Just hope you don't ever get trapped behind them driving! Consistently 10 mph BELOW the speed limit every single time I get trapped behind them. It has become a daily part of my commute to either have to pass them or end up trapped in the very long line going down route 3 every afternoon.Very ironic that their motto on the van is something about time counting then count on federated. LOL more like when time matters DON'T count on them to be there any time soon.The times we have gone there to try getting parts, they've been short and just rude. Store is filthy too.

I have gone into this store on several occasions for car parts - new battery, paint, and most recently, a new headlight. Every time I go, the person helping me is extremely helpful. The first time, I was having difficulty starting my car (it was zero degrees outside), so they tested my battery and then ended up changing it for me right there in their parking lot! Today, I went in to get a new headlight since one of mine went out. I asked Scott, who was helping me, if I needed a particular tool to change it. He asked if I had the car with me. When I said yes, he said, "well let's go change it!" Once again, he came out to the parking lot with me and and replaced the old headlight. For less than10 minutes and $4.99 I was all fixed up. I would highly recommend using Fisher Auto Parts. They are friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful! Thank you!

WORST SERVICE EVERWent in for a new battery on my way to work but apparently they don't install them. Since I don't have a trunk full of tools and needed the battery immediately, I decided to go somewhere else, but SURPRISE my battery died in the parking lot. None of the staff would give me a jump start or even let me borrow a wrench to put a new battery in myself. 3 employees and no customers (except for me), and when I asked for help the guy's response was, "Sorry Dear". Seriously?!?! 3 big men with their 3 big trucks in the parking lot at a friggin auto parts store and no one can help a girl with a dead battery??? 1st and last time I'll ever try this craphole.

Shayne, Joe, Dave and David are absolutely amazing!!! Since Shayne has come into they store the whole environment has change for the better! Such great people (minus one).

This is a great place to find your automotive needs in Concord. They have a huge inventory and a staff that is far more knowledgeable than you will find at the chain stores nearby.

Recently visited here and the staff was very friendly. They helped me find what I needed quickly and it was very affordable
