I m sorry to do this but it s necessary and old. It s basically uncool to have fun disrespecting the Dasher because they are not the actual customer. Specifically, upon retrieving item, giving ambiguous directions in the back of the warehouse where one tiny item is on a shelf, knowing the Dasher won t find it, then having a laugh and being cocky about asking to retrieve it for me. One of two kids working the counter on Thursday 3/7 is bad for your business. He would not have done this to the customer, why do it to me?

I had some work done to a cylinder head. I wanted a 5 angle valve job. The cutter didn't get all 5 angles. I had to bring it back to have them make sure I got the full 5 angles. I'm sure they mainly do 3 angle. Not a common thing for them so not a huge deal but I did have to bring it back. They did do an amazing job cleaning up the head though. I really looked good.

The last two times I have purchased calipers here the box either had the wrong part in it or the caliper was rebuilt missing parts. The frustration part is that I do brakes myself and the amount of time wasted is very frustrating. The challenging part is this is not the store s fault, generally, it is the company who rebuilds the calipers. The least the store could have done was give me a discount on parts for the amount of wasted time but nope. They do have the best parts and that is why I continue to buy parts from them.

The young guys or new guy's to sanel auto parts are very rude even more so in person and they cant seem to get orders right! How many times do i have to return something because its wrong, please! Please!!!!! Go back to SANEL AUTO PARTS. PERIOD. these gap boys need more training.
