I just started using this shop, first visit for car inspection, instead of the place I usually go because it is so much closer to my office. The front desk guy is super personable. Availability for appointments is reasonable. Just had to have a flat tire repaired. You get thorough and personable description of the problem and the solution. Reasonable price. Will definitely keeping using them. The only downside is they don't have loaner cars. For a repair that might take a day, I don't have anyone to get me to work and back to the shop for pick up.

Kellen is the new sheriff in town and did a great job getting my car taken care of. Has great customer service skills as well. Want the job done right, go see these guys. You get what you pay for! You won't find any auto parts store that offers a lifetime warranty on their batteries either. Keep up the great work !!

They took me in no appointment did my breaks and plugs and other work. Still needed two tires so I had thoes put on my self, and came back the next day and they put my inspection sticker on. It was a good Job done quickly and the price was reasonable.

Coupon mailed to my name and address not honored. Fake discounts! Invoice sent by text msg so I would not see it right away. Front headlamp replaced in separate appointment: scratches from tools in fiberglass front bumper under headlamp, not worth fixing, but made me sad for my nice car. Don't trust these guys!

The staff is friendly knowledgeable & will educate you on all things. I will be returning in the future for any and all needs ranging from basic oil changes & inspection to more complex issues. Thank you for being honest & real it s truly appreciated

They were friendly and thorough - but even with an appointment - it was the longest state inspection I ve ever had. I arrived ten minutes early, they took my car back 5 minutes later, but it was about an hour and 20 before they were done.I would go back - but only on a day when I could arrange to leave my car and come back when they were done

I brought my minivan to Meineke for a brake check and estimate on repairs. The quote was about twice what I expected to be, so I will have the repairs done elsewhere, BUT the tech, without being asked, fixed sort of a long-standing problem with the driver s side rear door. Thank you. That was a good deed! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I m not sure how to rate this one. I m going to put it at a two star this time. Here are my reasons: two out of the three issues that were found on my car were because of a service that happened within the last 12 months. They were covered under warranty, which is why there s a warranty, but should they have gone wrong less than a year after Meineke provided service? I know things happen and I m not blaming them. The service they provide is very professional and their workers/technicians know what they re doing. I would still have service completed there, but they might not be my first choice.

I went into the Meineke at 216 Loudon Rd Concord, NH location to purchase an Interstate battery for my 2015 Ford Escape S today.I spoke with Nick at the counter. I had spoke with him on the phone an hour earlier to see if they had my specific battery in stock, which they did.Right off the bat he asked if I was going to have it installed, or just buy the battery and leave? I said it all depends on how much it is to install it.After taking a ten minute call from another customer, he looked it up and told me it was $350.00. I asked how much the battery was, and he said $204.00. That s $146.00 for the install. I said I ll just be buying the battery.Then he told me he didn t think they sold batteries. I said You have batteries, buy you don t sell batteries? He said Yes. I said that was very strange. He said he ll have to call the boss.After helping two more in-store customers, he called the boss, and was told to sell me the battery. I wasn t expecting a whole process just to buy a battery.First he needed my name, then my license to take my address off it. Then he needed my keys to give to a technician who proceeded to go out to my car, get it in and take pictures. Then with an iPad took pictures of the entire outside of my car; left, right, front and back as well as under the hood.I asked the technician why they charge so much for installation? He shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. I told him it s a 20 minute job for them. It shouldn t cost that much. Again no reply.I took my battery and got out of there. Pulled into my garage, shut off my car, and started the clock. Mind you I have never changed the battery in this car before, but I had YouTube to help me.From start to finish, including getting all the tools I needed from my toolbox, it took me 49 minutes. I m no mechanic, but I can follow directions.Just food for thought. Don t get stuck with a ridiculously expensive battery installation charge when you can probably do it yourself. The $146.00 Meineke is charging, is at least for two hours of work, maybe three. Again, I did it in 49 minutes with never have attempted it before.I m done with Meineke and their ripoff tactics!

Worked with Nick and one of the other advisors. They were both helpful and pointed me in the right direction. They also got the job done quick and efficiently. Highly recommend and will go back again.

Did not feel welcomed or pretty much cared for when coming in. I basically just received attitude from the lady up front Nice over the phone, but she didn t understand what I came in for and basically wasted my time. Didn t appreciate the loud sigh and rolling of eyes along with walking away when trying to ask questions. No patience at all. Got my 2024 sticker somewhere else !

Sabrina was wonderful to work with and the experience was so easy and simple. Updated after 11/15/23, still a great place to go! Kellen handled a very particular customer with ease. I was getting a little worked up listening to the interaction and he never lost his cool. Will continue to return :)

They tore my car apart for an hour and a half looking for something they can charge me for and they did and they will and they will charge you double for whatever you need ! An hour and a half I have never heard of such a thing only to get rejected with brand new tires brand new brake job but the window got stuck a little here and there that's it one window and they wanted to charge 3,800 for one window which I don't even need ! I'm giving them1 star just !

I asked for and received a transmission service which entails dropping the pan and replacing the filter costing me $600. 8 months later, I was recommended a transmission service because my fluid was black. I confronted the Service writer and they said they should have looked at the history and they wouldn t have recommended it. I asked why it was black and they said that when they do a service, only about 30% of the fluid comes out and when adding the new fluid, it mixed with the old and looked black. That sounds like a drain and fill vs a complete transmission service, if they even did anything to my vehicle. They lost my trust. I m never going back.Service: Auto maintenance

I have been going to this Meineke for years, even though it is further away than a mechanic who is closer to me. The service and employees are excellent and very knowledgeable. I always know I'm getting the best price, and their loyalty reward program has allowed me to get many of my services for free when I trade in points. They are quick and always keep me up to date on the progress of my visit. I highly recommend Meineke!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Sabrina has such a zealous personality! She went out of her way to get the parts needed for my vehicle before the end of the day so that I could take my car home that day. I brought my car in at the end of the day as well. Josh also went out of his way to show me first hand what went wrong with my attempt to do the work on my own. Great bunch of people overall and I highly recommend!

Update 2023 used to be great, last few times not so much. This summer had my car for almost 6 weeks for a 2 day repair (1 week to get parts i get that)and over charged me without discussing it with me prior to. Broke things on my car.Total lack of communication, I had to keep checking on status just overall lack of.Then had to bring to another shop for 3 weeks to get the issues fixed in full that they couldn't figure out.Greg and Paul were a great team and need to get back in that site and bring it back to what it was. I won't be back.Still months later dealing with issues that were not taken care of. Never did get a call about being over charged and mis diagnosis that cost me 5digits over what I paid them. Bad business
