH. I had two Bridgestone tires that went completely bald at 13k miles, they are run flat 60k tires. I would like to single out the Manager Joe for his exceptional customer service. We had approximately 3 phone conversations and I met him in person. On our 3rd call, after speaking with Bridgestone, I was frustrated and Joe got the brunt of my frustration. He never wavered in his positive tone and respect towards me even at the height of my frustration. Honestly, I don t know when it was the last time I had received service like that. It rarely exists these days. I also dealt with Justin and he was respectful and helpful as well. Sullivan Tire has been around a long time and I want people to know that its employees like Joe and Justin that make Sullivan Tire who they are. I am honored to be a customer. A customer who has been well taken care of. There are plenty of places for us to choose to shop but I will always choose the place that still believes in customer service and SullivanTire does this better than anyone, hands down.

Fabulous people, amazing service! Our work van broke down leaving us stranded in NH after a big show. Justin and Crew took care of the situation and had us going home to CT within 24 hours! Can't sing loud enough praises for all their work!! Thanks Everyone!

They'll hold you hostage for an inspection sticker to make extra sales. My wipers worked fine, they were replaced in November before the winter. Left no streaks, I literally used them on the way to the service during a passing shower. Claimed they were leaving streaks and refused to give me a sticker unless I bought wipers from them. I used to work at another auto "technician" facility, I understand how the customer advisor situation goes and making additional sales on top of the agreed upon price you came in expecting to pay. Your almost never going to pay what you think. But, to blatantly pull the covers over your head just to squeeze a few extra bucks out of you, I'm not with that. Things were overlooked that technically could've "failed" the inspection according to State of NH inspection regulations. But chose to threaten failure for the easy quick fix. I've been thru the state inspection coarse lol. I got certified through Jiffy Lube from the NH state police. I've worked on my own vehicles my entire life, unfortunately health problems make it so I can't right now. Just be aware is all I'm saying. Look over everything before you go in for any inspection at any business so you know what is real and what is not. Once your vehicle is hooked up to that computer, your on the hook for the money pass or fail. In the end the work got done. Just sucks to see those type of sales tactics.

Service was great, but no need to try and upsell everything. I came in for tires and just wanted tires. No need to try and sell me a battery and coverage that I don't need.

Outstanding service. They know tires and much more. Honesty and integrity are alive and well at Gill's. No BS. As a former shop owner, I was more than impressed. Highly recommend.

Gills point in Concord is stellar! I got in within three days of calling and my tire installation was super quick! I would return in a heartbeat, and Will for maintenance!

So on Friday June 30th 2023 I was heading to work with a check engine light on my car. Usually I would bring it to the dealership to have them look at it. When I called them they said it would be 3 weeks before they could even see the car. All I wanted was for them to just plug the car into the computer to see if it was anything serious. I called Gills and asked them the same thing. They said they could hook it up to the computer but probably wouldn t have time to fix whatever it is. I knew I wouldn t be able to have it fixed if it was serious because of it being a last minute thing. I brought it in and they immediately took it in the garage. In 10 minutes I got my answer and thankfully it was nothing serious. They reset the code and said the car sounded fine. By the way they did it at no charge! Thank you very much for the spectacular service Gills. You definitely got my business. I would highly recommend Gills.

From start to finish the guys at Gills Point S were awesome. When I went to them I was trying to get 37 inch tires mounted on 20 inch rims and most of the shops didn't even see if there machines would handle the size of the tires and Gills Point S said lets test it. It fit. They gave it a chance. I dropped off my tires and rims and told them no rush but they got them done very quickly. One of the techs called me to ask if I wanted black sticky weights on my rims and I said if they had them. The Tech said he didn't have black ones but he would paint the weights to match the rim color. He went out and bought paint so the weights would match. That right there is going above and beyond the scope of work. They did a great job on making my buying experience wanting to do business again with them. Thank you again for great customer service.

I needed tires! I checked, shopped, asked around and happened on Gills Tires in Concord. Tyler, the first impression for this business in Concord was very helpful and obviously a people person walked me through options. Looking for Nokias tires which are in my opinion the best on the market for all weather tires on a AWD car was my choice. I highly recommend Gill s Tires for good products and service. (Tyler also gets 5 .)

Great service! I needed some tires mounted on rims for my UTV. I had originally stopped by Freedom Cycle in concord, and they quoted me $60 per tire. Are you F-ing kidding me? Someone recommended I go to Gills, and I m glad they did. $25 per tire with stems and the job was well done in a short amount of time. If you need tire service in Concord, go here! Highly recommended!

An all around great company. They came threw mounting my large wheels and tires when no other company could. From calling for an appointment to getting Valet to get me back and forth to work to quick and easy check out. Vianor tire is my automotive service choice. You will not be disappointed in their service .

I bring both my personal vehicles and all my work vehicles to Harry and John. They always treat me well and allow me to use my own Parts on my own vehicles if needed. The mechanics are also very friendly. They also have a courtesy shuttle that has been very convenient. With all the choices these days it's hard to find people you can trust, but you can trust Harry, John and all the mechanics over at Vianor.

Beware! They don't honor their tire warranty! My tires literally disintegrated after 35k miles (with an 80k warranty) and Vianor wouldn't replace them. Although I had dutifully rotated my tires every 5,000 miles since I had purchased the tires, the staff found one time when I had come for an oil change and the tires hadn't been rotated (which I am sure I had requested at the time) and said that this voided the whole warranty. They also blamed my alignment, even though at my last oil change they had checked the alignment and said that it was just fine. They are nice and friendly, but not helpful when it was really important.

Extremely unsatisfied with my experience here. Dropped my truck off for an alignment, when I picked it up my steering wheel was nowhere near straight. Brought it back the same night and picked it up the next day hoping for better results yet the steering wheel was just as bad.

Picked up a nail in our tire during our travels. It is bike week and was nervous about being able to get in & out on Friday. Well Tyler took care of us right away this morning so we could get back on the road. Thanks so much for the exemplary service. So appreciated.

Fantastic service! Ordered 4 snow tires a month ago, they held them until I wanted them on today! No hassle, no inconvenience! They also bagged up my summer tires to take with me! My car was ready and waiting! Thank you!

They did a fine job with tire rotation and balancing. I was quoted the price of the work when I made the appointment. When I went to pay, I was told $20 more. I did get to pay a little less than the original quote but will be cautious in the future. They do good work, otherwise

Nothing but good things to say about this place they took care of an ongoing vibration in my Corvette that other garages could not seem to take care of (for whatever reason!!!) the first time the car went in there they took care of it on the 1st try great job!!! I've owned the car for years vibration has always been there no matter what garage I brought it to!! Friendly group of people too I would recommend this place to anybody!!

I went to Vianor in Concord on June 26 2013 to get an oil change done as I have for the past 4 years. I dealt with the store manager, Brian Small, at 1145 pm and was informed that they would be able to squeeze it in before the lunch brake. My vehicle went into the garage at 1153 and left the garage at 136pm.Here is the unfortunate events that led to the reasoning why I and my family will no longer be doing business with this establishment ever again. I thought that it was odd for a vehicle to go into the garage at 1156 and not come out until well over an hour later, but presumed it was because the mechanics were on lunch break. At 116 I got up from my seat and notice my car was sitting out front and I figured I would be called when Brian was ready, but this did not occur until another 20 minutes later. I made eye contact with Brian when I first noticed my car and he went back to his work. After a few customers came and left because "the mechanics were on lunch break" I proceeded to talk to him about my vehicle. He completely forgot who I was and which vehicle was mine and had to sort through the entire two folders of completed vehicles.I came home after the ordeal at the garage and my father decided to look over the work order and noticed that the tire rotation was not included, so he decided to call Brian and ask why. He blatantly lied, stating that I spoke with one of the technicians and they simply did not know. He later stated that I should have asked for a tire rotation because "some" people do not want their tires rotated. I have never asked for my tires rotated because they have always done it because it is free.Brian Small, store manager of the Concord Vianor, displayed dishonesty and complete unprofessionalism during my visit. I understand there was a complete overhaul, but this individual should not be the manager. The lack of professionalism and general understanding of a simple business model is apparent when dealing with him.

The staff is prompt and friendly...I was in and out with a tire swap in under an hour. Neat and clean waiting room and office area to work remotely while you wait.

Over the years I have done a lot of business with Vianor. I purchased snow tires on rims from the Tire Rack and had them shipped to Vianor to mount them as they are one of their preferred installers. After a while the car started making a vibrating sound. It turns out one of the wheels was never properly tightened down by them and all of the bolts were hanging on by a few threads. This ruined the wheel and could have caused a major accident. Vianor took no responsibility for this at all and refused to do anything to help. Mistakes happen all of the time, quality companies own up to them and try to make things right. They just lost a long term customer. Go somewhere else!

I took my car here for tires after a friend, Mark Mancini s, recommendation! I love this place! I didn t realize that they do almost everything here... I m going back on Monday for an oil change and a front end alignment. I will start taking my car here for everything.. Thanks Mark you re the best!

I have been using this Business under several different ownerships for over 30 years. The Staff is very Helpful, Friendly and Knowledgeable. They have Always taken care of my needs and WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE.
