Dan is an absolute expert. I thought I had a good mechanic until I came to Dan from the previous mechanic's recommendation and Dan took 3 seconds to figure out what the other guys spent half a day trying to figure out with my brakes. Also fixed some holes in my frame for much less than expected, and got snow tires on the day after I called to make an appointment. The location is a little hard to find if using GPS- it's behind the main road, and there's a hefty card use fee so remember to bring your giant wads of cash.

My car inspection sticker was due, I called a few places and D&D was the only place able to squeeze me in. They did a great job, I was in and out and for a reasonable price. I will be coming back next year.

My family has been going to D &D Automotive for years i've owned hondas which is their specialty an now own toyotas an i am always confident they can repair my cars for a fair price an always pass on to fellow travelers tierd of being riped off by dealers. Update . The work that was done on my front wheel bearings has been a lot of problems an my driveshaft is all damaged on one side like someone didn t know what they were doing an dash lights turn on at certain speeds speed ring missing because they didn t put it back together correctly going on 6 months An now the new bearings on driver side are making noises like installed roughly. Very disappointing work quality so that s my last trip there . Looking for a new place .

D&D automotive is the place to go. They do amazing work and are affordable. Nick communicated with me everyday to let me know what my car needed and how much it would cost. They are all very knowledgeable with Honda s and I will keep taking my car there for service. Thanks D&D for going above and beyond and taking good care of me.

Nick was great. We called ahead and asked if they could possibly squeeze us in and they had us come down and checked out our brake issue. Called for parts within 5 minutes of accessing the problem and fixed within an hour. And it cost way less than we thought it would. GREAT TEAM! Nick and the others at D&D are my go-to mechanics. They are very trustworthy, straight forward mechanics, which is hard to find nowadays. I drive 2 older vehicles and have had issues come up several times in the last year. The guys at D&D are always on top of it, have quickly figured out and fixed the issues without incident. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle.

We've been taking our family's cars to D&D for 20+ years, and those guys are so professional, helpful and great overall I almost worry they'll become too popular if I tell everyone. They are THE BEST, period. Not only providing trustworthy repairs at a fair price, but always willing to give options to make things more affordable and to help our planning for future preventative maintenance needs. Never have had a single negative experience with them. Been going to see these guys at D@D's for over 20 years and they've always been spectacular. Over the years I've purchased over 5 cars from them and they have always been good reliable cars for there age and mileage. Tim and Dan and the rest of the crew are all great guys who will work with you to make ends meet. I have never had a bad experience with them and that's why any time I have an issue I bring my car to them. To me the trust and honesty means much more than a few extra dollars...well earned money. Tim & Dan & the team are great. Quality Work at a Fair Price. I had put off repairs on my 2001 Honda civic for years and this year I had the following repairs: New radiator and hoses, timing belt replacement, drive belts, front wheel bearings, air conditioning compressor, front struts and springs, and alignment. I spread the repairs over three months and they always fit me in. Also got my daughter's van new tires and alignment. I have been going there seems like15 years and they are always straight forward and friendly and I am confident in their advice and repairs.

I trust them to get the job done right. They have always been fair and honest. They never price gouge you. We have used them for years. My 2006 Odyssey still runs great after all this time, because of them. Keep up the great job you guys are doing!

If you want quality Honda service done at a reasonable price, D&D is your place. My mother and I have been taking our cars to them for years, and even now that I live in MA I still bring my car up to them whenever possible. When my 2005 Honda Civic broke down on the highway and was towed to a shop in Andover, the estimate was nearly $2000 more to fix it than D&D's estimate (we then had it towed to D&D to do the work instead). Very trustworthy and honest people, and they stand behind their work.

I brought my car to them for New Hampshire Oil Undercoating (NHOU). I was referred to them by NHOU because they were booking months out. I explained all this to one of the owner s Dan when making the appointment. I also specified the black oil instead of the clear because it was cheaper. The day of my appointment they sprayed my car, came in under their quoted price, and I left happy. However, 3 years later I was cleaning out the glove box and the receipt stated I got fluid film instead of NHOU. Fluid film at best lasts one season whereas NHOU stays on and tacky much longer. I looked on my undercarriage and I don t see any coating at all. So I haven t had rust protection for the last two winters. I called them and the man I spoke with was pretty dismissive. He stated they make have only had fluid film in at the time, or they may have done NHOU and just billed it wrong. No apology. No real recognition of the fact that I received the wrong service and was never told (I didn t receive the receipt until after I paid and dont remember looking at it at the time. They never told me I got fluid film when I explicitly booked an appointment for NHOU). I then sent them a Facebook message since they don t have email or a website expressing my displeasure to give them a second chance to provide some degree of customer service before publicly airing my complaint. I never received a reply. So I can t recommend them because they applied the wrong product (either erroneously or because they chose to substitute it on their own - which they had no right to do), and they didn t respond appropriately or at all when I brought my complaint to them.

Until recently I have been going to as well as sending friends to D & D auto for years. Not only have their labor rates increased but their all around service has nearly double in cost. A good friend of mine went there today and was charged nearly $600 for an inspection, front brakes, and 2 sway bar links. She was there 2 hours and was charged 4 hours in labor costs and there was a considerable mark up in the price of the parts as well. I'm no mechanic but an hour for sway bar links?? I can do them in about 5 minutes?!?! Parts prices for front rotors and pads was $190 for generic aftermarket parts?? Can buy them at VIP auto for around $75 - $80 for the same or better quality parts.... At D&D's $82 per hr labor cost I'd suggest going to a Honda dealer instead for $85. They will use HONDA parts and it's only $3 more an hour....

They made time to look at my car same day, front desk was very personable and a pleasure to talk to. They mad every effort to keep me in the loop, and was very accommodating for the parts needed. Definitely recommend!

They where quick. Got me in right away without an appointment. Even though appointments are highly recommended cause there a small shop and only have limited amount of bays for cars.

Absolutely horrible. Brought in my 1969 Spitfire for brakes and inspection. I should have left as soon as the owner called my Triumph an MG. Mechanic calls to tell me the defroster doesn't work, turns out he didn't know how to turn it on. Then he told me the Hazard Lights and Blinkers weren't working either but magically they worked when I picked up the car. Of course we had to jump start it since the battery was completely dead - odd it has never failed to turn over before. They tried to put the top up but couldn't figure out how to accomplish that either. So they left it in a half up kind of state. When I pointed out that they had pulled out a snap that holds the top in place, about an $0.85 piece and five minutes to crimp into the fabric - the OWNER says "I'm not fixing that the cars old" - what a complete boob this guy is. I'm planning on a motor rebuild this winter, guess who's not doing it.
