This is my first order from Batteries+bulbs and it was very satisfying purchase experience. from finding the right battery for my vehicle to check out and pickup, all went smoothly. Their prices were very competitive. This is my shopping review I haven't had my battery long enough to give a review on that.I will definitely consider them at the top of my list for future battery needs though.

Great service from Craig and the team. They offered a battery for the key fob for our Chevy Cruze. Didn't solve the problem, but they didn't charge us for it.

Just had my broken screen replaced by this wonderful team. During the repair they did break the back glass and didn't have any spares in stock but overnighted the part and it was done the next day with no extra charge. Overall a great team and would definitely recommend if you want your Samsung phone repairs done right! Thanks again to the team!

I am happy to say my screen replacement via insurance claim from TMobile went great.(NOTE Ultra 20 5G)These people took my email information, accessed the issue and had me all changed out in 1 hour...just as they said they would! That doesn't happen a lot these days.THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE

The battery I ordered on line was back ordered and an amazing employee offered me a loaner knowing we re getting more snow. He also took the core so I didn t have to keep lugging it around until our battery came in!

Been bringing car fobs in for battery changes and always received immediate friendly service. I recently had dropped and scattered my iphone screen and these guys had it repaired within an hour.These guys have always been very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. This is the place to go to if you want the service done fast and correctly.

Horrible experience with an advertised discount for golf cart batteries. Placed 3 separate orders for 2 batteries each. $404 for each order. This included a 10%discount as advertised by the store for online orders. The discount was given by the company on each order. 2 of my orders were cancelled and the reason was I manipulated the system? What?I need 6 batteries and they are offering an incentive for me to purchase from their store. What difference does it make if Larry, more and curly all place an order to get 2 batteries each with a discount or I place 3 orders and get the discount? Now I will be looking elsewhere to purchase these batteries cause I m a little miffed about the rationale about how this company attracts customers and then slaps their hand when we try to reach for the cookie discount that was offered! Hahaha .too funnyYou know,at the end of the day the store is going to sell those same 6 batteries for 10% off to somebody and the the cost and net profit will be the same. Just different customersPretty silly if you ask me. Have a great day

We came to have my daughter s iPhone front screen fixed, the employees were super friendly and they explained what was being done, and how long it would take & that it would have a warranty on there work that they preformed. We were really happy with the quality, and speed of service. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their screen fixed! THANKS again.

Great service - I brought in a key fob with a broken component in the guts, and a little later same day got the call that it was all fixed for $30 (including new battery). That's vs. $350 to replace! And they did a cell phone repair back a while ago quickly, efficiently and low cost. Great business - I'll make sure to recommend to anyone needing their services. It's still possible to get something repaired - a miracle!!!

Place is horrible!!! Never visit this store!Never had a worse experience. Never been treated so bad. guy who owns store would not answer calls to resolve issue. Stay away from bitter, resentful , manager.

I must say the store was well put together and employees friendly. however I was disappointed that this location was unable to perform a CR2032 fob battery replacement. I was told the battery was soldered and they would not be able to replace it. understandable but you would think being the top name in the area they would be able to perform this task. not sure the reasoning no one there is able to solder or solder inside a fob. was referred to BMW service center.

I went into Batteries Plus Bulbs because my son had car battery issues that required a certified tech installation. He was so pleased with the ease of the successful purchase and installation that it prompted me to think about two watches of mine that had stopped several months back.I took the watches in ( older Brooks Brothers models ) and for ~26$ I left with fully functional properly set watches. No muss no fuss.

I thought it was a great repair at first. But after about 26 hours, I can say that I ll never use these scam artists again. The touch screen doesn t work properly at all and I ve had to purchase a new device since their botched repair. Avoid at all costs.

Somehow my IPhone 11 camera got smashed. Verizon would have replaced the whole phone with a high price tag, but they did suggest I check out Batteries Plus Bulbs. They saved me almost $100. Only took a few days to order the part and it is as good as new. Great friendly service and quick.

Just had an iPhone 8 battery replaced. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable taking a couple of my calls before I showed up. Turnaround was quick and there are plenty of great products in the store as well. Would recommend calling ahead to gauge wait-time. Great place!

Great service. Battery for running my CPAP machine ran out while camping. Called this place to see if they had what I needed. Arrived a few hours later, and they'd already picked it out for me!

Dropped my cell phone off here and picked it up about an hour later with a new battery. I just timed it with a run to another local shopping trip. My phone battery is like new. Saved me lots of money as I like my phone, but the battery was no longer strong. Well worth the price to get a new battery as my phone is now good for another year or two.

Batteries Plus Bulbs is a great place for all of your battery need the people who work there are awesome there prices are great and the store is stocked extremely well. Greg the person who assisted me was top notch and great to talk to. I ordered my golf cart batteries online and picked them up in concord. The order was ready when i arrived and Greg helped me carry the batteries to my truck. Again Greg is the Best he is friendly and provided great customer service. I highly recommend batteries plus bulbs and ask for Greg.

SAVED ME SO MUCH! My iPhone screen stopped working and I took it to BestBuy. They said "$399 and we get it back in one week." Nope. Went to T-Mobile and they said "Try the screen place down the road." And indeed, they fixed the screen and saved me hundreds!!! GREAT

Went in to get my iPhone fixed. Thought my charging port was kaput. Turns out it was completely clogged w dust etc. they cleaned it and were done in less than five minutes. They could have easily pulled a fast one on me but didn t. Highly recommended, honest great people !!!!!

Do not bring your phone here for repair! Pick any other store the service here is the worst! These people genuinely do not care about making any effort. Dropped my phone off for a repair that was supposed to take an hour and a half and they had it for almost 4 days. I need my phone for work so called in advance to verify they had parts in stock and was told they were. Various problems came up as they tried to fix it and each day I was told it'll be ready tomorrow. Each day I rearranged my schedule and cancelled work meetings waiting for a call. Each day I let them know I was going to rearrange my schedule so needed to hear from them so I knew what to plan for. Each day I got no call and had to follow up myself being told again " oh I was just about to call you, didn't work out it'll be tomorrow". I can understand that things happen and parts are faulty, it happens. The lack of follow up and just flat out not being up front about where things were at is just unnecessary. After all of the work I lost and repair fees, it would be cheaper to just buy a new phone.
