I was told by an employee that they'd be happy to install a new battery if I buy it there. The employee looked under my hood and confirmed that they could do it. I went back the next day and was told to go somewhere else to have it installed. Great customer service.

These guys are SAINTS! Brandon was an amazing wealth of knowledge about my battery issue, and Steven was too cool with helping me figure out all the details of changing it out. I'm a former active duty Marine, now Soldier in the Army National Guard over at the reservation for Joint Forces Headquarters and was having multiple issues with my battery going dead. These two teamed up and set me up for success... WITH A SMILE! I love service like this and would appreciate it if they were recognized for their efforts. My name is William P. Called for a water pump and serpentine belt and they had both in stocks. They were very nice and helpful I'll go there again

I went to VIP for a state inspection, it was easy to go online the day before and set an appointment. The man at the desk was very polite and had me checked in quickly. It took only about 10 minutes to do the inspection on my 6 month old Jeep. It did take him a few minutes to find my keys the mechanic misplaced but, he was very apologetic about it and I wasn't upset. I'd go back.

The last few times I have been in they have not been helpful. I am not discouraged and will go back but what happened? A few items here and there I can see you not having but gee ... The people are extremely helpful though so I can not complain about that. They know everything in the store... But don't carry all Ford items for my flex. I hope this changes soon I like doing business with these guys. But still can't give you a 4 except for the staff.

The one younger cashier should get 5 stars. It's too bad the rest of the experience overshadowed his helpfulness and friendly attitude.As for the other cashier he was rude right from the start and it really felt like it was because we're women, we spoke and he immediately was negative and insinuated we didn't know what we were talking about. Well we had some questions and thought maybe a parts store employer might be able to help out or at least look things up without a bad attitude.

Always ready to help and very knowledgeable. They have come outside and helped me with wiper issues twice, for no charge! I always go to this auto parts store for all my parts and accessories.

I just had to go in for a quick gift card. There was plenty of staff on hand and they were all willing and ready to help customers. The clerk that helped me with the gift card was very friendly and her customer service was excellent.

I did have it as 5 stars. But then it went really bad. They missed a very broken U joint during there 100+ point inspection. I told them it was shaking they said they would find the problem during inspection. Then today I got nothing but attitude when I tried to buy parts. What happened? You used to be great!

This is my goto stop for auto parts! Always have knowledgeable staff that can help find parts and if its not in stock can get it to you within a day!Keep up the GREAT work guys (and ladies )!

Well my visit with OReily was not that great this time !! I know that the parts stores can't have everything in stock but I went for 5 things an they only had one part out of the 5 !!! But other than this visit I think that the company is well put together !!! Just kneed to stock a little more of the common parts !! Service is always great out of the Bedford store!!!

Picked up new radiator in Plymouth nh on sunday then on monday morning in concord nh noticed a transmission line leaking went to the Manchester street location and they hooked me up with what I needed to repair and replace it and been going all day with everything working great today great heat and no transmission cooler leaks at all today
