Scott and his crew do a great job. They explain things in a manner that I understand they are honest, communicate well and are willing to answer any questions I may have. It's always a great experience whenever I have to bring my car to the shop and it lowers my anxiety about having to bring my car to the shop.

As always, I was brought in with no delay, and we discussed all the issues my issue-ridden 2015 Subaru with 175000 plus miles has. I m back on the road safely and I have a plan to fix each issue according to priorities. They not only do excellent work. Their advice is good.

"Integrity" is not a misnomer here. Scott always provides excellent service with complete honesty and doesn't try to nickel and dime you with unnecessary work or hidden fees. I always receive friendly and convenient customer service and have never had an issue with any of their work, unlike other mechanics I've been to. Honest, trust worthy and all around good guys. I work in a diesel engine shop and everyone I work with take their personal vehicles to Scott and Charles. We also utilize them to fix our fleet vehicles whenever possible. It says a lot when guys who are fully capable of performing the repairs themselves chose to take their vehicles to Scotts Integrity Auto!

Recently, my car had been stalling or breaking down about once a week. I was going to a different mechanic at the time, and everytime he would supposedly fix my car, I would be back in the shop within a week so he could fix something else. I heard about Scott's Integrity Automotive through a family member, and with nothing bad to say, I gave it a try. I could not be more pleased with how thoughouly Scott diagnosed and fixed my car. Within two days, my car was fixed and out of the shop, and I havent had a problem since. Thank you guys so much! 10 out of 10 would reccommmend.
