My partner and I spent a lovely afternoon with Richard test driving a few cars. After we landed on the type of car we wanted, Richard worked with us to see what would fit our budget and located a beautiful 2022 XC60 on the lot. We started the paperwork and returned later in the week to finish up. Karl was most patient with our questions and requests for some Volvo swag, and we wrapped things up and were on our way! Thank you so much for everything! We love our new Volvo and appreciate your consideration, patience and dedication to making the customer experience wonderful and seamless! You made us feel like we were (are) all that mattered in the moment. And we really appreciated your senses of humor!

Lovering Volvo was fantastic! Richard made the whole experience easy and fun! I had been searching for just the right vehicle that met all my expectations. Richard helped me find it and then helped me with all the details for purchase. I enjoyed getting to know him! The sales manager and finance manager were wonderful too! Richard Johnson at Lovering Concord is AMAZING!!!! Richard is knowledgeable, kind, courteous and straight forward. He understood what I was searching for, my budget and needs. Concord Lovering Service dept has always come through for our car needs, they recently fit me in for an inspection of a new car from a different state and Rene was amazing, she worked hard to help figure out some inconsistencies with the car I purchased/the one I received. She was willing to spend extra time talking to me about my concerns and then went to go research what the car should have. It could have been a quick inspection and they sent me on my way, but she made sure all issues were figured out before I left. Very trustworthy team!

Our experience with Volvo in Concord was a happy accident. We were in a car accident that left our fairly already new car totaled, leaving us in a position to find a vehicle. We knew we didn t want to use the previous dealership. After going through numerous dealerships, we couldn t have been happier finding Volvo of Concord. Rich, our salesman , was unaware of all that we were going through. Unbeknownst to him, he made our day with his approach to getting us the perfect vehicle, it absolutely was not a sales transaction. He was professional and caring to the end. We can t thank Rich at Volvo enough, and the entire team enough.

I've never had a better car buying experience (Tammy!) and in the year+ since owning my Volvo, I have only continued to receive top notch service from John Reilly at the service center. It's truly always a pleasure to come into Lovering Volvo Concord. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or service a Volvo!

I was in Lovering recently for some (unexpected) service and cannot leave the exceptional customer support left unnoticed! John was efficient, friendly, informative and patient. His attention to detail left me feeling so heard and supported! When I came to pickup my vehicle his interaction with my young daughter was so genuine I didn t buy my car from them but my experience with John for service has me sold I ll never be going anywhere else!

We were finally due to purchase a new ride for my wife, who currently drives a V60. We had a short-list of cars we were interested in driving. As current Volvo owners our first stop was at Lovering Volvo in Concord. Richard Johnson was the first person we spoke to regarding what we were looking for. Our interest was in a certified XC60 and Richard showed us a few options. To make a long story short, we took a XC60, that Richard suggested, for a ride and all thoughts of purchasing something other than a Volvo went right out the window. The entire experience at Lovering Volvo was for lack of a better term just plain "easy". We are thrilled with the new purchase and will definitely do business, without hesitation, with Lovering in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Garrett on the purchase of my Volvo XC60 he was extremely professional and made the experience stress free and an easy process! He was super helpful/knowledgeable with answering all of my questions. The manager Casey also reached out to me ahead of time letting me know he cleaned the car I wanted to test drive. Most know dearship experiences can be traumatic, especially as young folk who don't have a lot of car buying experience. At Lovering, I had such a positive experience! Garrett explained the process, was personable, and was patient throughout the steps when i shifted choices. When I had questions he didn't know- he went and found out! Overall a great experience for both used car buying and a trade in.

As always, extremely pleased with my last service appointment with Lovering Volvo in Concord. John Reilly was very patient with my needs, took the time to show me what happened to my odometer and how to fix if it happens in the future. My phone had also lost it's connection so couldn't use my hands free option and John fixed that and again showed me what to do if it happens again. Won't hesitate in the future to call if need arises!

I purchased a new to me Volvo in Oct 2023. I worked with Richard Johnson, he went above and beyond on all aspects of the sale process. I never felt pressured to buy, he was upfront on pricing, there was no numbers game play like I'd had at other dealerships. I thank him for a pleasant experience.

My wife and I had looked at many different cars before we went back to look at Volvo's. We have had many Volvos, but our last car was a Subaru and she really liked it. Our intent was to look at many different cars this time. So not liking many of the cars we had looked at we then to Lovering. Richard came out, interduce himself, got the keys to a new hybrid and off we went. He was very through about the car. We bought it and everyone is happy We enjoy Richard very much and he is a great saleman

I recently visited Lovering Concord for annual maintenance on my 2012 XC70 Volvo. As always, John Reilly greeted me at the service desk with a smile. I ve been taking my Volvos to Lovering s service center for many years, and John has always taken good care of me. So grateful. I have nothing but praise for Concord s Lovering service team. (09/27/2023)***************I returned to Lovering Concord last week for annual maintenance on my 2021 S90 Volvo. Once again, I was treated with great care & respect by John Reilly & Rene Montejunas. I was concerned about being able to reserve a loaner car in the future; they addressed/resolved this concern and left me feeling relieved & reassured. Tami Lovering was instrumental in helping me and my family purchase a 2020 XC90 T5 via the Volvo Overseas Delivery program. Tami was extraordinarily quick to respond to my inquiries and stewarded me through the buying process. Tami was courteous, knowledgable and enthusiastic. She made the car buying experience fun. Plus, we picked up the car at the factory in Gothenburg, Sweden and enjoyed a two-week trip of a lifetime in Sweden and Norway, before Volvo shipped the car to New Hampshire. Thank you Tami for going the extra mile to make sure that our buying experience was a good one. We love the XC90, it is a beautiful car!

So I just want to share I am an auto broker and I assist clients in purchasing and selling their vehicles. I ve had to relationship with the general manager at Lovering Volvo, Andrea Tuthill for many years. Andrea is truly a professional at what she does and communication skills are above and beyond expectation she is an absolute treat to work with and she s fair to me when I m working numbers from my client and I respect her with the numbers she provides to me her staff has been nothing less than wonderful and it s an absolute pleasure working with her her stuff in Lovering Volvo. They are true professional, so what they do and they will always get a shot of my Volvo Business when I have clients in the market. Thank you Andrea and your team.

I recently purchased my first Volvo at Lovering in Concord. Our sales rep, Steven Burrill, was very helpful in executing this purchase. Not having bought a used car since I was a teen, I had lots of questions about warranty coverage, etc. and Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. A minor concern after purchase was immediately addressed and scheduled for repair, with Steve making the arrangements himself! Very helpful.
