I have had car troubles since thanksgiving. P & N got me in right away to take a look at my car. The guys there are amazing to work with and extremely kind, very knowledgeable and explain things in detail, their pricing is very fair, and overall my experience was the best I ve had. I will always recommend P & N.

P and N Automotive is by far, the best mechanic in the entire capital region. We have been bringing our cars to them for over 25 years. Their service is nothing less than honest and reliable. So appreciated in this day of scams and rip offs. You will not find it there! I've been using P&N for 20 years, after we heard good word of mouth when we were new to the area. They've been honest, reliable and fair-priced. My wife (and a female friend that went there) have never been talked down to. These guys are the best of the best in customer service, and I couldn't recommend them higher!

This is a professional & reliable service. They have put in technology to make sure you are notified of appts made and follow-up appts. I appreciate this in the busy world we now live in. The place is detailed oriented, clean and prompt. I have taken my cars to P & N auto through 3 cars, VW beetle, Honda Vivic Hybrid and a mini Cooper Clubman, and have been very well taken care of. They have saved me from way over priced dealerships, given me all kinds of good sound advice on buying cars and about hybrids, and been patient with my fear of flat tires.I have taken my cars to P & N through Mike s (P) retirement and now Chuck s (N) retirement. The owner, "Chuck" is someone I trust implicitly. He performs quality work at a reasonable price. He has told me several times that I DON'T need services and repairs that a dealership told me that I needed, saving me many hundreds of dollars.

My experience was not good. Do not trust verbal agreements. Best to get quotes in writing. Had I done this I'd be $95.00 richer
