My most recent experience has shifted the story that dealerships just want to makemoney and don t care about you. When I saw the $$$ my vehicle needed to just to PASS inspection, my heart dropped. Doug, in particular was so kind and understanding. He worked with me to order in less expensive parts and allowed time for us to shop around and bring our own parts! Our family was able to take our car home for half the quoted price.Never did I feel pressured or judged. It was a wonderful experience and I m so grateful for him.

Doug was incredibly helpful and thorough throughout my entire experience. I had some very sudden work that needed to be done on my car before I could drive it and they were able to get me in quickly and figure out what was wrong even though I had never previously been a customer of theirs. Will definitely use them for all of my service needs going forward. Very happy with the whole team and would definitely recommend!

After inquiring at several local dealerships, I really appreciated the effort and time Amber took into helping me get into my new car. She was very responsive and answered all questions that I had.When we got to the dealership, Jenn was the one who helped us with all of our paperwork. She did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and answering any questions.Definitely will continue to use Capital City for future vehicles!

It was a great experience. Edward was welcoming, kept me informed of what was going to be done. While I was waiting commuicted what the findings were and how much longer it would be.It was suggested that I could get my car inspected that day and save me another trip.Was extremely happy with service provided.

I m must say that the young salesman named Aaron was great. I was so impressed with his dedication and professionalism. We hit a few bumps during my process but he kept his head and that helped me to keep mine. For me it was how he took his time with me before during and after. I don t think I would have been able to stay so patient if he didn t keep reassuring me that it would be worth it. Also I enjoyed working with Ben in finance department. I hope you take good care of Aaron he s a really great addition to any company team. See you in a couple years for my next one Aaron

Very good experience this time around. I went in to get my cabin air filter replaced and they did my free NH state inspection and replaced/repaired the rear view camera for free based on a company recall for the clips that break in the 2022 Kia Sorentos. It went quickly and I was able to have a productive day, without any need to get a loaner or rental. Special thanks to Ed, who has clearly had a lot of experience with these factory recalls recently, reminded me that inspections can be done up to three months before one's birthday month in the state of NH, and provided overall excellent service to me as a regular customer of this location since buying my new vehicle here in 2022. Thank you!

Capital City Kia diagnosed the problem with my fog lights but had to order the part. The part arrived promptly and the second visit solved the issue and the work was even covered under warranty. Cap City is well worth the every extra mile I drive to get my Kia serviced there

After not going to this Kia when it was Dan O Brien and now coming back to get service done on my vehicle under Capital City Kia Ownership this place has improved tremendously. Service advisor Edward and team did an amazing job getting me right in at 8 AM Saturday morning and getting my vehicle back on the road the same day as they allowed me to come pick up my vehicle up after hours. I will be bringing my vehicle here more often as it is closer to home instead of having to travel to Kia up in Tilton which I did when I was in College. 5 stars.

I was greeted almost immediately...the tech that I spoke was very polite and explained everything I needed to know. When my vehicle was done I was greeted by a gentleman that was also very polite and explained everything from my slip and escorted me to my car.

Seriously amazing! I had been dealing with a rough bank lease situation. Everywhere I had gone couldn t offer me a good enough deal. I came in spoke with Brandon and Dennis they gave me an amazing deal on a beautiful new Seltos. I could not be happier.

Service for my oil change was just great as they have been. I will however say that the upbeat customer oriented spirit that was once there under Dan O Brian is gone-sadly. I travel from Keene,NH to buy and get my cars there but I m not sure if I will go back when it s time to trade in. It would have been nice to know that coverage that came with previous owner is no longer to be honored by new owners. I get it but possibly a group text or email to let us know prior to coming in for service or inspection. From Either previous owner or current would have been appreciated. Oh well. Times are a changin

Overall my experience was positive. There was a mixup of when my car would be delivered but Amber and Grace came through for me and went above and beyond to make it happen. Grace even picked up my husband and drove him to the dealership since we were down a vehicle. Excellent customer service!

I needed a key and fob for my new car. Right from the start, Capital City impressed me. Keith in the service dept. had the items and put me through to Doug in the service dept. who scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. I was in and out in about an 1.5 hours. The facility was clean, and heck, the service dept. washed my car and put my new license plates on. I m going back!

I went in to the dealership for an inspection sticker. Over an hour later, after I asked how much longer it would be, I was told tht they were doing a recall service on my car. A heads up sooner would have been nice as I had other plans for the day than spending 2 hours @ the dealership.

Ed was great! Had a late appointment and was late but he took care of me and was able to apply my dealer bought (from the old Dan O'brien) vehicle maintenance plan for my oil change. They even cleaned the interior and vacuumed my WeatherTech mats for me! Really went above and beyond! Would recommend

Peg and I just purchased a 2024 Telluride at Capital City Kia. Brandon did a really good job of answering all of our questions and making himself available going forward. John, the Manager, was also very helpful and reasonable during negotiations. We reached a fair price very quickly, and without much back-and-forth. We traded in a 2020 X5 - the Telluride is comparable in technology, creature comforts and fit-and-finish, and the best at a much better price point. The hardest part of the process was getting Peg to decide which color she wanted - that was hard (lol).
