My dad needed a new vehicle, and I found this place online. The dealership was organized and had a good selection of affordable used cars and trucks. The service was great as they were patient with my senior dad, who has the gift of gab. Within a couple of hours, we found a truck, test drove it, had the paperwork done, and were on our way. It may have been quicker, but my dear old dad likes to talk, was not computer savvy, and didn't understand how money is easily moved electronically. He's pretty old school. Again, the staff was great with him. I may return someday to pick something up for myself.

Can t believe people actually say on here this place is a honest place, bought a 20 truck last year,drove over 5 hours, wouldn t allow you to see on the lift, only to find the box completely rotten, 2,600 for a used plus paint,truck went into limp mode when tested there, I feel they need to stand behind what they sell, especially when you re spending 20 grand,I hope the banks will stop doing business with them,at least in upstate ny people will know total of 7000 of repairs , be careful people!

I wish I could show u the video of how much these to guys rip u off as soon as u buy its your problem..they tried to con me out of 5000$ on a truck I just got we agreed to a prise and then he begged me to go to the bank on a Saturday and drive 3 hours the next morning because it was the new year...I did it and he tried to tell my bank I never gave him the money..they lied and even said they put new in and got all most home and the power steering fluid is mud

I picked up a Toyota Tacoma yesterday from the guys at Price Auto 2. I have to say, the experience was exactly what you would hope for when going to a car dealer, and so much better than any other dealer experience I have had in the past. Kevin, is the man, he sat with me most of the day to get me the best truck, best insurance, and best loan for the money. The gentleman who works out the loan process was also awesome, super helpful and genuinely cared about getting me the best rate possible. They saved me literally thousands of dollars, not to mention got me into a solid Tacoma. Thank you all!(Update)The rocker panels were rotting out from the inside, showed itself about a year later. Check those rockers!

Eric and Dave were amazing! My husband and I traveled all day dealership to dealership , if we had known of Price Autos ahead of time it would have been our first stop! They both are so kind and made everything so fast! Thank you to both of you for making things work and affordable for us!!

This is the 2nd time buying a vehicle from these guys! I paid the first one off and came back for my 2nd and I have never had any problems with them, the entire staff Eric and Dave and the mechanic Dave have always treated me fairly and with respect! I highly recommend anyone to come here to purchase a vehicle if you want to have the best experience in a dealership!!!

Purchased a 2012 frontier in June of 2023 and in October of 2023 rear end ceased grant it I bought it for 15000 and now need 5000 to fix it sales man and owner where very dishonest and lied to convince me it was a good truck. I would recommend a pedal bike before visiting such horrible ppl

Won t say who I dealt with , but didn t give me the time of day. Very unprofessional. No formal greeting , as in got up out of his desk and walked past me and my girlfriend like a ghost. After lowballing me on my trade in (expected) I nicely said I would rather stop wasting my time and leave and I was called a jerk! We talked for a total of 4 min. Tried to get me on $200 less on my trade in then promised. I guess he rather see me walk away then do business over it. Didn t introduce me to ANY Tacoma s in their lot either after that. It was a Saturday March 6 20222. So I went down to MCGEE TOYOTA OF EPPING. WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. WITH THAT BEING SAID I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW 2021 TACOMA.Wish we could ve done business, glad we didn t. Email me if you see this I d love to chat again if anyone has any problems with this review.I will never refer anyone here.

I had an amazing experience getting a car from price auto. Eric was super helpful with finding exactly what I was looking for and making the whole process as smooth as possible. Both Eric and Dave seem to really care about helping me and they had a lot of patience with my rambunctious 2 year old that I had to tow along with me the whole time. Overall great experience.

Update 03/11/24 from last review 6 yrs ago:Dave Jr and his staff are the best! I got my second car from here back in January. I am so happy with my purchase and I love my new car. Dave Jr is so helpful and such a smart, nice guy. I had a problem recently with my car (not on their end) and Dave Jr said bring it in found out the problem and had his mechanics fix it ASAP for me! Thank you Dave Jr, his sale reps and the mechanics! I definitely recommend buying from this honest dealership. Ignore false negative reviews. David Jr. and David the mechanic took a look at my car after previous issues I listed. Both were very understanding and so was I. Nice guys, if you have any problems just talk to them! It s that simple. Happy customer now. Thanks David Jr. and David!

Sold us a car that our 17 year old kid bought with his own money that had a junk motor, WE BELIEVE they cleared codes long enough for us to leave with it. Drive 20 miles before engine and traction control lights on and smoking like a SOB, motor blew shortly after getting it home yesterday. Told us too bad, we bought as is. Now we have a $4800 Lawn ornament and a broke and heartbroken kid thanks!!

Won't go the distance to help people get into a new vehicle, won't stand by a vehicle and offer help to fix when they didn't check it out throughly before inspection sticker.

I thought Price Auto Sales 2 sales had competitive prices and a nice selection of vehicles. The sales team did not jump on us which was nice so that I could check out the selection on my own before asking further questions. Upon buying my vehicle, they agreed to fix the AC free if charge that week since it was blowing warm air on the test drive. A couple weeks after purchase, the battery died and they replaced it with a new one free of charge. Thanks!

At first, I was nervous to buy from Price Auto mostly because of their history of negative reviews. I decided to give them a shot because they have a large inventory of Toyota Tacomas, which was what I was looking for.Although I can't speak to anyone else's experience, so far Eric and Dave have been friendly, understanding, and communicated clearly with me. I don't feel that I got an amazing deal, but it wasn't a high-pressure sale, and so far the truck I bought is as advertised. Of course, I had my own mechanic look over the car. They found that the rear axle seal had a leak. Price was willing to fix it (within the 30-day warranty).If you are nervous like I was, at least give them a chance. Go and judge for yourself. You might find yourself in the right car, without having to worry about all the games at a bigger dealership. Just make sure to get that second opinion before or shortly after you buy.

Eric was great and helpful and straight forward. No pressure or haggling. I got what I wanted for my trade, then Dave took care of the financing. I have a payment that is affordable for me and it took maybe an hour from test drive to driving off with my new car...and it drives great. Thank you!

These people (either Dave or the higher ups he s blaming this on) are in the business of ripping off kind, hard working, one income families. My husband runs his own business and was so excited and proud to be upgrading to a work van. Initially, it felt like a dream come true. He found a new-to-him van within a price range we could manage. He did a carfax and believed the sales person, Dave. That was the downfall. Believing this person was as honest as him. 28 days later and the transmission is gone. My husband called Price Auto and they could not have cared less. They barely gave him the time of day, dodging all calls, taking zero responsibility, offering no assistance. He pleaded for even a gas card or any small token to at least show empathy for having to spend another $3,000+ to get this fixed and use a rental. They did nothing. They disregarded how difficult this is for my husband: running his own electrical company and supporting our family. We are reasonable and kind people who would have at accepted a few kind words and I m sorry rather than I just really wish you purchased the extended warranty . We understand running a small business, we do it too, we would never want to bring a company down. This is how upsetting this has become. The work vehicle is part of our livelihood, this is our life.

Just bought my 2007 Corvette from Price Auto Sales 2. Eric, Dave and Chris are courteous, friendly, professional and HONEST! I've used this dealership twice now. I'm impressed with their dedication to the consumer and the fact that they actually use active listening when working with you. Today I had the great experience of working with Eric who gave me 100% even though he was working with multiple customers at the same time. This dealership has a large variety of inventory that they offer at competitive prices and ensure that lemons are not being thrown onto the road. I've found two gems on their lot so far and will gladly be visiting in the future to hunt for another. Thank you Price Auto Sales 2 for your devotion to this market and for helping yet again today.

We called about a truck and was told it was available. We drove from Attleboro, MA to Concord, NH only to be told when we got there that they did not have the key. They said they sold a similar truck the day before and gave the keys to that customer. They had a key made for the truck and we went back up to see it. We ended up purchasing the truck and they were supposed to contact the other customer to get the keys back. We never received a call letting us know if they were able to get the keys. We had to call them, only to be told that the customer that they thought had them did not, which I do not believe. Otherwise, it would mean that they lost keys to a vehicle on their lot. Not very good follow up or customer service.
