Very professional and fast. Called on a Tuesday windshield was installed on Wednesday.Update-They called me 3 weeks after getting my Windshield installed just to inform me that they overcharged me $40 for the trim that goes around the Windshield. They refunded me the extra they charged me for. Top notch business practice.

We found ourselves in the position of having to replace all 19 windows in the house we bought. Granite State Glass made an unfortunate situation go as smooth as possible. From start to finish, we had absolutely no issues. Chad came out to talk to us and measure the windows. We got 3 quotes, and Granite State Glass was not the cheapest but they were not much over the lowest quote, and the quality of the windows discussed and customer service were much better. Christine and Melissa made the transaction and scheduling very easy. I believe the person who called about dropping the trailer off is named Tyler. He was very nice. Matthew, Josh, Kyle, and Dave were the installation team, and Amy helped me with the final invoice. The windows look amazing. The guys were personable but not chatty. They worked hard and efficiently. The first day they came in was the day after a huge snowstorm and were respectful of our home and protected the floor in the entry from tracking in snow and dirt. I would have no reservations about using Granite State Glass again if needed.

i am so happy with the job Granite state Glass did on my car. Great job the young man that did it fantastic polite and friendly. The receptionist that i spoke to polite friendly and kind. i will be recommending you to anybody i know who needs a windshield.

We had the glass for our wood stove replaced last year. We do not use it much as we use oil as our main source of heat but we use the wood stove for the weekends when the family is gathered in the house when it gets cold. We used the stove maybe 5-7 times before the seal that was replaced seemed to let go. We brought it back and although was not given a warranty the team was willing to help us because they noticed the brackets were not correct. As a GM of a repair facility I greatly appreciate the customer service and will be willing to give my personal business involving glass to this team Thank you all who were apart of fixing this concern for my girlfriend and I.

Great experience from start to finish. Steve Palmer was easy to work with and helped pick out the right windows. Install was awesome, crew showed up early both days and were meticulous with their work. Highly recommend.

Family member of mine went and got his windshield done they very fast and affordable he had a problem with his hood latch after they told him to bring it down they fixed it right on site A+ service I recommend anyone who needs a new window to go to granite State Glass great customer service windshield is perfect A+

I have a fleet of trucks for my business and we are always blowing something up. GSG gets our equipment back on the road fast. I recently blew the back window out of my dodge- glass was everywhere. I got the truck back and they had vacuumed all the broken glass out of the cab. Very pleased with the quality here

I need an unusual glass 5/32". I was able to special order for cheaper price than competition and they help me loaded the glass in to my trailer. Also ordering time was shorter than competition. Quite happy with them.

I had a broken window in my front door on Tuesday morning. Called GSG at 8:45am, Dan contacted me to meet me by 11:45. He took measurements, called a fellow worker and had the double pane glass installed in my door by 1:00pm! I thought i was going to have to look at that ugly broken glass for days! Dan was awesome and had a great work ethic and pleasant personality.Service: Installation

I reached out to GSG after having Safelite cancel 3 scheduled appointments and string me along for a month with no end in sight. One call to GSG and their incredibly kind and helpful team was able to source what I needed, take care of the claim with my insurance and was able to schedule me NEXT DAY. I had my Tundra windshield replaced. Finding a company that provides great service and treats the customer's property with respect is a challenge. I had a few choices in the Concord area. My experience was great from the appointment to the installation. In the process I was made aware that my truck had a heated windshield whichI was quite curious about. When I dropped my truck off Eric took the time to show me the windshield and assured me he would take good care of the Truck. Other than the new windshield the condition of the Tundra was the same as I dropped it off and the nice touch was he transferred my transfer station and oil change decals to the new windshield.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Insurance company referred me. Person the phone very helpful and efficient. Scheduled my repair in two days. I was given a thorough explanation of the process, an employee met me at my car to identify the chip in my windshield, returned the car to me in thirty minutes with the chip repaired and no visible evidence of the problem remains. Couldn't ask for more. Excellent all the way around.

This is a terrific company. The customer service is outstanding. Their quality is great. They have a "can do" attitude, are prompt in returning phone calls and emails, call in advance of arrival, confirm everything and give very reasonable quotes. I will never use any other company for my glass needs, residential and automotive. Top notch in all respects.

I recently noticed i had a cracked windshield and my Jeep's inspection was due to expire in two days. I frantically called around and by far Granite State was the cheapest and had the fastest availability of any glass/windshield company around, especially during these tough times. Granite State sent their employee Cory Lang. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, and his quality of work was far better than expected. I would highly recommend and request Cory to install your windshield and because of Cory, If I need another windshield in the future, I wont waste my time calling other window replacement companies. I'll immediately call Granite State Glass and request him. Easily 5 stars. Thanks so much.

Recently had a windshield replacement. Satisfied with the work, but was seriously inconvenienced with the pickup of my vehicle. The communication skills between themselves and the customer has to improve. Other than that, no issues.

I've had my windshields replaced with other GSG shops before. Dropped in on a Saturday morning to see if a chip could be repaired, in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and straight forward with expectations.

These guys saved my day. Needed a windshield replaced and they came to me for the job. They made the process simple and pain free. Family has been doing business with them for years, and will continue to do so. Can t recommend them enough. I ve never had a bad experience.

The rear side window that hinges open on my minivan was broken. They replaced it and the one they installed did not sit flush with the car. It stuck out a quarter inch. The following appointment a few days later they replaced it again. Then they removed all the black gasket around the window and said they would come to my house to fix that problem. It has been almost two weeks since the initial visit and they still haven't replaced the gasket. I was offered $30 back of the $380 I spent but I am still waiting for that because they have to mail a check from the main office. I would never recommend the Concord NH location!Service: Auto side window replacement

Great job installing my new Phantom screen! Bob, the installer, is great to work with and does a terrific job installing. Nissa was very helpful taking care of the scheduling as well. Showed up on time and got right to work. Much appreciated!

Always a great experience with this company! We have had 3 sliding glass doors replaced, they installed our 15 x 12 sunroom, and they'll be replacing 5 windows shortly. Couldn't ask for better customer service and workmanship!
