What amazing people !! Every single person I had the pleasure of working with went above and beyond ! I can t say enough great things . Heidi is so full of knowledge, caring , and spent the entire day with me . She really is a beautiful person inside and out . There wasn t a question that she couldn t answer . If anyone is in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend seeing Heidi . Bob was also extremely helpful and made it all happen also ! Great crew .

Worked with Heidi on getting into a new truck. She was very professional at every point of the process and her communication was excellent. She was very thorough, and most of all very personable unlike many experiences I've had at other dealers in the past. Would recommend Bob Mariano and will be using them again in the future. Had an excellent experience purchasing a used vehicle at Bob Mariano CJDR. Heidi Austin was extremely respectful of my time and personal purchasing process and was very transparent from beginning to end. She was very rational and straightforward through the whole negotiation process and worked with me to come up with a win/win deal. If you're in the market I highly recommend giving her a call. Ben Guthrie was a great listener and provided exactly what I needed on the back end of the deal, once again a win/win for everyone involved. I'm happy to support local businesses that are focused on meeting their customers' needs in a responsible way for all parties involved and Bob Mariano CJDR certainly make good on that promise.

Stay clear of this sleazy shady dealership! I stopped in on a Saturday in need of ordering a brand new 2024 Jeep GCL Overland. This is a replacement vehicle from FCA directly (buyback) and I explained the whole situation and process to both the sales rep and sales manager. The sales rep whispered to her manager "do I need to make the call" (I am assuming this is to call the GM to see if they wanted to even do this for me). I was instructed by my case manager at Jeep corporate to simply submit an order at the dealership. I then needed to get my case manager a copy of the order form. Once it goes to D1 status (need a VIN established) the rep from FCA would reach out to the dealership to make financial arrangements. Very SIMPLE process and this dealership failed to listen to me the customer and my needs. The sales rep kept calling me leaving voicemails stating that she needs to hear back from me before they can do anything? What is this even supposed to mean!? Simply open your ears and put in the order the day I walked in. Nothing but the run around from this dealership. People are busy don't waste their time and just get what needs to be done accomplished.

We had our 60,000 mile maintenance and a check engine light repair completed yesterday. The service advisors and other staff were very prompt and detailed when communicating with us about our vehicle. We were able to get the repair completed the same day which was a huge win for us as we do not live close to the dealership. We really appreciate the personalized customer service and efficiency of this service department. Thank you so much!

Bob Mariano's always take great care of me with sales and service.I've bought five vehicles from them over the last 12 years. When I've had issues they have gone above and beyond what you would expect a dealer to do. I recently had the worst service experience at Bob Mariano Ram. My 1 year old 3500 Ram was towed to that dealership since it was the closest. 1 month later they returned my vehicle. The repair required an air filter & a sensor. In the 50 years of my owning new vehicles I never had such bad service. I don't know why anyone would want to buy a vehicle there if they were covered by a service warranty.

I entered this dealership, as I enter all dealerships, with my guard up. I was getting some work done on my car and planned on taking a look at what they had while I was there. Geoff sat with me and we talked about what I was looking for. He walked me around and showed me what was available. I found the perfect car on the lot and he said to take the car, run errands, get some lunch and they'd call me when my work was done. The repair center communicated well and completed their work promptly I dealt with Geoff, Ben , Marty, and Anthony, and they all took me through the process with no pressure and no dishonesty. They gave me a fair deal on the car and my trade, and treated me with respect. I will absolutely be talking to them nest time I need a car and will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family. These guys know how to do business.

Our salesman Geordie was fabulous. He took lots of time to explain the many dials, buttons and knobs of the unnecessary extras on these new cars. The staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the time it took to finish the sale. I would definitely buy another car there.

This was the second time I have shopped at Bob Mariano, and I have had a great experience both times. I leased my Jeep Wrangler in 2018 and Cliff and the team were great. Friday I went back after moving up to the area and just having twins, because we very quickly realized my Wrangler was too small for our now suddenly large family!! I was interested in a new Grand Cherokee L and was able to request Cliff again as our salesman. We felt welcomed back with open arms and everyone was excited for us on welcoming our two baby girls into the world just a week and a half sooner. Cliff and Andrew ultimately made the process easy and I couldn t be happier with my purchase! As Cliff joked, if I bring my girls back when it s their turn to drive he ll be really old but happy to help!

I had a great experience !!! My salesman Geoff was excellent. He was very nice to deal with and was unlike any other salesman I have dealt with in the past. Geoff was easy going, very helpful with all of my questions. Best of all was that he did not try to force me to buy my truck, he listened to me and allowed me to decide unlike other experiences that I have had buying vehicles in the past. I would 100% go back and by another car from Geoff I would give him a 5 star rating for sure!!!

Brought my Dodge Challenger there for code p300 had car for 9 days . They called and said they can't fix my car and charged 650. Bucks to try and fix it. They said they can't find parts for , 2015 dodge at a dodge dealership!! Also could not fix my Dodge at a dodge dealership. Yet charged 650. Bucks for trying, sadly this is not a joke!! Avoid this place !!!

We recently had service for our check engine light and as always we had top notch service from the time we arrived til we were told they found a sensor that needs to be replaced but it might take a while for it to come in with the strike going on. Gary was on his game as always. Very pleasant to work with. We have been dealing with this dealership for several years. We always have great service.Thanks.

I walked in looking to purchase a new vehicle and was paired with Jeff. He took the time to thoroughly explain each vehicle I inquired about and answered all my questions in great detail. He was, by no means, pushy in the sales process and was upfront and respectful what I was asking for. His fun personality shined through and was very personable. He even stayed late with me and came in on a day off to finalize the sale. I would definitely recommend and will return to Jeff for all future vehicle purchases.

Went in for my 20k Jeep Wave service. Was in and out in about an hour. Service advisor Gary S. was very nice. I just have a couple gripes. First is they didn't latch the left hood latch. I had to pull off the highway because my hood was shaking like it might fly open. Second is they didn't reset my oil life indicator. I know it's super easy to do myself, but they should do it when they change your oil. Other than that it was a positive experience.

Jeff Rosen was amazing to work with. It didn t feel like he was just trying to make a sale. He made sure I was comfortable with all the numbers before proceeding and really broke everything down for me. He s very knowledgeable with jeeps and was able to guide me in the right direction and answer all my questions with ease. I was/am so happy with my purchase!! Everyone I encountered that day was so wonderful to work with. I m glad to have had a good experience at a dealership(we all know hard it can be sometimes). So thank you to Jeff R and everyone else who helped me that day! You guys rock

Had a great experience here with Drew when purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, Drew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly honest and response with all my questions and concerns.I felt like Drew & the team at Bob Mariano really wanted to work with me and made sure I was 100% comfortable with what I was purchasing, everything they promised was delivered and they even stayed well past the close time to make sure I was happy.I also had the pleasure of meeting one of their Managers Frank who continued the theme open honest communication and a willingness to work together.I really can't say enough about these guys and will absolutely be back for another car.

My experience was amazing compared to the dealership located next to them.The salesman I spoke to on Facebook was honest about what was one the lot.When my husband and I went to search the lot, we were not overwhelmed by salesmen.It was super fast and I love my new used Cherokee.Even after, my salesmen Geoffrey took car of me.I approached the honesty and service.Thank you Bob Mariano!10/10 recommend.

Amazing dealership with helpful and knowledgeable sales people. The twins , Alex and Gordon both were extremely courteous and professional with the car shopping process. The sales manager, Ben will do everything he can to ensure you are getting the best deal for your business. Especially in this car market, it is not always easy to get the exact car you re looking for and they went above and beyond to ensure my happiness with my purchase. Honestly one of the best buying experiences I have ever had buying a car. Listing price was fair they gave us a decent price for our trade. Jeff was very knowledgeable about what I needed in a vehicle ( something we can flat tow behind an RV) He also stayed late on a Sunday to help us set up phones and walk us threw all the controls and functions in the vehicle. They definitely earned my Business in the future. This dealership definitely goes above and beyond all expectations.

I bought my 2016 Wrangler from Bob Mariano and I love it! The previous owner kept it in excellent condition. I worked with Jeff who is very knowledgeable about Jeep and Wranglers specifically and an overall great person to talk to. During the process, I was able to ask many questions and Jeff answered them all. It was a very easy decision to make. I highly recommend purchasing a Jeep from Bob Mariano!

Awesome experience from the first phone call to visiting the showroom. Heidi was outstanding in providing all the options I was looking for and ensuring total satisfaction. Dealing with the sales department at bob Mariano was fantastic.. I personally dealt with Alex eddy and the whole experience was quick and painless. I have spend hours on hours in the past sitting in dealerships. Alex and the guys at bob Mariano made my purchase of my 2019 ram 2500 an absolute pleasure. I will be going to them for any future purchases most definitely.
