If you re looking for anything from new tires to an oil change the guys at Goodyear in Concord are AWESOME! I was in the shop back in September to get new tires. I felt like I was treated with respect, they were very accommodating, checked in on me while I was waiting and gave me updates on how things were going. Every time I call the shop they re always friendly and helpful.Outstanding customer service is what gains loyal customers. Thank you for doing what you do!

The people at Goodyear Auto Service in Concord are OUTATANDING! Not only did they go above and beyond to help me, I saw them doing it over and over while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. They have a good setup if you have to wait, a waiting area, coffee and desks if you need to work. Owen did a great job assisting me and answering all my questions. I'll definitely be going back.

Great guys, very professional and thorough, and went out of their way to help me in a pinch, too. Got a flat tire on my way to an event, and the crew was able to swap a new tire on for me right away. Efficient and high quality service. Very good place!

Goodyear auto service in Concord is totally amazing ! The crew there was very polite courteous and very friendly also very helpful ! They took the time to show me the nail in my tire and why it could not be plugged . I will return there from here on in !Thanks guys again for all your exceptional service!

Extremely unprofessional. Wife set up an appointment for an oil change and a inspection. She goes their tells them what she is there for .1 hour later the the oil change is done (that is a long time)and then service personnel tells her they don't have anyone to do an inspection.no apologies nothing.be upfront. She would have left and went somewhere else.. the woman (manager )was very rude.

You guys ROCK at Goodyear Concord, NH!I was having my front tire checked as it was having issues with the TPM light. They looked over and checked for any leak,luckly found nothing and looked over very carefully. Were very professional, courteous and going out of their way! Thanks to a great Manager Norman and his crew! You now have a loyal customer!

Wow, I can't tell you how great a job these guys did for me. I made a mistake and waited to long to service my vehicle and I had to have my business truck brakes done and tires done immediately, I called all around and no one could squeeze me in. Finally I called Goodyear in Concord, NH on Main St. and Mike found a place to squeeze me in and Ken did an amazing job getting it all finished in one day. Great guys great service, great job all around! Thank you!

I can't thank these guys enough. After getting my car inspected at a local vip, I noticed a noise when I applied the brakes. Vip put a sticker on it. The sound got worse. 4 days later on a Saturday, after calling 20+ different brake shops, Goodyear in Concord NH were the only ones that wanted to help. They got me in and taken care of within an hour of my call. They were able to diagnose my caliper/pad issue that vip had failed to do. Big ups to these guys. I highly recommend them!!!

Great people who work here, my tire was having problems and they were truly concerned about it. They got me in as fast as they could. Honest and friendly customer service. I was stranded over an hour away from home with 2 flat tires and Ken and Noah at the South Main Concord, NH location were professional, kind and efficient with getting me taken care of. Due to their amazing customer service and expertise, they had me back on the road in less than an hour! I truly can not speak enough about how pleasant this experience was. Having a flat is never fun but they made the process painless! Thank you again

Some of the best service I ve ever experienced. I had a flat tire that needed replacing and I was very much in a pinch - Mike, the store manager, made me feel very welcome and put me at ease and had me on my way in no time! He didn t have the tire in stock and somehow got it delivered as I waited. True professionalism and customer service, I will be returning to Goodyear for future tire services!

Mike and his team impressed me with my first visit to the store. They helped me decide what tires would make the most sense for my car, and in a way that felt genuinely helpful and not salesy at all. While putting tires on, they called me to let me know about an unrelated issue with my car that they thought I should be aware of, which I greatly appreciated. From start to finish, their service was great and I felt valued as a customer. I think I found my new tire store going forward.

This place is amazing! I didn t have an appointment and they were flexible enough to squeeze me in last minute for a free wheel alignment check. Also, Mike at the front desk was very nice and patience when he explained to me the process of a wheel alignment. Highly recommended!

Wow, this is the best auto shop experience I've ever had!I originally made an appointment online for an oil change + tune-up (the online appointment set-up was amazing by the way with lots of availability within a one week notice). The day before my appointment my exhaust pipe rusted and BROKE OFF. I called Goodyear, explained the situation, and they were able to take my car in 3hrs early. They were able to replace everything, do the oil change + tune-up, and bring the total cost down from the original estimate all within the workday!!!I was consistently kept in the loop about costs and timing. They were all incredibly helpful and officially my new favorite auto shop. Thank you!!!

Recently brought my Honda Civic in for AC work. Mike did an amazing job describing what they could do to determine the issue.I left the car, 3 hours later I get a call the car was ready. No extra work needed. They completely inspected the AC system for leaks. They determined the system only needed to be recharged and Freon added. It works perfectly.Even better, overall cost was $20 less than quoted.I was very impressed. What a great service experience.

We have gotten new tires on both cars without issue. This last visit for an alignment/oil change/tire rotation I had not only terrible customer service, but the manager signed me up for the alignment plan without my consent. I contacted Good year customer service and the representative assured me a refund and swift action. It's now been 2 weeks and I have not gotten my refund and the representative is no longer replying to my emails. Please look at your receipt before leaving to ensure they are not adding services you did not consent to!

I am grateful for the service I got. 1 tyre leaking and they helped us as soon as we came in to repair the tyre with a nail in it.Reasonable pricing and friendly staff.

Truly Outstanding Service... 3rd time back now and every time it s the same rate. Kenneth from setup on phone to the check out at end was nothing less than superb... what a great front line asset. These days service is getting what you expect... and that s rare. At Goodyear in Concord, NH they deliver Exceptional Customer Service every time ! I thank them for that.

I drive a lot of miles back and forth to work. Since 2006 approx I have been coming to Goodyear with thanks to your Concord NH branch service manager Ken Shaw! He deserves employee of the decade for Goodyear. He has always been very flexible, honest and accommodating with myself and my schedule. I never have to worry that something didn t get done correctly or surprised by how much it costs for me to have things done on my car. I already told him if he leaves I will be very concerned for my car s maintenance. Not to mention devastated! Please be sure he is recognized and compensated for all the hard work he puts in as it truly shows at least on me as a customer!Denise BannisterConcord NH

I just left here and they were amazing. My tires were low, I filled them and my light was still on. I pulled in told them what was happening. They checked my air and turns out I had to push a button to turn the tire light off. They treated me like a real person and not the dummy I felt like because I was supposed to press a button and didn't know it. Hats off to the gentlemen that helped me and made me feel safe before a very long drive.

They were wonderful! My tire went completely flat around the corner from their store. They brought an air tank to my location so I could get there. They offered different services without any pressure! I had tires installed and an alignment with a 3 yr warranty to have realignments every 6000 miles if needed. They were so professional and explained everything in depth. Best place around with wonderful employees!!

Knowledgeable and great no nonsense service provided by Mr Brian Page of Goodyear Auto Service in Concord NH. I purchased a set of tires and ended up having them do my oil change also. I will have them service my 2019 Honda HRV Sport from here on end. I'm very impressed with the level of service...top notch!

Excellent customer care! Ken Shaw Made sure I knew what was going on with my Jeep BEFORE anything was started. I am so grateful to him and the rest of the staff at Goodyear Concord NH for the excellent care taken for my safety and those who ride in my vehicle. Wow! Very impressed. Very!

Wow! I went outside to find that one of my back tires was flat from a big old screw. My regular auto shop in Concord, Weed Family Auto, recommended I take it to these guys for repair. They repaired my tire in under 30 minutes and didn't even charge me. I will definitely give them my business in the future. Thank you!

I had just moved to NH in September when I developed a leak in a tire. They repaired it for free. I just returned yesterday to have 4 new tires put on. The place was very busy but Brian took care of everything for me, gave me a fair price and even gave me some helpful info about being a newcomer to the area. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Goodyear Store.

I've been using Concord Goodyear for over 10 years now and have always been pleased with their service. They have gone out of their way many times to help with servicing my Ford Ranger and Mini Cooper S. Their managerial staff has always been very polite, friendly, and straight forward with service and repair advice. It's also great when I walk in the door for a scheduled visit and they greet me by name. I would recommend Concord Goodyear to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced. Their pricing is fair and worth every penny. This is a great place to do business with.
