Excellent service here at Grappone Mazda. What really made our experience above and beyond was our sales representative, Tony. He was absolutely incredible and found my dream car for me. I purchased a new Mazda cx5 premium and I couldn t be happier with the car and with my overall experience. Tony, thank you so much for your hard work and amazing, friendly attitude. I m reccomending Grappone Mazda and Tony especially to all my friends and family!

Amazing experience at Grappone Mazda in Concord, NH. The sales department is incredible. Tim and Justin were accessible and knowledgeable throughout the process. There was strong, consistent communication every step of the way, and Tim always made sure I was able to contact him with questions or concerns. They left me feeling welcomed and supported throughout the entirety of the situation. It's obvious Grappone is trying to build relationships with their clients rather than just focus on sales transactions. Would highly recommend buying a car from Grappone.

Although in the end we chose a different brand of car, we were very very impressed with Tony DiMino, the sales representative, who worked with us. He was supportive and informative, answering all of our questions and making us feel at home. If we had decided on a Mazda we most definitely would have chosen to buy from Tony and Grappone Mazda.

I own a 1 year old Mazda CX 30 that I purchased brand new. One day the front camera stopped working as I was pulling into the garage. I drove an hour and a half to this dealer to get it serviced under warranty. They assured me it would be no issue when I dropped it off. I got a video showing them inspecting the car which confirmed the camera was not working. The walk through showed no damage on the front end and the inspector mentioned nothing other than the fact the camera was not working. I've included a link to their walkthrough video below and you can look for yourselves.When I came back they wanted $185 for the inspection (their fee for walking around my car for less than 5 minutes as can be seen from the video) plus $1000+ to fix the camera. They claim the car had preexisting damage from an accident and didn t want to eat the cost of a repair. The attached picture is the evidence they are saying shows the car was damaged. The car has been kept it a garage and never hit anything (as is obvious from the picture and their own inspection video).There are plenty of great dealers in the same area that are mostly differentiated by how they handle these types of claims. Any dealer will give you a great experience when they are trying to sell you something. I want to start out by saying I was nervous and intimidated about buying a new car as past experiences have not been that great and the typical sales experience we all know and expect. I had the absolute pleasure to work with Tim B who made the process absolutely seamless and enjoyable the whole way through. Tim communicated every step of the way, was kind, very considerate of our time and went above and beyond to find the best deal (extra rebates) to bring my monthly cost down. I felt absolutely zero pressure or salesy type vibes during the entire interaction and the dealership itself was warm and welcoming. I would recommend Grappone, and especially Tim B to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Tim if you see this, thank you so much!

5 star for sales: 1 star for service- if you are aware of mechanics and ability to review your owners manual and like up to date information; I would highly suggest taking a second look with hesitation. Also having a service writer view LinkedIn profile to gather driving habits is absolutely absurd, and I hope this individual does use it as a learning experience. To having a head service manager throw a tantrum with head of sales (Greg- absolutely amazing by the way)present in the same room as myself over a RO that was corrected to show correct weighted oil vs original which had wrong weighted oil. Some might say wow , but to that I say manufacturer could very easily revoke warranty down the road given USA spec for the car is 0w20 weight not 5w30(Canada/Mexico). Im not a public person but the service department really needs some adjustment before I set foot back in the dealership for service.

I am very disappointed to be giving this place two stars. Overall my experience here was not great, I got my second ever car here, a 2016 Mazda CX-5. I also went here for every servicing for the car, but I will not be back.Reading other reviews on here made me realize I am not the only one who has had a poor experience here as far as mechanical aspects go. I have had my car there a total of 4 times for various things including an engine replacement and now a transmission. The new Mazda adviser by the name of Steve was really great in the process but that was about the most positive experience I had there in the 4 years I have owned my car.On another topic, while I was going through all of this trouble with the transmission tried to reach out to the owner Amanda Grappone about what was happening. I left her a voicemail as well as left a message for her with one of the front desk ladies and I never heard back from her.

After doing my research and driving vehicles throughout the area, I wasn't looking forward to the final buying process - until I chose to check out Grappone.As a sales and marketing professional myself, it was immediately evident that this dealership hires quality people and does not employ the many dated and aggravating high pressure sales tactics we've all been forced to endure. Instead, they are welcoming, thoughtful and they listen.I worked primarily with Josh. I found him to be both an honest person and expert "guide." In fact, he helped me pick out my ultimate vehicle - a Mazda CX-5 GT. Thanks Josh.And when we ran into an unusual situation that required the input of the owner (Amanda), I didn't know what to expect.Amanda listened to my views on how I thought things could be handled, and then we all decided to think about things over the weekend.By the next week, the win-win approach that resulted was honestly quite unexpected by me (sorry for doubting you Amanda).The bottom line is that Grappone has earned a happy customer, and I would recommend that you visit them.

I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Mazda or preowned vehicle. The rest of the staff was polite and efficient. A great overall experience. I recently purchased a used vehicle at Grappone. I noticed the transmission light came on shortly after purchase (however the warranty had expired by a few weeks).Clinton from the service department went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for my vehicle. He was super communicative. He advocated for me and my vehicle, and honored the warranty. I appreciate everything Clinton and the team at Grappone did for me, and my Jeep is running smoothly!

Above and Beyond Service ExperienceI purchased a Mazda Certified used vehicle from a Mazda dealership in N.Y. The vehicle was sold as such with a severely bent rim. It is a relatively new vehicle with only 8k miles.When I tried to get a resolution from the NY dealership I got no response.Service Advisor Clinton Dube at Grappone recognized the injustice of the NY dealership's conduct and worked with Mazda USA, and the NY dealership to urge the NY dealership to step-up to their obligations. Clinton went above and beyond to make himself available after hours contacting the various involved parties and ultimately got the cost of the replacement wheel and associated labor covered by the NY dealership.Clinton even went a step further and approached his Grappone management out of concern for how the situation looked for Mazda USA, and out of an abundance of customer-concern, Grappone made a unilateral decision that I should pick up my car with a zero due balance (there should have been diagnostic costs, and it was also there for an inspection). I was left speechless as I had my wallet at the ready. Apparently Mazda USA also participated in that outcome supporting Grappone.Clinton, Grappone Mazda, and Mazda USA didn't need to what they did, but they did it regardless. This was far and away the most surprisingly positive, motor-vehicle service experience I ever had, and I've been driving for over 40 years.Thank you Grappone!-MB

My wife bought her last two vehicles at grapony Honda excellent service everything was great. I came here looking for a car for my mom and found something a great shape I thought the price was spot on dealing with sales was incredible. I've been looking at a lot of vehicles and don't have a lot good to say about many places from inventory and salesman and just being honest but I had it absolutely excellent experience acropony Mazda test driving talking about vehicles salesman was wonderful cannot complain

Edit - 01/2024: We purchased another vehicle from the new Grappone Mazda building on Manchester street and could not be happier. Josh Newhook helped us with the purchase of our fourth vehicle in 15 years from Grappone and the process was great. We scheduled a test drive for first thing on a Saturday morning. The test drive and trade-in negotiation took just a few hours, and we were satisfied with our terms. Josh stayed late to accommodate our busy schedules on the following Monday and had our vehicle all set to go. He showed us many of the new features available and checked in with us a few days after our purchase. Top-notch service!07/2019:We just purchased a certified preowned CX-9 from Grappone, and I could not have been happier with the experience. Initially Chrissy Chinn called me to speak about some interest I had in a few vehicles. I asked about purchasing new, used and leasing options. Chrissy was fantastic to work with, answering all my questions thoroughly. My wife and I came in later that night to look at the CX-9 and met with John Fay. Once again, a pleasure to work with. He went through the vehicle with us before we went on a test drive. He and the team lead Kevin worked with us on our trade in and financing. They both stayed well past closing time to get our agreement set. We finished up the following night after work with Joe Bowker. Joe iwent through the contract and the paperwork, and was very knowledgeable, and friendly.The whole process was significantly easier than any other car purchased we've made, including 2 previous purchases at Grappone. The price was competitive, and my wife and I felt that the dealership had our best interests at heart. We will definitely be stopping here again for any future car purchases.

Had a great experience at Grappone yesterday. I was recommended to the Grappone dealerships, and I can see why! The staff is all so nice and friendly. They are not paid on a commission model, so there is truly no pushing or manipulation. I worked with Justin, who was very informative and answered all of my questions. Despite living in Boston, I d cross state lines just to buy from this dealership. Thank you for the positive experience

I had a free state inspection today because I bought my car here last year. The customer service people were pleasant & helpful. The waiting area was very spacious & bright with free coffee, tea & snacks plus a vending machine and I believe a food truck in the side parking lot. Free wifi, tv & a children's play nook. All spotless. But the best part of the inspection was the text I received from the tech who sent a video as he was inspecting my car! That was a first for me.

I highly recommend Grappone Mazda. From my first contact speaking to Amanda on the phone, to the buying process with Joe, to delivery of my car in a neighboring state, they were polite, professional, helpful, and honest. They have a clear up front pricing model that made the purchasing decision easy. I wish all car dealers dealt with their customers this way.

Bought a new Mazda from them that had an issue with the roof rack. I ve bought dozens of new cars over the years; VW, Ford, Buick, Subaru, Toyota, and Tesla. Grappone Mazda was hands down the best in customer service. They went above and beyond any dealer I ve ever dealt with and made sure our new car was fixed correctly. Thank you

**EDIT/UPDATEI have been meaning to write this for a while and as my car is at my mechanic again, I am updating my review. I had the dealership inspect my vehicle twice after purchase. Both inspections included a brake evaluation. Upon hearing a squeak, I brought my car to my mechanic and they informed me the reason was that one of the pads was installed incorrectly (upside or backwards ) I am curious how this was overlooked twice in inspection. Now, the car needs a new oil pan as the installation of the current oil pan was not done correctly and it leaks. Lastly, the response to my original review included the promise of someone from management reaching out to me. That did not happen either.**Disappointing experience overall with a company That is supposed to have an excellent reputation. I chose to buy a car from a dealership with hopes of getting a vehicle that, though not brand new, would be in decent condition and have confidence driving it knowing they were going to thoroughly inspect it. I purchased a Mazda CX five in mid August, and have already brought the car in three times to get fixed or looked at, and will be bringing it back in for another check engine light tomorrow. It is November 1, I have owned the car less than three months. This was after a less than ideal sales experience, having waited over three hours after the designated pick up time to get the vehicle because it was being detailed I emailed the customer service department of the company after my last service visit voicing my concerns and disappointment, and I never heard back from them. This is a company that claims to have excellent customer service and preowned vehicles, I would say, for me, this certainly is not the case.

Very friendly staff. We traveled an hour and a half away to get the model we wanted. Buying a car you want is very difficult these days. They were very helpful on the phone as well as when it came time to actually purchase the car. We could have visited closer dealers but we were happy we chose Grappone. A highly recommended Mazda dealership.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership!! Great dealership experience! We have been to a few dealerships in the area in the past two weeks researching a new car purchase. In every case we made it clear we were not purchasing for a couple weeks for various reasons, and were just test driving to get an idea of what we wanted. Only at Grappone was this heard and listened to. At no time did our sales representative Sam pressure us, nor did the sales manager need to talk to us before we left to get us to guarantee our business.The next point highly in the dealerships favor is their refusal to add a "market adjustment" to the price of new vehicles. In fact they were advertising slightly less than MSRP. Every other dealership scoffed at us when we asked about market adjustments and basically challenged us to find someone that wasn't doing it.HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend going to Grappone for your next car purchase!!! We certainly will as soon as we are ready.

Poor service and attention to detail. Drove from CT for a used 2023 cx9. Called ahead and told car was in pristine condition. In person inspection showed clear evidence of subpar (terrible) bodywork. Numerous imperfections on driver side fender, thick orange peel on same fender and front bumper, deep swirl marks on hood, hood misaligned with surrounding panels, and no feathering of paint on surrounding body panels. A regional technical school does better work. Damage was not reflected in price. Was then told there was another car on site exactly the same but wasn't listed in inventory yet. Car did not have same options. When different car was listed on site it was about $2K less than offered to me. Was told this price difference was because their used car inventory was revaluated and price adjustments were made. Two weeks later the first car with terrible bodywork still listed at same price as if in pristine condition. Lots of talk around and excuses. Reasons many people dislike visiting car dealerships. Unfortunately can't leave zero stars.

I worked with Joe who was great! Everyone at this place was super friendly, even the owner Amanda came by to talk to us. The process went smoothly and I never felt for one second they were being dishonest to make a dollar. I drove 1.5 hours and I'm so glad I did. My past experiences at dealerships are not even a close second to this team.

My fianc� bought a new Mazda and 3 months later one of the fenders/ trims fell off on the highway, we took the car to Mazda they said it would be surely be covered no problem but the part was on back order, fast forward 8 months later they tell us that there s no record of a part being ordered, so they re order said part, 4-5 months go by we still here nothing until we reach out and they told us that the part was there but there was no record yet again of the part being ordered and proceeded to deny that said part was covered and charged me 218 bucks because there was no records of us ever bringing the car there. Would not recommend buying a car here.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Justin at Grappone Mazda. Purchased s gently used CX-5 with no hassles and no pressure, unlike several other dealers we visited. If you're in the market, this dealership is the way to go.
