We have been bringing all of our vehicles to Carlson's for repairs for many years. Their customer service absolutely cannot be beat. Jeff and Mark in the service department are always professional and friendly, and they always impress me with their personal knowledge of auto repairs. Now that Nucar has purchased the business, we certainly hope that the company realizes the value of their auto repair department and does not just focus on car sales. Carlson's has been an institution in Concord for many years, as shown by their yearly Cappies awards. They were recommended to us years ago, and now we have recommended them to so many friends. Keep up the same great service you've always had, and we will continue to be loyal customers!

Very Unprofessional Place. I called them last week to book an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and also reminding them that the tire rotation should be free because we bought the tires from them. When my wife went yesterday she had to wait for 2 hours and also they had changed her for the tire rotation and for oil drain plug. She had to remind them again that the tire rotation is free and asked for reimbursement. About the oil drain plug they changed it and changed us with no notification in advance, they never came to us to let us know what is the problem and how much does it cost. When I talk to manager he said you are right, this is not going to happen again but he refused to reimburse us, he was arguing with the customer over $10, image if there was a bigger amount! This is unacceptable. He also offered to put back the old plug and I can live with oil leaking engine, so unprofessional and dangerous. Hope people be more aware when visiting this place and to check the charges they had made.

I m very pleased that I chose Carlson s to purchase a 2020 Ram 1500. Michael Williams was my rep. He was very nice to deal with, professional, knowledgeable about the inventory, and best of all he uses a low pressure approach. He was eager to make sure I was totally satisfied with the vehicle. Financing was a breeze using St. Mary s.I highly recommend Carlson s for pre-owned purchases and service/ tire work!!!

Went in to inquire about a 2019 gmc Sierra, was respectfully told the vehicle was currently pending sale, Michael Williams took my number down and followed up about the status of the sale. Very respectful and classy gentleman. Will be keeping an eye on the lot in near future!

I recently had 4 new tires put on at a shop in Southern NH. Unfortunately after two additional visits to the same shop, my tires were not great as there were issues with balancing and the tires themselves were just warped, causing shaking and vibrations. Carlsons was recommended as a next step and I m so glad they were! They helped get four new tires (warranty), and get them correctly balanced and put on in no time. I also used their shuttle service which was perfect. The guys there are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Will definitely recommend!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Their service department is absolutely incredible and truly working in your best interest. I ve had a Wrangler in for wiring repairs after a mouse chewed out the wiring harness under the TIPM and they had it fixed in no time and for a very reasonable price. I also have a Hemi Grand Cherokee they ve just done many repairs on including a very intensive camshaft and lifter job. Their service advisor Mark and Jeff went absolutely above and beyond to repair my very messed up engine among other things and worked with my aftermarket warranty to get the job done. They took the time to properly fix the engine and not just doing the cam and lifters but throughly cleaning out the engine of metal debris from the smoked cam. Absolute bang up job. Earned my business for as long as these gentleman are there.

Awesome experience here. Had a sunroof that got shattered enroute to a camping trip. AAA towed us to Carlson s and they were incredibly accommodating. The service crew fixed up the sunroof roof right away. They also made us coffee, and were very friendly through the whole experience. Carlson s really helped us make this accident not ruin our whole vacation. Thanks!!!

I recently purchased my second truck from Carlson's. They are the most honest dealership you could ever deal with. The prices are real, the sale's staff is no-nonsense kind of people.Holly in the office made my deal go through in a matter of just a couple of hours.Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a truck.After the sale the parts, service department is the easiest to work with as well. On my last vehicle I had a couple of issues with my truck, the warranty took care of it all!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

My first time using their services and I was treated like I was an old friend and customer. If you need work done on your vehicle, you can't do wrong by making an appointment at Carlson's. They have now done several oil changes and today my NH state inspection. I'm very pleased with their service.

Bought a car here and I wish I never did.I went for an inspection 2 months after I bought it and was told there was going to be a $400 repair on something that should've been fixed before I bought the car considering I went to 3 other places saying that the repair must've been there before I bought the car and they just slapped an inspection sticker on it. Fast forward to 6 months later in January and was hearing a grinding noise, I brought it in and was told it was going to be $20 for them to inspect the brakes which was understandable but it took them about an hour and that $20 price turned into a $50 price because it took them "longer than expected to find the issue", and what was wrong with my car wasn't even coming from the brakes. Why should the customer have to pay more because the people who work there couldn't find what was wrong with the car? Shouldn't a thorough brake inspection take longer than 20 minutes?Fast forward to April, 3 months after Carlson's told me the noise I was hearing was from my brakes and I had nothing to worry about. I had to bring it to another place because I didn't trust Carlson's and paid $100 in labor for them to do a thorough inspection on my car, only to be told that the problem that Carlson's told me was the brakes and how there was "rust on rotors", was actually a bad transfer case and that the grinding I was hearing wasn't from the brakes at all. So not only did Carlson's charge me $30 more than what I was quoted (bringing the total to $50, when i was told $20 before I got there) for a brake inspection, they lied and said the noise I was hearing was from the brakes when actually it was a bad transfer case which with labor cost me $2000 to get fixed. If they would've just checked the car completely instead saying my brakes were bad, I could've got the car I bought here fixed under warranty but instead they told me the problem I had wasn't serious and then ultimately wasn't covered under the 5 year warranty because the warranty expired in February.Shame on you Carlson's for trying to make an extra buck off your customers and lying to not only me but probably many others. This place went downhill once Ron left. I sincerely hope people stay away from this place. The people that work here aren't worth doing business with and they will lie to you.

I love Carlson's... been going there for service for years for my past 2and current vehicle. Plus my mother and daughter go there too. Friendly service and checkout. Even when they are busy, they do their best to fit us in asap. Mark and Jeff take great care of us!

We walked in with no appointment needing to buy a car that day, not only was this the easiest process we've ever experienced but the price we paid and their ability to meet the payments we wanted was incredible. It's the most inviting and family friendly environment and Michael could not have been more accommodating, at no point did we feel like we were being sold a car. The entire team was honest and extremely efficient we can't thank them enough, I will recommend that everyone who is looking whether you're ready to buy or not, stop in and take a look. I promise you'll be back again. This is not the last vehicle I'll be buying from them, they've got a customer for life.

My name is LynnC. I had an emergency breakdown in my truck on the highway about 10:30 in the morning . I spoke to Carlson s they said they would take care of it. I went to an early lunch and when I came back they had the bearings, rotors, brakes and a caliber replaced when I returned. Outstanding service. I expected to rent a car and pick my truck up the next day. I recommend them to anyone. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and they gave better service than I could have dreamed. I wish I could have given more than 5 stars

Carlson's Motor Sales is great! Especially these days, it can be difficult to find a reliable vehicle in good condition for a decent price. Carlson's made that a lot easier! From the moment my parents and I got there and every time we return, the staff at Carlson's is very helpful yet they don't apply any pressure. When purchasing my car, the employee who helped me throughout the process came in on his day off, just to make sure all my questions were answered and my purchase went smoothly. No matter what the make or price of the car you buy, your business with them is appreciated. When bringing the vehicle back for service, they fit me in as soon as possible and always follow up with every detail and then some. The staff at Carlson's always wants to make sure you're safe and happy with your vehicle!

Carlson's is great, I wish I lived in NH to use them all the time. Had a slow leak in one tire when visiting my parents, was unsure of my tire tread wear, and was totally expecting to drop lots of money for 4 new tires on an SUV. 1 hour later Carlon's finished repairing the leaking tire, told me that I had over half my tire tread life left, and charged me the grand sum of $26.10 when they could have got me for 4 new tires (and they knew I was a New Yorker as well). They were pleasant, professional, and in the age of COVID did the key and credit card exchanges using disinfectant wipes. I'm thinking of timing all my repairs around visits to Mom.

Saved our family vacation! We were heading from Western NY to Acadia. Pulled in to our overnight stop w late Friday evening with a smoking rear wheel. Google search and called Carlson first thing Saturday morning. They took us in and had us repaired and on the road by just after noon. We could not have asked for a better experience. Courteous and knowledgeable. A fine combination. If we the lived in the area we would not look elsewhere for a mechanic.

First off, the Jeep that I purchased was way more affordable than other comparable ones, and came standard with a 3 month/3k mile powertrain warranty included in the listing price. All of their vehicles have a very clean hustory. The hour long drive was worth it. There were some hiccups in the process that were NOT the dealer, or my fault. Throughout the entire time, they were extremely courteous and professional. They went above and beyond for my needs. I would definitely reccomend them to friends/family, and if I ever want to get a new car (I want to keep this one for a long time), then I will send them to Carlson's. They are NOT a typical small used car dealer. Give them a chance, it's worth it.

The service department is wonderful. They treat you like family. Not like that weird creepy uncle who starts hitting on his nieces after a few drinks family but more like the grandma that slips $2 into a pair of mittens she knitted for you kind of family. Very happy to have brought my car here. Thank you Carlson's!

Our go-to place for automotive service. Honest service center for all makes and models. Never any pressure to fix things that don't need it. On several occasions they have brought things to my attention and let me decide if I wanted to proceed with repairs without feeling pressured. I highly recommend Carlson's to anyone looking for honest quality service.

this garage will send a pregnant woman home in an unsafe vehicle, as long as they have your money they don't stand behind any of their shady work. We gave this shady mechanic two strikes before leaving this review first they inspected a truck and told me it was safe when the brakes were completely gone and that's why I brought it there to begin with. The second time my pregnant fiance brought her new car there for an oil change where they shredded her registration somehow, which we had to pay to replace, they said we would have a discount on the next oil change so we brought her car in for another oil change at which point they didn't give us a discount and instead took off all of her tires without our permission and said that they rotated the tires. upon picking up the vehicle all the sensors in the tires for air pressure were broken and they refuse to do anything about it on a brand new Honda CRV. This business has no problem taking advantage of pregnant woman and then when she has to call her husband to come in and talk to them they kicked me out because they don't want to admit that they broke their policy and broke our car. I would never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone else does either unless you like having absolutely no service and no responsibility for what happens to your car while it's there. not to mention the manager physically grabbing me and tried pushing me out the door when they refused to fix what they broke.

We have been taking our vehicles here for service for years. They are great. I have very little knowledge about vehicles, but my husband is extremely knowledgeable. The staff here adjust between us and information is always explained so I can understand. Yet, with my husband they will talk more technical because he enjoys the details.

On our way from Massachusetts, We Had a tire blow out on the Highway on a family vacation trip to The White Mountains. We ended up at Carlson's and were treated great. It could have been a stressful time with a 7month old and 5 year old, but they were professional, efficient and kind! The receptionist even gave our 5yr old a coloring book while we waited. We were in and out, and were only charged $19.95 for plugging our tire. We could have had an awful and expensive experience, instead it was a high-lite of our vacation! Thank You Carlson's for saving The day!

While driving by Carlson's one night I pulled over when I saw a beautiful Corolla in front of the building. The sales manager was friendly and helpful, and it was a relief not to be subjected to any high-powered sales tactics. In the past, other salesmen have used the old tired line, "What's it going to take for you to drive off with this car today?" When I bought my previous car somewhere else, the salesman demanded that I give him the check for my downpayment before I had even looked at any cars! He became angry when I asked him if I could have the check back if I didn't find a suitable car.I'm sure many of you have your own horror stories.Anyway, all of the staff were pleasant and low-key, and I felt right at home, joking around with them.I got a good deal on a rather new car in pristine condition and drove off with my wonderful car the day after I saw it.This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, and I highly recommend Carlson's!

Don t trust them with your car!!! Brought car here for inspection. Newer vehicle nothing wrong with it. They spent over an hour trying to find something wrong with it. They weren t able to!! Then when they parked the car ( it s a stick) they left it in gear without the e break on.. started it and almost went flying because parking a stick properly is to challenging for some I guess
