I work with Warren Anderson every time I need a new vehicle. I lease, so I contact Warren whenever my lease end is approaching. He always gets me into the best vehicle at the best price that fits my budget. He does a great job explaining everything I need to know and makes the sales process a positive experience.I have been getting vehicles at Concord Nissan for about 15 years and I really like everything about them. They've been great to me. They are so professional and accommodating. I have recommended them to many others and will continue to do so.

George was phenomenal! he listened to what i said and didn t try to upsell (or sell to my husband)he was extremely personable and he had me out the door in just under 3 hours as he had noticed my 9m old was starting to fussthank you George and everyone else at Concord Nissan

I dropped my truck off on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday morning appointment. I received a text message for the service quote at about 8:30 am. I read the text and followed the instructions and approved the work. At about 10:21 am I received a call from the service advisor Adam V. asking if I had a chance to look at the quote. I told him I had approved the work and returned the approval over an hour before his call. He assured me that the work would be completed that day. I received no other communications that day so I arrived at the dealership at about 4:30 to pick up my truck. I was told at this point that my truck was not done and hadn't even been started yet. I was told that my truck would now be worked on Saturday. I had other things planned on Saturday and making another trip to the dealership to pick it up was not one of them. I received no calls on Saturday so I finally called at 12:30 to see if it was going to be done as promised. I was told they were still working on the truck but it would be completed. I arrived at about 1:00 and still had to wait another 30 minutes for them to complete the work. I am also assuming you people have changed your policy of washing and vacuuming vehicles when they are serviced as mine was returned unwashed. I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years. But the lack of communication from the service advisor made me feel like he just didn't care enough to take the time. I will surely ask for a different service advisor the next time. Overall this was a pretty bad experience.

I had a great experience at Concord Nissan; Jamie was fantastic and made me feel at ease. I went to three different dealerships before stopping at Nissan, and the professionalism of the staff surpassed my expectations. Jamie took the worry out of buying a car and made it fun. So thankful!!

All my needs were met when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was friendly, and professional.I didn t feel rushed or pressured. Concord Nissan patiently took the time to show me all I needed to learn about the car I purchased. They excellled at getting the exact car I wanted. I have nothing but kind words and praises to send the Service team at Concord Nissan. After having a poor experience at the Massachusetts Nissan dealer where I purchased my Sentra in 2021, I reached out to the Concord Service team and they helped me immediately. Adam and Troy are absolutely top tier employees and their customer service over the last 2 years is unmatched. I have since moved farther away from Concord and I am sad to have to leave. If you need your Nissan or your car in general serviced I highly, highly recommend Concord Nissan Service center and Troy and Adam, the whole team. Thank you so much!

Rich was extremely friendly and easy to work with! He is filled with knowledge which helped make my decision, of which vehicle I wanted, even easier than I expected! The owners came out and met my husband and I personally, on multiple occasions. They really make you feel welcome and appreciated for your business. I highly recommend this dealership and their amazing team for any of your future car needs!

This is the 3rd Nissan Altima that I have purchased from Concord Nissan with salesman Rich Boyd. It was seamless and his customer service was excellent as always. Both Adam and Jared are great to deal with for financing. The service department is A plus too. Love this dealership!

I was so happy with my experience buying my new 2023 Nissan Rogue - and trading in my 2016 Rogue. Rich was amazing - it was a rainy and cold day and he pulled the car up into the service bay so we could look everything over before test driving. He answered any questions we had and once it came time to buy the car he wasn't pressuring at all. All of the people we talked with were super friendly and helpful - from Adam V at Service setting up our 30 day checkup - to Dennis helping us with the paperwork. We are just very VERY pleased with our experience. This was my first time buying a new car and it just felt like they guided and directed us in the best ways that I truly hoped for. I definitely recommend Concord Nissan. We will be going back for all our Nissan needs FOR SURE!

Jamie was magnificent!! She took me last minute with just one phone call to her. I was not expecting to take my new vehicle that evening but to my happy surprise, we were able to come to a lease payment I would be able to live with and I drove off with my beautiful new rosewood coloredSentra! Good service as long as you can get them to follow the work order without added Xtra. Takes 2 weeks to get an appointment, need to hire more mechanics I guess. Nice facility obviously. Bought a nice used vehicle from their, only took 2 hours- good experience.

I absolutely love this dealership! Sales is awesome!!! They make the buying experience so easy. Rich Boyd is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive, and he jumps through hoops to make the buying experience as easy and painless as possible. Actually, he makes it enjoyable!!Service is one of a kind! Let s face it, it s the Service Department that we all have to deal with for the life of the vehicle. There is no way I would ever have my vehicle serviced anywhere but at Concord Nissan. I have been doing business there for so many years and Troy Capra is phenomenal! He has never told me I needed work done unnecessarily. I truly trust him and this dealership. The Technicians who have worked on my vehicles have always done the work correctly the first time!! I ve never had to go back for something that wasn t done right the first time.Anyone who does business at Concord Nissan will not regret it, believe me. I ve purchased several vehicles there, all because of the way I have and continue to be treated. If you want to be treated like family when buying a vehicle or having it serviced, then go to Concord Nissan!! And the best part, if they don t have the exact vehicle you want on their lot when you go to buy, they will do everything in their power to get it for you.

I won't go to any other dealership! Everyone at Concord Nissan is so wonderful to work with. They're very knowledgeable about their vehicles and my overall buying process was seamless! I was provided answers to all my questions in a straight forward manner and I felt zero pressure from anyone. It was my 5th enjoyable buying experience at this dealership...the staff here know what they're doing!

I went in recently to trade in my lease and I can t say enough about Rich, Jarod, and the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly and Rich was super informative, he showed me features on my new car that were very useful. He certainly knows his stuff. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a car go to that dealership.

New car shopping...what can I say? Had my car for 12 years and just dreaded going through the process of finding a new one and dealing with car dealerships.Fell in love with a 2023 Armada. Rich, Dennis and Adam were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Fair with pricing, trade-in and even held the car for us while I took a couple of days to make up my mind.Had an slight issue with it a week into owning the car. The whole Nissan Team, including Rich, Dennis and Adam were behind us. Service was great to work with. While they fixed the problem (covered under warranty) they gave us a loaner car. Troy and his Service Department were on top of it and were great to work with.Bottom line, if you are looking for a hassle free, fair and honest car buying experience go to Concord Nissan!

In August we started looking for 2 new vehicles for my spouse and I. I found the Nissan Ariya and fell in love. Worked with Jaime who was amazing. No pressure. Recommended we put a deposit on an Ariya all-wheel drive to have it transferred from another dealership. We did and were advised ahead of time it would take a couple weeks. Life got in the way, our son needed his new ride ASAP (car at the time), so we went looking for the AWD Ariya and found it at another dealership the week after putting down $500 deposit.Went to Nissan Concord today to request the refund, which Jaime had assured us was refundable before we put deposit down. Dennis Duke decided to lecture me on how they had bought the car, it s still on their lot, why did I buy it someplace else? I told him life got in the way and I needed a car ASAP, other dealership had what I wanted. He continued to lecture. I headed for the door and that guy had the audacity to tell me to sit down like I was his child. I walked out pissed. I will never go back. Team Nissan and Somersworth s will get my business going forward.

I had a wonderful experience at Concord Nissan yesterday! I traded in my 2021 Nissan Rogue sport and got a new 2023 Nissan Rogue that I absolutely love! Jerry Chantelier was a pleasure to work with! I always request mechanic Michael Sullivan because I know he will take extra good care of my car; it s in his nature to be thorough. Sure enough, he noticed a nail in one of my tires! If you had had a replacement tire on hand, it would have been perfect.

Not great. We've purchased/leased several vehicles from them. This last week we brought my wife's Murano in for a "free" inspection. They said the brakes needed to be replaced. Since we didn't have them do the work we had to pay for the inspection. Then we needed a key for the car. Was told $266 for the key but when we picked the car up there was a surprise charge for cutting and programming the key which made it a $400 dollar key!

I bought a new car from another dealer in NH. I established service with Concord Nissan. Shortly after that time, my car took on a significant amount of water due to drain issues and a roof leak. Troy was incredibly understanding and pleasure to talk to. I can t say enough about Adam, the owner, who doesn t even know me and helped to get the right people involved. Wayne has been so awesome and facilitated getting the work I needed done approved by Nissan and assured it was completed. I can t say enough about the customer service provided to me. If I ever purchase another Nissan, I m there for the buy and service. I ve never seen a company focus on and help a customer that did not even buy from them! Thank you so much for everything!
