Went in to have a tire inspected due to a screw in the tread. Good news, no leak. Bad news: The tire jockey stripped the locking nut and damaged the locking-nut removal tool. Amazingly, these clowns don't know how it happened. Obvious amatures.

The crew at Stratham Tire in Concord are always kind and knowledgeable. They've been instrumental in keeping my car running smoothly. My family owns a driving school, and the staff always makes us feel welcome. They're great at keeping our vehicles safe, and always do so in a timely fashion. Thank you, guys!

I had them replace a 16.9 x 28 backhoe rear tire. I called and talked to Tim and worked out that the best way to do this would be to take the wheel to them. He gave me an idea on the price but wanted to be looking at the tire to make sure that the right one got ordered and he was clear that it would take a few days at least. When I arrived with my wheel I worked with Matt. Matt kept me posted and let me know when there was a delay and he called to let me know when it was ready for pickup. I feel like I was treated very well. Thanks!

Very poor attitude! I was having a problem with my brakes having just had brake work done three days previous where it appeared that while driving, it felt like my emergency brake was on. Called my mechanic who recommended that I go to Stratham Tire to see if they would check my lug nuts. When I arrived and explained my situation, the clerk initially questioned the relationship they had with my mechanic related to being one of his vendors. He said, "By vendor, if you mean they buy tires from us then I guess we are " He seemed pretty put out that he should drop everything to help. He did explain that there was only two mechanics working and that he could get me an appointment in a few days but could not check on anything today. There were 2 people at hr counter. My mechanic asked me to call her with the results which I did. After my mechanic called, the clerk did come out to my vehicle with a lug nut wrench he went all around my car to check it. The look on his face of pure annoyance with having to come out was pretty obvious to me. He also said that none of my lug nuts were, but again this was said with a very poor attitude. I did decide to call a tow truck as my mechanic said it would not be safe for me to drive given that a clip perhaps came loose and could catch on fire. While I sat in the front for 2 and 1/2 waiting for the tow truck, I did not see very many customers at all. To me of the place had been completely busy and mobbed I could see his frustration with coming to check out my lug nuts , what I actually saw was a business with only one or two people stopping by and no other customers . I do say that I will never come to Stratham Tires ever for any support or assistance again. I will not recommend their shop to anyone that I know who may need support . I will not shop at places where people have bad attitudes and refuse to show a bit of kindness for people in difficult situations. As you can see from the photo, they've had no customers since I've been here other than two people.

Great service! Very fair and honest. Even through covid and being understaffed (as everyone was), they always take care of us. We appreciate having a trustworthy shop to take our vehicles to. Thanks guys!

My husbands car had a screw in one of the tires. We threw the spare on and I called stratham tire for help. Matt told me to head there and he d take a look at it. Mind you this was less than 2 hours before they close for the day. Due to the location of the screw it couldn t be plugged, and because of how tires work on cars I needed 2 new rear tires instead of just one, but they squeezed me in and had new tires on very quickly for a very decent price. Probably the most painless experience I ve ever had at a car/tire place. I m very pleased. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for fixing the brakes on my pickup!I was traveling through from Texas with horses on the trailer and a bunch of dogs in the car when my brakes went out.I called several places early in the morning and Stratham Tire was very friendly and fit me in immediately. They had me back on the road within an hour. No plus selling or taking advantage of the situation.

I have been going to Stratham in Concord for years. Randy and his crew have always dealt fairly with me and have reasonable prices. I like that the rotations and winter change over are free when you buy tires from them, and I can do this over lunch time. I don't even bother to to look elsewhere, I just know they will take good care of my tire issues without the hassles.

A set of four new tires, 1,200 miles, then an unnecessary flat. Stratham had not done a safety check for corroded tire valve stems. I am too old to put on donut tire. I was stranded 400 miles from Concord on New Years Eve. A friendly local put on my donut tire and directed me to Walmart. After the holiday, I went back to Stratham and explained installing new tires includes a safety check of the tires and wheels including the tire valve stems. I requested Stradham replace the three remaining original (160,000 miles) tire valve stems at no cost. Stratham said inspecting tire valve stem is not a part of installing new tires. I did not leave Stratham immediately, but demanded they make good on their failure to make sure my new tires were installed safely. Two Stratham employees each told me to get the F___ out and called the police. I passed the police car as I was leaving Stratham. I posted this same complaint on the Concord Stratham web page. I do not see any negative reviews on the Concord Stratham web page.

No appointments, vehicle must stay on lot..even if you have to wait 3.5 hours. Not even the least expensive anymore. Other places right up the street are cheaper and more accommodating and much less rude.

This was the only place that had the large plugs for my 33inch tires. They also took me one day when super busy and I had a nail that was hissing air and I ran over there. Truly a great group of guys there with good quality work and reasonable prices

They took my car, I told them what I wanted done. They didn't give me a cost. And one of the mechanics tried to argue with me about my tire. I understand they are professionals but I am not blind and there is a nail in my tire! Great I will still replace a leaky sensor but find the nail!!!Ok so the response was a little appreciated, however now that I have my car back I will make sure that it is known that when I went there on my lunch break I explained that I had a nail in the front PASSENGER side tire, while in the argument with the mechanic, yes argument I was under the empression that we were talking about the passenger side tire when I accepted the replacement valve stem sensor. There was nothing wrong with my drivers side tire. But I still paid and left reasonably but two minutes from home my tire sensor light on my dashboard went crazy and now it is steadily on. I will still take that with a grain of salt becaise maybe the patch didn't work and the holes the nails put in my tire were not patch worthy. But the one thing I know is I will never go to your shop again.I went to pick up my vehicle and stood there for 5 minutes before anyone helped me. I was never told a cost and to kick it off they called me from which I am assuming to tell me my car was ready and didn't leave me a message. Who does that as a reputable business?Anyways thank you, but I will never return.

Tried to sell me on a $500 brake job in order to pass state inspection. When I asked them to show me the brakes on my car, they refused. I had two other shops examine the brakes, concluding that they were well within state requirements and still have several years of life left in them.Steer clear of these jokers!

They will scam you if you buy tires here. I bought 2 tires that was over 600 dollars . They said they balanced them. I went to another shop to have them balanced. The shop told me they were never balanced. When i called them back they wouldnt do anything. Sorry humans make mistakes the guy says with an attitude. Bunch of crooks

They were reasonably priced and fairly fast. The staff was friendly during the wait, they have vending machines reading material, a public bathroom and much more for an auto shop they definitely meet quality standards and customer satisfaction

Only place I will bring my cars, over a half hour drive, been going there for over 15 years.Update - since the old place burned down, it's been awful. Wanted to charge my $260 to rent a machine to clean my headlights for inspaection....

These guys rock! We were on our way up north on vacation, one of my front tires was loosing pressure. They took us in within 10 minutes, and had the tire fixed within the 1/2 hour! Thank you!

Did a good job on my alignment on my 2006 f350 dump truck. Steering wheel is straight and they were very fair priced

Fairly priced tires. Appointments are always as scheduled. Will even take emergency walk ins if not really busy. Front people are very knowledgeable

This is the best shop. They have been servicing my daughter's car for 4 years now. It is hard for a non mechanical person to find a trustworthy shop. They are aces.

These guys are FANTASTIC! Been taking my 2 vehicles there for years. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles.
