I am beyond impressed with the service I received on my Audi A8L, I had dual turbo failures, and they came up with a cost effective and quality solution. They took the time to find the best parts for my needs, and kept me updated along the way. I am extremely happy with the work, and will now only bring my Audi to German Autowerks for future repairs.

Bobby and the guys here are great. They have done work to a couple of my cars and the service was prompt and a good price. They have gone above and beyond for a few smaller requests where I had to stop in and they took care of it right away. Bobby and the team at German Auto Werks did a great job a doing a diagnostic on my 5 Series BMW. The owner is very honest and friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I can t recommend this place enough. If I could give this place all the stars in the universe I would. They are very trustworthy and honest. They won t try to scam you at all like most places would especially if you re a female assuming. They will take the time to even explain an issue in detail so you understand completely if you know nothing about cars. I highly recommend this place over any other place. Screw the dealership where they take full advantage of you, come to German auto works where you can trust good work and honesty from people who truly love working on cars.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

German Autowerks is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to! They specialize in VW, Audi, and bmw but they can do everything else, I have a 2016 VW golf R and I'd bring my car here even if I didn't have that car. Bobby is the nicest guy and never hesitates to answer your questions. The team does an awesome job with everything and I look forward to bringing my vehicle here for years to come! There's a reason that every review is 5 stars. It's only because you can't go higher. Bobby and his team are coming in weekends specifically to diagnose my complex issue, communicating with me every day, and I can't thank him enough. He said that the previous owner told him "take care of your customers and they will take care of you" and it is completely true. I will never go anywhere else.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I purchased my first Audi almost a year ago. It was used and I didn t know much about these cars and the sometimes specialty maintenance they need as apposed to most other cars. The team at G.A. Is quite knowledgeable about many of the quirky repairs that an older Audi may need and are able to keep these repairs at a manageable cost. They have helped me in this way with my 2006 A6. I am thankful for their courteous professionalism.

Is 10+ stars possible? Candid, professional, kind, and willing to explain your car s issues so you don t feel like you re being cheated (honestly, like most high-end dealers and mechanics). As a young woman, I have never felt more confident that I can get exceptional quality service here. Thank you for restoring my faith in the auto mechanic industry. As long as I live in the area (probably going no where) you can count on a lifetime customer.Thank you kindly; I ll be back and send my friends too!

The timing chain broke in my 2011 mini cooper. Other places we called said the motor needed to be replaced - without even looking at it. The guys here were open and said the status can only be determined once the work begins.They kept us informed and worked with us thru the process. In their work, it only needed exhaust values. What a saving grave to find a shop that's above board and works with you! We will be back when needed!

Had a couple of little issues when I first had my Audi serviced there but the owner went above and beyond to correct the mistakes. Absolutely great customer service and will still use them if needed. I would also still recommend them over going to Audi dealership.

I will start off with saying that I am not a person who writes a lot of reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I went here for the first time today to get a problem with my Audi checked out. This place was so wonderful and flexible to fit me in. All the people working there were so helpful and friendly. I usually don t like going to get my car worked on because I always feel like I m getting screwed over. Not here! I left feeling very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend!

Bobby to over for the former owner. The previous would personally pick you up if you were stranded or such.Bobby is seasoned and tech savvy,and most of all, genuinely wonderfully hearted young soul who is trying to uphold the standards of the previous owner...in which he purchased the business from ,honest to a fault.

My husband and I started bringing our VW Bug and our Audi All Road in for service over two years ago. We were always more than satisfied with Brian and crew's professional and proficient level of service. Brian and his team are honest, hardworking and very dependable. They did a great job every time. This level of customer commitment was never more evident, than after my husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness two years ago. Brian went out of his way to help us. When a car wouldn't start while I was at work, my husband, weakened from Chemo treatments, called Brian to ask his advice. Brian not only gave him advice, but he was at our house not a half an hour later, to get the car started. Since my husband died 18 months ago, Brian and his team have gone out of their way to ensure that my vehicles are repaired in a timely and efficient manner. The level of customer service we have received at German Autowerks is outstanding. You would be doing yourselves a favor by making this garage your own.

I went here as it was listed as an APR dealer, and wow this shop is great! Brian is very honest and this shop does top notch work. He even provided me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to wait around. Would definitely recommend this shop to all people owning a German vehicle or any vehicle at all for that matter. Thanks for outstanding service, it has become hard to find.

Brian and his crew are straight shooters and do their best to minimize costs on these sometimes expensive cars. They have saved me a lot of money repairing my Audi over the years. They usually have loaner cars if you can't get a ride. Glad I found them.

I have been bringing my VW Tiguan to Brian and gang for a couple years. His ability to fit you in, bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule and successfully diagnose issues are second to none. Combine that with very reasonable prices and you have a mechanic that can be trusted and highly recommended. My next car will be German and I will definitely bring it to German Autowerks!

Came in with a check engine light and low coolant. I spoke to Brian about a recent repair I had done a few months ago and that it should be covered by the dealership where I had it done. He helped me get back on my way and was very candid and honest.

I have never met a more honest and professional group of people in my life going to a shop I didnt know anyone at. I would definately reccomend them to anyone for auto needs when it comes to BMW they really knew there stuff.

I called Brian about a transmission leak at the rear seal of my 2003 Passat. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and spent about 10 minutes explaining options to me. If you need a VW mechanic, German Autowerks is the one for you. This was one of the best experiences I've EVER had in getting information about a car repair.

These guys always go above and beyond. Fair pricing and friendly staff. It is the only place in the area I would trust to bring my Audi. Highly recommend.
