I started bringing my car to Next Level Automotive mid 2023 and I had only good experiences until the last time I had an appointment. Some of the blame can be on me for not wondering why they never had me sign anything confirming the services but I felt slightly taken advantage of after my last experience there. I was recommended to replace my struts because my car hit 100,000 miles but I could not afford it at the time so I decided to just get an alignment (which was recommended as well). I had put alignment with suspension in the description for my appointment not knowing that suspension meant the replacement of my struts. I feel as if I should ve been reminded before my appointment that it was a $2,000 service, not everyone just has $2,000 ready to go. As a person who doesn t know a lot about cars, how was I supposed to knowsuspension meant struts. So if you do go to Next Level Auto for your car services I do recommend double checking what you are getting done before the appointment.

My husband & I recently found ourselves there looking for a close to last minute inspection on my husband s truck & they were very willing to fit us in on such short notice. Right from the phone call encounter to walking in the doors was just a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was personable & helpful, we have a return appointment tomorrow for my car & it s inspection it s a place you can bring your vehicle s to & know they will give you good, honest service.

I brought our (new to us) used VW in for an inspection. I had dropped it off before hours. They called me and had gotten the car done earlier than expected. These guys went above and beyond! They handled all of my questions, and believe me I had plenty! They also emailed the invoice with photos of any parts of the car that were slightly damaged or scratched. We wouldn't have ever known about the scratches under the car if they hadn't. Then when I went to pick the car up, I was greeted by very friendly staff, including two very cute pups! Thanks for taking such great care of our "new" car. We will be back for sure!

Next Level Automotive was welcoming and awesome to work with. The Staff is pleasant and friendly and I was greeted by the cutest little dog. I didn t even know they existed until I read a flyer that had a coupon.I needed to have my overdo State Inspection done and they were very nice and accommodating about it.I absolutely recommend them for a local small business.

Next Level Automotive has always been good to my family. My last service was no exception. The work was completed earlier in the day than expected and the price was very competitive. I recommend Next Level to anybody that is looking for a solid team of professionals to treat them fair and to know they are in good hands. Thank you guys.

I am new to New Hampshire, and took my car in to have 4 winter tires put on. The staff was very professional even though I was thoroughly rattled that day, and they quoted me a price for 4 Nokian tires I wanted, plus alignment, and scheduled me in fast. When I picked up the car after the work was completed (also fast), they told me the wheels were already in perfect alignment, so my bill came in under their quote. They are honest and knowledgeable, and quickly got me on the road with the exact tires I wanted. (Also, this sounds unhinged here, but they have the most exquisite music playing in the waiting area every time I go in; it is bewitching/mesmerizing!)I went back in for an oil change a few days ago. They got me out fast, and at less than half what I was paying at the place I had used a few times before in Concord. These guys are awesome!m

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff and technicians! Next level automotive really is next level! They don t just slap an inspection sticker on your car and call it a day, they thoroughly inspect and check every important component of your vehicle! Very impressed with the quality of the service.

Scheduled an inspection over the phone with a very friendly employee. Great in person experience, greeted warmly by Tori at reception and was able to speak to the mechanic directly to ask any questions. Definitely calling Next Level for all of my future automotive needs!

The service was good but, it seems like it's under new ownership. The same people don't seem to be there and, I'm wondering if certain services needed to be done. I trust them highly because of my past experiences. Just question any add on unknown repairs. In other words, know your vehicle..... just an update from my last post. They reached out and realized they didn't send an inspection report. I now have it. They're the same owners, just upgraded. They care about you and your car and do their best to keep you well informed of potential problems. Very appreciated. I trust them and recommend them highly. Going there again to fix issues before they become costly. Hope I see the owner soon to shake his hand for being upstanding and true to his word...a rarity these days.Went back to Next Level to figure out why my car was having issues with starting. They did a system check and corrected the problem. If you want your vehicle taken care of like it should...go to these guys. They're very good at what they do.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Helped me with everything I needed with the up most Professionalism and if there was any problems that I didn't know about they let me know and helped me take care of it i don't trust many shops because most of them just care about money and scam people but these guys really care about me enjoying my vehicles safely and I can't thank them enough for taking care of me

When ever I need car work I always call Next Level Automotive. They are so kind and so professional. No repeat issues, when I bring it in they always find and fix the issue without having to bring it back. Went to Next Level for and inspection, truck had just come from the Nissan dealership where I d had my oil changed but a 1/2 hour before. Went to Next Level cause I d thought the inspection would only be 15 bucks nope that s gone up it s now $50. Nissan dealership said my truck was good that everything was good and the brakes had between 8 an 9mm of pad Next Level wouldn t inspect it saying I needed rear brakes and rotors and that we sent you pictures. No pictures received, what a rip off. Follow up Got the pics, have according to them 4mm of brake pads on the inside of the rear funny that should pass to me! It s not metal on metal and if Nissan didn t think the pedal push was any softer than any other Nissan why should it matter to you. Truck stops fine. Don t go to Next Level Automotive for an inspection guarantee if they can t find something they ll make it up. Truck passed at the dealership no problem and they only charge $40 bucks stay away from Next Level. They ll just cost you money and rip you off.You have Been WarnedService: Vehicle safety inspection

I went in for an inspection and general review of my vehicle. They found a problem with my brakes and alignment. They explained the issues they identified and provided advice of how I could address them. Although they had a full schedule they managed to get needed parts and make repairs the same day along with a ride to and from my home. Very friendly and helpful. Best personal service from an auto shop I have experienced. They took pictures of parts that will need replacing soon and gave the cost to fix them. They are very pleasant to talk to and never tried to push to replace them right away. I will be bringing my car to them from now on. Clean facility, very friendly staff , sent photos of what my car needed or things that I should be aware of. My car is a foreign make but they knew my car inside and out. Felt the price for the work was reasonable. I will use them again.

I've got a 15 year old truck and a 1 year old and I have been bringing both here for work for for a few months. I asked them to get the old truck ready for a long drive and when they were done I asked if it's good to go and was told the mechanic said he'd drive it across country and would let his mother... Lol Solid shop with fair prices and good availability. Location is kinda out of the way, but still super easy if you're in and around Concord.

These folks were fantastic- I had a state inspection ($15, can t beat it!) appointment and not only did they take photos of my car for the corresponding inspection line items, they were fair, didn t try to make me sign up for services, made reasonable recommendations based on their findings, and were very kind and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE.Definitely the last place you want to take any of your vehicles. Brought a vehicle in for inspection that had been inspected the year prior. One of the reasons He failed the vehicle for inspection. Was from drops of sap smaller than a dime on the windshield. Stating the windshield wipers couldn't properly work would sap on the windshield. Said i have to remove the 2 small drops of sap and buy new windshield wipers. It was verified less than an hour later that the sap had no effect on the ability of the wipers. The employee was extremely rude unprofessional and disrespectful along with insulting over the phone when questioned about it. After doing some digging it turns out there's not much good to be said about this place. CAR DOCTORS in concord is not far.they are much more realistic and professional.

First time at Next Level Automotive, very impressed with the phone call on what needed to be done before doing it, it was nice having the option. Also sent pictures of the inspection on my suv loved it. I had two state inspections performed at Next Level Automotive in one week and they were fantastic people to do business with. Friendly, courteous and very efficient.
