I typically don't do reviews but the service was great. Not many auto places ensures your safety along with attempting to fit within your budget. Scheduling an appointment was easily made online and they have your information as soon as you enter the door. Yes, expect to drop off as it does take time to work on your vehicle even though the service is quick (our cars was done within a day). It is worth a call or check into.

I ve been coming here for the past two years for oil changes and inspections with no problems. Last week I went in for an oil change and inspection and was told my wheel bearings were too wrecked and my tires too worn to pass inspection. Then, was told my brakes were in the yellow and would need to be replaced in the next few months but they would pass me if I got new tires and 2 back wheel bearings (as if it were a negotiation). My total was looking to be around $2800. I still decided to go ahead with the tires and wheel bearings. Later, a close friend told me I was being extremely up charged and to go somewhere else. I still ended up getting new tires from Midas but decided to go somewhere else for the wheel bearings. Pat at Midas told me at least one of the two wheel bearings was really scary to be driving with. When I got to a different auto shop, they inspected my car only to come back and explain that my wheel bearings were completely fine, as well as my brakes (noting that my tires were probably fine, too)! I passed inspection and saved $1400

PAT the very unfriendly person behind the counter greeted my 17 year old who I told go get an alignment I set an appointment for 1pm. My son arrived at 1245. He told my son it was supposed to be dropped off which I stated we couldn t what time would the appointment be. 1pm done. At 1:20 my son text me the guy gave him an attitude and asked why he needed an alignment? 17 yr old doesn t know the answer other than he was told it was out of alignment by our mechanic. 1:30 roles around I decided to go down there and see what s up. Got the same attitude from PAT and when I asked how long it would be he said after that car is done. And looked away so I asked how long he thought that would be. Said maybe half hour maybe longer. So I asked for the keys back and told him he shouldn t give a young man an attitude when he had an appointment and he claims he didn t. So I asked if my son is a liar which he said I was a liar to because I said the same thing as my kid and I wasn t there to hear it. Well he went to grab keys and I asked employee Steve for the number of the franchise owner. PAT handed the keys to me and I stood there waiting for the number and Pat asked Steve what he was doing and Steve kindly said he wants corporate number so he can f ing complain. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pat if you are not a people person you should stay in the shop turning wrenches you alone give this place a horrible name. Called the owner and he said he will make sure it doesn t happen again but with the lack of people wanting to work nothing will happen due to labor shortages.

Friendly shop and have had a handful of repairs over the years here. Their estimates have always seemed fair and thorough. I think it's a good shop if you're in the area. They usually can fit you in fairly soon it seemsThese guys are open on the weekend which is helpful!

Brought my car here for an inspection, and it had an issue needing repair. Fair enough, but they charged me for 3 hours of labor when they had the car for well less than two hours at over $100/hr rates. Given that I'd fail inspection if I didn't say yes ... that's unfair pricing and pressure.

Went in to get my snow tires put on. Dropped my car off at 8am and was told around lunch time I can come back and It should be ready. I Made sure that when I dropped off my car I Mentioned I am keeping my tires that are on now. So there was no confusion.When I came back at 1245 my car wasn t off the lift yet but wasn t a big deal. The same guy behind the counter asked if I wanted to keep my tires cuz they looked pretty worn down and I continued with yes I will be keeping them, thank you .Then he goes okay, should be another 30 minutes or so. No big deal again.15 minutes later rolls out one of my tires and says now, you re sure and I said yup, I m sure . I know well enough how much tread is left.Needless to say as I m checking out to pay my bill all that was said to me was the total and when I got my receipt I thanked him and he walked away. Unfortunate to say that was the only time I would use their services. The techs seemed great. It s a shame the customer service wasn t.Service: Auto tire replacement

Used to be a good place, staff was helpful and honest. Now, seem to only be interested in the upsell.Brought in a 2006 Toyota for an oil change. Sales guy says he will only put synthetic oil in, so I need to pay for that. When I challenge him on it not being necessary, he condescends and asks if I would put diesel in. I took my 2013 Toyota Corolla here to get new tires today. They took me in without an appointment and I was able to walk nextdoor to Panera to wait, which was very convenient. All the staff was awesome and very easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable about the products and the deals going on and even got me a free oil change!! ($80value) I am very happy with the work and customer service I received and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had an appointment. I go in for my state inspection and what do you know my appointment does NOT appear on their appointment book...the maddening part is called. REPEATEDLY. hours before my appointment to confirm and NO one answered... PLEASE hire a competent admin assistant to answer phone calls and make appointments.... obviously whomever is manning the front desk is busy doing other things....you would avoid loosing clients this way.

Thanks team midas! I came in insisting I needed front brakes. They told me no!!! I needed rear. After confirming 2 times with the (bad) company that did my inspection that it was front brakes. He insisted I come look. When I did he showed me that I had no rear brakes. I am pretty sure he saved my life. The (bad) company never even told me this and led me to believe that I should replace my fronts before winter.Thank you again for your due diligence in this! I will be going there from now on.

I called on Thursday morning to get my brakes done. He said "Come on down" a few hours later I got a phone call for the price of the job. I needed it done and my baby was fixed two hours later. I also got a sweet crown pen out of it. Hands down the best Service around!!!

I went in to see about a synthetic oil change and was able to have it done then. The manager was professional and explained the other services Midas offer.I had a $20.00 coupon to use from the Internet it was granted without an issue. The waiting area was clean, warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Specifically, to women who get nervous about going to places like this thinking, they will be overcharged. I felt extremely comfortable.

Free drinks, comfy chairs, and plenty of magazines in the waiting room. The Midas staff was kind, respectful, and even fit me in an hour before my appointment! I didn't even have time to finish my complimentary drink before the inspection was complete! They explained the effects of a corroded battery terminal and we're honest about the urgency of getting it fixed. Inspections are $25 and I highly recommend paying for your annual car check-up there.

Top notch service. The gentlemen here are always helpful and honest, I've never felt like I was being upsold or forced to get something I don't need. Their Midas card has also helped me afford repairs I never would have been able to otherwise, giving me 6 months to pay it off with 0 interest.

Feel free to go here if you like 100% Mark ups on parts and a 200$ installation fee on a part that took a ratchet and 10 minutes. My real mechanic also noticed that they said a part was damaged during inspection, that was not actually needing to be replaced. I've been going here for years and have had nothing but great experiences. Steve, (yes, I've been so many times I know him along with Don and Carl) runs a great shop - clean, professional, honest, fairly priced, and friendly. They never try to gouge or pad the bill with extra work. And the best part? It gets done right the first time - and I've challenged them with some of my older cars!

I had an oil change with no problem. Unfortunately, my wife went in to have her car inspected and her experience was much different. Rude, pushy, and demeaning would be key words to describe the service. There are plenty of shops in Concord we can go and the least of my expectations in professionalism. I hope you guys can buff out the attitude so others don't leave with these same feelings.

At first glance the place seemed to be quite professional. I had just started looking for a new mechanic in the area, and Midas had peeked my interest. So I set up an appointment online.I had hoped to go in for a simple, routine oil change. While I was waiting elsewhere I get a call. The gentleman lists a few things that are wrong with my car, and tells me they can do it all for around $1000. Now I was a little hesitant at first, but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. When I went back to go over it with the gentleman he constantly bombards me with their credit card to help pay for it. At this point something was clearly fishy to me. I declined and just went with the oil change, but I was consistently told that may car wasn't safe as is. As I got my keys tossed onto the counter at me by the mechanic, I didn't leave too happily with the customer service.Later I brought it to my old mechanic a few towns over to have it checked out. He had said most of the options they had listed weren't necessary, and that he could fix what was needed for $250 (no credit card sign up needed)!I understand it's a business, but the customer service was lackluster, and the amount of effort the employees put into getting customers to sign up for a credit card is uncomfortable and untrustworthy from a customer's view. I recommend checking elsewhere.

Got my heat fixed & costed $951. About a month later, its already breaking. The blower is already faltering. It has been getting rapidly worse. Like it started two weeks after I got the repair done. They replaced a blower & resister. Costed $951. Now its already needing a new one.Staff was nice tho, had a sense of humor.Service: Electrical

I needed my fuel tank skid plate swapped out. So, I went to this location. The gentleman who I talked to was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They got the job done and done right. One of the best experiences I've had in this type of service. I will definitely be returning for my routine services.

Really friendly guys in here. Raised up our car and knocked the packed snow and ice off of the undercarriage when we brought it in after the snow storm. It was uncharacteristically vibrating on the interstate so we were thrilled it was such a simple fix. Service was good so we gave them our business for an oil change too. Thanks for the help!
