Though out the whole process start and finish. I was informed step by step of the process. The paint match and auto body work for my car was absolutely perfect. Looked brand new. Look just like rolling it of the show room floor at a car show. Such professionalism and master craftsmanship. I am very happy and will be sending family and friends their way. Thank you.

Dropped my car off on 6/6/22 and they did the repair on the fender and quarter panel in a pretty quick manner. The work they did came out excellent. You can t even tell that it was repainted, looks OEM! They were the only place I went to that gave a reasonable estimate and the price was easy to pay. Great shop! Very friendly staff kept me well informed on the progress of my repair. They even handled the return of my rental for me. Repair is flawless and looks like it was never dented!

I stopped in in early July, right before the whole shop went on vacation, to get an estimate to repair a dent in my rear tailgate. The gentleman looked over the damage and took some pictures before taking my number. He advised me they probably wouldn't be able to get to the car till late August and I said that was no problem and asked to be cc'd when he sent the finished estimate to my insurance company. Around mid-August (as I write this) I realized I had yet to hear anything from them or receive a copy of the estimate. I called to follow up and after the person on the phone found my estimate was told that they would now not be able to fit in the repair till late October. This was in spite of the fact that I had already agreed to a late August repair date back in July and it was Guimond's that had failed to follow up as promised. When a businesses idea of fixing their mistake is "see you in two months" I'll go elsewhere. Though, given how far out they are booking I guess they probably don't need my business anyway.

Brought my car back home after having it repaired, drove over an hour mind you, and opened my hood later that night to find an empty bottle of class cleaner underneath my hood right above my engine. The picture shows how I found it, with the bottle pierced into that fabric piece on the inside of my hood. How did they manage to close the hood with that in there? Clearly they aren t the most observant people considering they didn t even realize I was missing a part inside my car until I had it there for two days, despite the fact I had an estimate done two months prior. What would ve happened if that bottle cause a serious issue inside my car?

Every experience I have had with Guimond's has been top notch. They do beautiful work in a very timely fashion. I needed repairs to my car after somebody unfortunately hit my car in a parking garage and I was nervous about how everything was going to work under the other person's insurance claim. Guimond's made the whole process as seamless and stress-free as possible and even though the insurance company was delayed in responding to them after additional parts were needed outside of the original estimate, they moved forward with the repairs to get my car back to me on time. When I started my car after picking it up my low tire pressure light was on and they kindly filled my tires with air before I left. Joel in particular is very gracious and kept an open line of communication with me throughout the process. They are the only place I will trust to do minor and major auto body repairs on our cars.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I went to Guimond's in June for an estimate to repair my car. A gentleman came out, took pictures, and said he would get back in touch with me. After three weeks of not hearing, I called. The recording said they were on vacation. No response to date. Apparently they have so much business they are too busy to even let me know. Too bad for customers.

Great job on fixing my daughter's Chevy Trax. They will work with you. I will be taking everything to them in the future. Another plus is that she was able to leave her rental with them upon completion. Highly recommend Guimond's!Thanks again!!Ron

Took step daughter's car to Guimond's, a long time family owned business, after she got an estimate from a national chain. Guimonds price, quality, thoroughness, and responsiveness were exceptional. They stand behind their work. My parked car was struck by another car. They assessed the damage, worked with the drivers insurance and scheduled the repair. It was done on time and at the price agreed. I brought my truck into get fixed after being hit and was told that it would be no problem. All I needed was a tailgate and bumper. Joel assured me it wouldn t take long. After two months of Joel dropping the ball I had to move on. I always had to call him week after week and every time he would blame someone else. Very unprofessional and the lack of customer service was terrible. I will no longer be going to them or referring others.

I brought my 370Z there for some insurance damage to my drivers door and some work on the passenger side skirt out of my own pocket. Let me first say that body work is an art. It can't be rushed and even worse I know how difficult it can be to source certain parts sometimes and its just not something that can be predicted. So never rush your body shop if you want quality work. Always plan on another set of wheels for the mean time so you and the shop aren't stressed for time. That being said they did a fantastic job on the door replacement and the heavy blue metallic paint the car has looks seamless. The clear coat was blended very very well, these guys are absolutely professionals. And this is before 100% curing time and a buff and wax. Being a mechanic I know that trade workers that are exceptional at their jobs typically take their career seriously. To be genuinely good at something is something to take pride in and the quality in the work shows. With the exception of a spec of dust I found under the clear it looks better than it did before. I should thank that damn BMW because I'm very satisfied with the quality and service at Guimonds. Joel was very kind and had no issue quoting the extra side skirt work and was able to get the car done within my time frame. I also didn't even have an appointment. It can be stressful wondering which bodyshop is the right one and which will do a good enough job to make it look new again. Will they screw up the paint, will some new guy get it. I'll never have those worries again. PS Don't go to Banks Collision ever

Nice body work on the outside, but need to bring the car back for electrical problems. The time of repair was estimated at 2 weeks, but took over 5.

was sent here by the insurance company after an accident. just picked my car up after 3 weeks to find all the damages are still not fixed after several delays. i still have a cracked plastic fixture in the center of the hatch.. i am guessing its not all the way broken so why fix that? oh and my hatch does not close correctly so my door ajar light comes on while driving. And now that the rentals returned i guess ill have to manage without a car while i pay someone to fix what they could not, i will not be returning.
