Worst customer service ever! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. While the woman acting as the "triage" was friendly and did her best to ensure my needs were met, the inspector was rude and confrontational. He wound up calling his district manager, and came back with "if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else."You can bet I am!!! You not only lost business for this JL location, you lost my business at ALL your location. Forever!I'm sure any reply will say something about how the inspector had clocked out for lunch and that I was being unreasonable. He'd literally JUST clocked out. He was still in the building and could've accommodated me. Yes, of course he should have his lunch break, but don't stand in front of a paying customer and say you "120% believe in customer service" while refusing to actually provide the service in a timely manner.Instead of the inspector trying to diffuse the situation as I got more and more frustrated with his attitude, he kept pushing me. He literally spent half his lunch break arguing with me. Apparently, the customer is NOT always right here...JL is based on walk-ins and "first come first serve." Theoretically, that should mean that when I walk in and it's my turn the service(s) I need should be available. If necessary, there should be another inspector to cover lunch breaks. That would've solved this whole thing.Instead, I left really upset and will never, ever use any of their services ever again. And I suggest you don't either if you want respect and actual customer service that makes you feel like your business matters.

I have never had a worse experience getting a car worked on, the two technicians were incredibly rude to both me and my friend the entire time we were there. so mean and condescending, will never come back.

Went in for an inspection. The certified inspector was about to leave for the day, but stayed on to complete my inspection. Brought me into the shop so I could see what needed to be fixed. Ordered parts and put me on the schedule to have it fixed the next day. I was to pick it up the day after. The parts came in a day late and they worked on all through the morning and I was able to drive it away at the agreed upon pick up time.

Joseph helped us and was terrific. Service was great, fast, and efficient! I would recommend Jiffy Lube to others.

I went there a few months back and they started off very aggressive and were constantly trying to sell me an over priced filter and wipers. About two weeks later I checked my oil to see it beyond low. I don t know if it because I am a young women or what but they clearly did not put the right amount of oil in my car assuming I wouldn t know. Very disappointing and unprofessional

They should probably hire different people. It s not hard to do a correct tire rotation. You make a x when rotating not switch them on the same side. Very poor equipment when there jack gets stuck and it takes them even longer when it should only take 30 minutes maximum.

The manager there Justin L is an abusive boss to most of his employees, he allowed a male employee to swing at me and talked very sexual towards the customers and female workers, the district managers Marc Carter and Steve derbeshire fired me because I told HR about all the abuse I have gone through with Justin and to protect him they got rid of me. As happy as I am to no longer deal with this business I do want to make customers aware that this company is incredibly faulty and giving them your business will only allow future employees to suffer the incredible abuse this and these managers have caused. I have a lawyer. Save your money and go to prompto, I promise you all that your experience will be above all in comparison to jiffylube. Also the fact that Steve and Marc have not been fired for what they have done and neither christina whom still works at the concrd location.

Worst service I have ever experienced. My engine bay is covered in oil from the oil change. I now have to degrease it and clean it. I will be seeking a refund and if it is not done I will be seeking legal action.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Called a couple times for information about my vehicle from last time it was worked on. Told manager will call back NOPE !No calls was a good customer but can t chase you guys for the business.Lost me to the competition valvoline.

I just took one of my company trucks here this morning (07/26/2022) around 8:30. The two employees working were great. I wish I had got their names but both guys were fantastic. Some places make a fuss over going through Fleet programs (and I understand why) but these guys still provided the high level of service I imagine they give to every customer. I would rather take my trucks here than to the dealership. The only issue is the other trucks are a bit too big for their bays! You should come to this Jiffy Lube regardless of your situation. They got me in and out in no time at all. Really fast service! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

One star because at least the building exists. Showed up on Saturday at 3:45PM for an oil change and was greeted by an employee stating that everyone was at lunch and wouldn t be back for 30 minutes. They told us we could hang out and wait or come back. We opted to run another errand and returned at 4:15PM (they were supposedly open until 6PM).Upon arrival, a different employee shook his head at us while walking to the door. He poked his head out and said we re closed! We told him that half an hour ago we were informed they were at lunch and to come back to which he replied yeah, we took lunch and then we were over 5 hours so we closed. (Not sure what that means). Anyway, they get a point for actually being somewhere in the building today, but that s about it. Waste of time. Service: Oil change

These guys were super helpful to me yesterday.I am out of state Jiffy Lube customer & they saved my day.My tires pressures were low & the dash board sign lights came on & they helped me greatly & took care of it without any problem, after I had been denied help @ another Jiffy Lube location @ W. Lebanon.I had driven all the way from Tulsa,Oklahoma for job assignment in Vermont.Now I can really see why everyone give a good review about them.May their tribe increase !! So helpful and nice another location told me my oil pan gasket needed to be replaced because it was leaking, but Justin was able to identify that the bolts just needed to be tightened, which he did entirely for free. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. Would return for sure.

These guys are awesome. My first time being here and they all treat you like you have been a long time customer. They are honest and informational. They plugged my tire and did an oil change in less then a half an hour. All of the employee's are welcoming and I haven't seen them try to pressure any of the customers into anything they don't want. It feels like a family business instead of a corporate store.

No thanks. The girl was nice and friendly, but the rest of the experience was not. There was nobody there waiting for service which is a bad sign for me. I was told they couldn't change sealed transmission or do my spark plugs, both of which a different jiffy lube said they could. The valvoline down the street was busling and clearly have better service.

I have been coming to this location in Loudon Road, Concord, NH, for 6 years. Today just had a taillite/turn signal light changed. As always, a great experience. Justin is an unbelievably great manager. So knowledgeable, friendly, great customer service, always has a smile, and so intelligent ! And Christine, well she is great too, and so knowledgeable about any service needed and friendly. I understand she has been there for over 10 years.
