Beauriful new facility! The staff was friendly & professional. The oil change I had done was quick & easy. No issues other than brakes may need to be replaced at next oil change. Very happy with the service. Thank you

Very nice new facility and nice staff. Unfortunately, the upsell on service is just too much. Our 2020 CX-5 with 49.5K miles needs brake pads, their recommendation full front and rear brake job to include rotors. $69 oil changed turns into over $1,300 of unnecessary work. We'll be using our local mechanic from now on. Keeping in mind the brakes work great, no grinding, shuttering or vibrations, just plain ol' brake pads ready to be replaced, on just the rear.* Update - just had a productive and informative call from a member of the service team at Grappone. The explanation for the full brake job is that rotors are now much thinner and require replacing sooner than older vehicles did. While I feel this could be better covered in the diagnostic paperwork, i.e. thicken measurement of rotor, I accept the explanation. still just changing the brake pads but now I know.
