This place has changed. The mechanic previously here that earned the stars from other reviews is gone. What's left is very shoddy, totally unprofessional and not worth your time. Multiple promises of "it will be done today" only to be told otherwise after repeated follow ups. That went on for a week. Suspected borrowing of parts from our car to fix others. Can't prove it, but some things that worked, suddenly didn't when we got the car back. Go figure. Anyway, I would avoid this place at all costs. Plenty of other more reputable shops in the area to choose from.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I am not one to write reviews & I do want to start by saying I am very thankful for this place being able to fit me in very last second on a time crunch BUT . HOLY MOLEY! I will not be returning here and I would not recommend anyone giving them your business.Place was pretty sketchy, you can only pay with cash or cashapp/Venmo/etc., reeked of cigarettes & the office woman was nodding out for a good part of the 5 hours that I was waiting for my car to get the tires swapped with new tires and back on. Around 8pm when I paid and they claimed to be finished, I went out to inspect my car and found 2 lug nuts missing. They claimed they were told not put those two back on but I said nothing like that. I paid to have the job done and fully finished.But lesson learned, plan ahead and don t wait until last minute.Service: Auto tire replacement

I have been taking my personal cars as well as my company vehicles to Northern European for the past few years. Tim has been able to not only work on my European cars, but any and all other make and models I have brought in for repairs. It has become my one stop shop. I can say however that I am more impressed with the personalized service afforded to me and anyone I have referred. Keep up the good work and as long as I have vehicles and need repairs I will continue to use your service.

I've been working with Tim and his team for almost 20 years and he has always been there with answers and fixes. NEA has always been my go to shop and now Tim is helping me rebuild the engine on a 1958 Ford! Serene is awesome and takes care of all the day to day activities and keeps the shop running smooth. I would highly recommend Northern European Automotive!

Best mechanic ever! This is the second time I have gone Here. I just recently had Suspension work done on my BMW, and it was finished the next day. I highly recommend this place to anyone. ESPECIALLY for European cars. They have a lot of knowledge, and unbeatable prices.

Concord is fortunate to have such a skilled mechanic for this genre of automobile. Both honest and fair, one can be sure his car is in good hands with Tim at the helm. Not only are current issues competently addressed, future problems are avoided by expert attention to detail. NEA cares about your car, but more importantly NEA cares about the owner. I unequivocally recommend the NEA team for all your car service needs!

I highly recommend this shop, Tim is a top notch mechanic. He replaced my motor in no time and it was done right worth every penny. I will definitely be going there for any repairs.

When another mechanic had given up try to fix my car, Tim was able to diagnose and fix the problems on a very troublesome VW Passat T2.0. Thank you very much!

Been goin here for 4 years..Tim's the most knowledgeable Audi VW tech I have met..I bring 3 vechiles to him my daily, my truck and racecar...wouldn't go anywhere else..

Was taken back by the cigarette smoke smell in an empty customer waiting area.... I'm so allergic and sensitive to it. My car however is very happy with her oil change!!
