I ve used this place for oil changes for years. Recently I ve had three occasions in a row where they have failed to put the oil filter on all the way and this resulted in major leakage and a case where the car was almost out of oil. Luckily I caught it. I highlighted this at the past two occasions and same result this third time. Heed caution.Update: I've contacted regional supervisor as recommended and am waiting for response.Update 2: Got a response basically saying that my type of SUV is hard to change to oil filter when the engine is hot. So essentially it happens no big deal . They asked for additional information and since provided have gone MIA.

Quickest oil change ever! I didn t even leave my car. Friendly service. Inexpensive with no attempts to upsell me. I m going to stick with this place!

Great price and very quick service. It did make me a little uncomfortable driving over the open pit in the floor but there was someone guiding me in.

Always kind and ready to help. They showed me my air filter and didn't pressure me into getting it replaced (I did replace it). No gimmicks straight forward in and out.

Do NOT bring your car here, I brought it in for a routine oil change and everything seemed okay. One week later I have oil leaking from the filter, I brought it back to Prompto so they could check it out and they told me NOTHING was wrong. So I brought it into my actual mechanic and he told me that the oring seal broken due to it being improperly installed. Such a waste of 50 dollars to prompto, and another 32 to my mechanic.

I've gone here for about 4 years now with a few issues. The crew is always super friendly and makes sure you're in and out in a reasonable time. Obviously, it's on the pricey side, but it's usually worth it. As for issues, I have heard some horror stories and experienced some unpleasant things myself. As for myself, I have had my oil cap melted, I assume they placed the cap on a hot part of the engine. I have also had to deal with them not ensuring the oil filter was attached properly and lost tons of oil before I realized it wasn't screwed on. I was also turned away one day for "severely leaking" power steering fluid, which turned out to be residue from replacement and a slight drip from the connection. I've heard others deal with a forgetten skid plate as well as forgotten screws in skid plates. As I said, I've gone for 4 years, so some issues are to be expected and I will continue to go.

Nice and easy oil change every time! Friendly staff and always professional! You don t even have to get out of your car! Convenient location as well.

I never write reviews but my experience has been so terrible that I had to. Went for a simple oil change about a week ago and so far this is what I ve noticed: There is currently a loose metal plate dangling under my car to which they left unscrewed, immediately following the oil change , my car has WREAKED of burning rubber to the point where I have to drive with all windows down at all times or ill become light headed, underneath my car has been dripping an ABSURD amount of oil ever since, and on top of all of that, they put far too much oil in. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER. This was my first and last experience, and I will be in touch.Service: Oil change

As always fast friendly service. Be sure to check your receipt this is the 3rd time the wrote wrong milage on receipt how could I have 55k last oil change and 50k this time? I hope they pay attention on how much oil they add compared to paperwork!

Quick and easy. I was given 3 numbers for the cost of my oil change, but they were all lower than Valvoline by almost half. The numbers also kept going down. I was waiting in the line longer than I was being served.

In and out with no problems. Staff is busy as you would expect, respectful as well, just don't plan a full length conversation. I've used prompto several times and will continue.

I called ahead of time today on my way to make sure my air filter could be checked which was no problem at all..Spoke with Tony on the phone which he performed amazing customer service and when I showed up, himself along with Ricky took care of my requests 100% and I was extremely happy..A huge thumbs up to this location..If this review offered 10 stars instead of 5, I would totally give them a 10! Please reward this location in any way possible!

Went in today for the first time to get my oil changed. Very professional and kind staff. Took less than 10 minutes to get everything done. Pretty straight forward, you pull around, wait in line for your turn, they then wave you forward over the hole that they work out of to change your oil. You pop your hood, give basic information (mileage, year of car, what kind of oil you want), turn your car off and they do their thing. I liked how they also check your fluid levels, clean out leave from your air filter, etc. while you wait- free of charge! Spent just under $33, which is cheaper than my usual mechanic (since they don t have to lift your car up) and it was super quick. I will be coming back anytime I need an oil change!Service: Oil change

Always speedy and incredibly polite staff. Never had an issue and I've used this Prompto location consistently for over 6 years now. Hats off to the manager(s) who are always so friendly.

Anytime you go there is a line, but these guys are PROMP-To get the job done quick and efficiently. There is always friendly, professional service. And...for under $30 for regular (non synthetic) oil change, as their everyday price, YOU CANT BEAT THAT.

They have my business forever :)I brought my car to Prompto because I was in somewhat of a hurry to just get in and out. This was my first time at Prompto and loved how quick and easy it was. The gentlemen who worked on my car were so nice. I appreciated their taking a second to offer me different windshield wiper fluids and they kept me up to date about delays: my car was a bit stubborn to put back together and they worked so hard to make sure my underbody cover got put back on quickly. Even with the headache my little car gave them, I was in and out in about 20 minutes or less. Fabulous experience. I'll certainly continue to go back there as opposed to going back to my dealership. Great thanks to the guys who work there - you're great!

Wayyy better prices than Valvoline. Quick friendly service my only complaint is that while they were changing my oil I overheard them talking to each other about some "very heavy leaks". In the notes section on my receipt they wrote "heavy leaks" but they didn't elaborate further or even make mention of it to me while I was there.

We always go here for our oil change. you won't find a better price and we're always in and out fast. The folks that work here are always professional and courteous. We've been going there for years and have never had an unpleasant experience.
