I have been a customer of Capital City Subaru for many yrs and have always received helpful, courteous and thoughtful service. I ve learned so much from them about my vehicles over the yrs. The addition of the video during the inspection process is awesome. I have an older car and the technician took the time to carefully show me the condition of my vehicle and fully explain what might need to be done in the future. His comments were clear and understandable to someone like me who has limited knowledge of cars. Thank you for taking the time to provide this informative video. It helped a great deal.

Most people dread the thought of walking into an auto dealership to purchase a car. Not so here at Capital City Subaru. Everyone is helpful and pleasant, with no pressure put on the customer.I compared Subaru to Toyota, Honda, and others and found myself coming back to Subaru to purchase my 2024 Forester. This car has everything I wanted at a fair price. Other dealerships could only show me used models of their cars that would require me to pay extra for the options I wanted. I would have been paying top dollar for used Goods.My salesperson at Capital City subaru, Brie, was Top Notch and very knowledgeable. She helped make the process so much easier. The showroom was quiet, so you could think about the purchase you were about to make, and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision.My experience with the service department so far has also been stellar. I think you'll find that to be the case in just about any Subaru dealership. They will not sell a part, or perform a service unless it is safe to do so. That's what I want!When looking to buy a new, or used car, I would definitely recommend Capital City Subaru to be your dealership of choice. I have already put more than a thousand miles on my Forester and look forward to many many more.

He listens to my concerns and goes the extra mile to address each and every detail; keeping me informed at all times. He is an outstanding representative for an outstanding dealership! Just had my car serviced there and it was a great experience. Friendly, helpful employees who went above and beyond to help and answer all of my questions. Loved the video of the one issue they found. Such a great add-on! This is the 3rd dealership that I have gone to for my regular services and was the best so far. And they washed my car before giving it back to me.I didn t buy my Subaru here so can t speak to that side of this dealership. The service side is great!

Josh at CCS has taken care of our family and multiple Subarus for many years now. He is professional and careful to explain things with detail. The video multipoint inspection is a great tool to help understand the technicians findings and recommendations. We highly recommend capital city Subaru to anyone looking to buy a Subaru and Josh for service visits. We will continue to use CCS for our cars.

We were in the area from the Midwest visiting family in New Hampshire and had unexpected mechanical problems with our Outback. The staff did their best to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Mike coordinated the service. Jim worked with Subaru to get the work approved under warranty and Richard devoted his time and expertise to complete the repairs. We were pleased.

I made an emergency stop here when my 16 year old Subaru started leaking brake fluid. They were able to get me a fast diagnosis and my family was glad to have a comfortable waiting area. I m very grateful for the help I got from Mike and Josh in the service garage.

I had a automatic transmission overtemp light come on my Subaru when driving from Whitefield, NH to Logan airport. The car still ran but all the warning lights came on and the cruise control wouldn't work. I drove into Capital and the service writer "Josh O'leary" met me during his lunch hour. He knew about my situation about getting to Logan. He reset the system and the errors cleared and I was able to complete my trip. He indicated if the lights didn't come back on there it shouldn't be an issue. So far 2 weeks and the car is running well. If the car does fail I'm sure I'll return to capital and Josh since he went out of his way that day to get me back on the road! Great dealership and service writer

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership, most recently a Forester from Bri Uzdanovuch. This last experience was absolutely fantastic. Bri worked to get me a good price and excellent trade in on my Crosstrek, and when I went to pick up my Forester, the process was fast & easy. Bri spent a ton of time showing me every feature and setting that I wasn t already familiar with and it was so appreciated. She has reached out twice in the last week to make sure I love my new car. 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru!

I purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback from Capital City Subaru on 12/31/23. I needed a vehicle right away as my Volvo needed yet more expensive repairs.I spoke with Brett Cushing, Sales Consultant. He said they had a 2011 Subaru Outback that was�just traded in.� He said if I don't purchase it, it would just go to auction. (I was an auto claims adjuster for 30 years which included�handling total losses and having contact with salvage yards.� �My guess is that the auction house would have paid $3,000 at most for the vehicle.)He went and spoke with the manager, Shawn Ramos, Sr., and came back with a price of $9,000.� The vehicle had a little less than 149,826 miles on it.In this 1 yr 3 months I have put 10,000 miles on the vehicle.� It now has 160K miles on it.Not long after purchasing the�Subaru, it�was clear to me why the vehicle was traded in.� It needed brakes and rotors, a wheel bearing, cv axle, battery, and ball joints on both sides,� �Also all of the doors won't stay open and each one will keep closing�when trying to put things in the vehicle, i.e. groceries.� How much for all of these repairs?� � �About $5,500.00.� I had all of the repairs done except for the doors and I did get a 2nd opinion for the repairs.

I had to bring my car for service and inspection. The service department does deliver service with a smile. Their professionalism surpasses other places I have visited before. They even washed and cleaned the interior (which I do appreciate so much).They even video which is sent to your phone and the technician working on your vehicle reports any issues. I am very happy with the service. I do recommend that you take your vehicle to them.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Crosstrek from Capital City Subaru of Concord, NH and it has been my best experience ever making a car purchase. Their website works great for checking out the existing inventory, and it proved to be very informative and accurate. I set up an appointment with the sales team within a few days, met with Shawn Ramos Jr. on a Friday to test drive the car and review financing options, and met with Bri Uzdanovich the next week for an extensive and helpful review of the cars features. I met with the business manager Allen Dunn to discuss additional options for the vehicle and complete purchase paperwork. Kudos to this team, who were friendly, knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful throughout the process. Thank you!

She listened to us and was able to find us the perfect car. Had an exceptional experience in having a used transmission installed after I had mistakenly drained the fluid out of it thinking I was draining the engine oil. Capital City Subaru found and installed a used transmission with only 30K on it. Excellent communication from the service team to me while my vehicle was in the shop and I was given a loaner for the whole time it took to perform the repair.It wasn't cheap, but I was treated fairly and I thought the cost was reasonable given the work that needed to be done. Car runs great now!

Whenever I go in for Service I work with Josh O'leary who always shows an unparalleled commitment to showing that he truly cares about your experience from start to finish. I found myself in a tough position today where I had gotten a flat tire on my work commute. I was worried about driving my vehicle on the spare tire and the tire looked like it could be patched. Josh was the first person I called and within 10 minutes I was there with no appointment necessary on a very busy day that they could very easily informed me they had no availability. not only did they patch my tire at a very fair price, I also had great communication through the automated texting directly to Josh and was kept up to date on the service start to finish while I left to return to work. The video provided during the service is a really unique and neat benefit here. I have experience with a lot of dealerships and nobody has come close to this scale of transparency. Highly recommend anyone needing their Subaru serviced to give these guys a shot.
