Paint counter is great. Being able to get a spray can locally is so much better than dealing with the dealer touch up pens.Danny is a super helpful guy - don't get mad at him because your manufacturer makes your paint a nightmare like I did

Sanel s has been my go to for the last few years and they have yet to let me down. They always have the parts I need or if they don t they are able to get them ASAP. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming. Store is well kept and easily accessible while still being in town

I called ahead to see if they had a part I needed. They said they had plenty, so I drove 30 miles to get it. When I got there and saw the part it was clearly not the part I had inquired about. The man who I had spoken to on the phone was polite and apologetic, so I'll still give 3 stars.

Was very pleased with Danny that made up the paint for my vehicle....I was ecstatic that it was dead on the exact color that I was looking for! Service was excellent and the it was made up quickly despite how busy it was!

Concord store is fine.. Manchester store is bad. People could care less, not helpful, unknowledgeable and are rude ! Good thing the products sell themselves

They typically always have what you, need,.certainly more the the other stores . The staff is great and knowledgeable. If you need a part for your car vehicle whatever, they will likely have it.

Couldn't believe it. They have heavy construction equipment supplies!!!!! Supplies they didn't have at John Deere or other local Heavy Equipment Service Stations.

We have been customers of sanel auto parts for 30 years, buying paint, auto parts & heavy truck parts. It is very frustrating to have this generation of management and owners take the way of the autozone's and such. No longer can we get the parts we need without spending hours to find out they have to order it or only a store 2 hrs away has the part. It's such a shame. Even the counter help is frustrated.

Been with them for over 30 Years,good prices,good quality parts,good employees other than the one sour apple that's headed to take the place down,brings down the moral of its co-workers and drivers terribly,just ask one of them!!! Mike K has been there wayyyyy to long,his attitude towards the customers and co workers is like something from North Korea

Patients is the key word. It seems everyone is sort handed and patients is important. After two customer ahead I f me then four phone calls I was finally serviced.

Very helpful staff. I was helped immediately, the gentleman explained my choices and even installed the part I needed. A Wow experience at a parts store. Will never go anywhere else!!

Almost always can find what I'm looking for and never have to return because it was the wrong part number or something a monkey could have figure it out

Well I've been going to sanel auto parts since I was a little kid My dad was a mechanic for over 40 years he fixed cars and worked on heavy equipment when he worked on his car and he needed parts he would allways tag me along and bring me into sanels he allways liked getting his parts there because of good friendly service and they allways had what he needed. know who would know as a mature woman I now am employed by sanels I love being in the auto parts industry have been for over 20 years sanel auto parts is a great place to work and a great place to by parts.

Just recently bought a battery for my Jeep there. They didn't bother charging me a core charge as I changed it out right there on the side of S. Main St.

Expect smart and capable people to trouble shoot most repair needs. Unlike the big box retailers who push their worker bees to oversell unneccessary stuff to make quota, your needs will be satisfied by Sanels.

Machine shop is A1. Great turn around. Dropped off cylinder head at 3pm. Was ready next morning. Head was clean and true flat .

The slowest customer service. Two people working the counter and the phones on a Saturday. You wait in line for half an hour then get attitude from them. I ve learned to go strait to Autozone down the road.

This place has gone down the tubes since the old days! Lousy customer service stand around waiting to get service. Then walk out with wrong parts NEVER FAILS KN THIS PLACE!

Stood at the check out counter for 10 minutes with no one there to check me out while two workers helped one customer at the parts counter. It s like they don t want you to buy anything
