By far, the best garage in the Concord, NH area. I've been exclusively bringing my cars here for many years and always get the highest level of service. I've gotten quotes from other garages who have tried to mark up the prices and suggest that repairs were urgent, only to bring it back to Don who gives an honest & transparent report on what actually needs to be done and then completes the work in a timely and cost efficient manner. Can't recommend this place enough.

My family and I have been going to Don and the crew for years with many different vehicles and repairs. I trust them and never feel like I am being played. They are honest, up-front and have integrity. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Complete Car Care for years to come. It's a great feeling knowing there is a trustworthy option for us.

We have been working with Don for more than 20 years and always been very satisfied with the service. Don's shop has always been fair and has always let us know what needs to be done and what will need to be done soon without any pressure. Good shops are hard to come by so I'm thankful to have a honest local shop like Complete Car Care

We've had company vehicles repaired and maintained for some time now - two years in my time as a company employee. I can't say enough about this shop, and of course Don as the owner. I'll put it best - in my 48 years of auto ownership, Complete Car Care finishes at number one in my estimation. Like many of you out there, I've got some horror stories of bad experiences over the years with various businesses. Nothing but good things to say about the experiences I've had at Complete Car Care! I couldn't give it a higher recommendation!

I have been using Complete Car Care now for 3 plus years. My whole family uses this locally owned and operated business. Don (the Owner) is extremely professional and always sympathetic of my needs. They are informative and very knowledgeable. Most importantly he doesn't up sell you on items that you don't need. He is honest, hard working, and very understanding and for these reasons he has my loyalty for all my car needs. MOST IMPORANTLY he also has been a MAJOR help with my extended warranty issues.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I had an auto start system installed into my 2011 Nissan Titan about 3 years ago. They did a great job! Price was good and the product that they installed out performs my expectations. I just purchased a newer 2019 Titan and definitely will be calling them on installing one on this truck. I highly recommend this company.

I am super grateful for their help with my misfired Clyinder. They didn't replace parts just to charge me. Not only that they got me scheduled with in a day or 2, not 3-4 weeks out. The reviews are accurate!

Complete Car Care does wonderful work and have been very friendly to me, always. They constantly go out of their way to accommodate my work schedule and have done last minute rushed repairs for me on multiple accounts. They are extremely personable and communicate very well. I have curiously read the bad reviews and found them to be uninformative slander possibly bred from miscommunication. If you are the type of person that believes you deserve special treatment because you are giving someone money for a service, then you might find yourself upset with any service. If you believe you are an equal and treat employees at Complete Car Care with respect and understanding, I guarantee they will do the same for you. If you want your car to run well for a fair price and no surprises, I would highly recommend Complete Car Care.

Their prices are reasonable. They are very transparent as to what you need done on your vehicle, the time frame and the estimate. This was my first experience,but I will take my car back to them.

Don is one of the most genuine people I've ever met, he has awesome mechanics .. it is a fantastic shop. It is not a place that you get ripped off at. Don answers questions regarding your vehicle, and is dependable. All-in-all I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks CCC!!

Excellent service !!!!!This business is a great example of quality service, excellent prices and outstanding customer service.They had my car back on the road in less than two days when Grappone Ford had me waiting for weeks. They overnighted the part & had the work done in two hours. The total cost was hundreds less than what Grappone quoted me.I highly recommend this business. Don & his team are awesome.

Incredible!!! The best car care I've ever had in my life. Honest and genuine in their diagnosis of your car. You NEVER have to worry here because they will be very honest with you good and bad !

These guys sre spot on. I have had several vehicles serviced there over the past few weeks. Don and his guys do great work, no trying to service what doen't need servicing, and great pricing. Finding a good mechanic you can trust....Priceless...Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I have dealt with this company for many of years and have been very satisfied, but today was a whole different story. First and foremost, because I am an honest person, (take a note) I have an interlock system in my car due to a mistake I made 2 years ago. We called them yesterday and told them we had this in the car, response no problem we have dealt with this many of times (obviously not)!!!!!!!! Today when the car went there all of a sudden it is the biggest problem in the world for them, and they so rudely told my husband it is not his fault or the states fault, it is his so maybe next time he should not drink and drive, really!!!!!!!!! First and foremost it was me his wife not him, and the owner misrepresented his business for saying he knew what he was doing. I called him to talk about the way my husband was treated and he treated me worse than my husband. I hope his mother reads this, you never talk to a lady that way. I hope that people get from this that we all make mistakes and no one, no one has the right to judge you or anyone else, especially if you are an owner of a business. This was so disturbing to me that I have reported Complete Car Care to the NHADA, the Better Business Bureau and I am writing this review, which I have never done before, people should never misrepresent their business or heir GOOD customers like the way I was treated today!!!!!!!!! I also have no problem telling you who I am, that is how upset I am with the owner of this establishment!!!!!!Sue Scott

I am fairly new to Complete Car Care after having many problems with work done by my old mechanic. Not only has Complete Car Care done a great job resolving issues I have found with my car, they have also been beyond helpful in giving me advice on what I should be asking my old mechanic about parts still under warranty there. It's really great having a mechanic you can trust and who actually takes the time to explain specifically what needs to be done to your car, answering any questions about the process, and then going into detail about exactly what they did. Complete Car Car goes above and beyond in taking care of their customers needs!

Fantastic, trustworthy, and quick service!! I needed my inspection done that day. The part I needed would have taken a while to come in. So staff helped me find a place to fix the issue and were able to squeeze me back in later that day to complete the inspection!!

A+++ Shop!!! Don and his mechanics know what they are doing! I have driven in there with this alarming noise that sounded similar to someone pushing one of those big trash things that they go around picking up individual trash at the registers at Wal-Mart but it sounded like it was on a sidewalk or road and really really really loud. I said to my husband lets stop by Complete Car Care and see if Don has just a second to come out to listen. Thankfully, he did! It was my heat shield. That if you drive on talk grass, like in a field, it prevents fires due to the temperature of that area of the car. I don't drive on talk grass, so come to find out I could just take it off.He is VERY honest! Very Reasonable in prices! Highly recommend to ANYONE!!!

Service is very good and they make sure you get the right stuff. They will call you if there's anything else that needs to be fixed. Or if it can wait for a while.
