NH State inspection, oil change, and tire rotation without an appointment could not have gone smoother. There were 5 cars waiting plus a full bay so the expected wait time was 3-4 hours. I was walked to the waiting area and was pleasantly surprised. The space was like a friends livingroom. Coffee and water, comfy seats and a big screen TV. I was told the wait time should be 3-4 hours but in 90 minutes I had my keys and my car was spotless and ready for the road again. Thank you

So glad that we have Banks Chevrolet to Purchase & maintain our vehicles.We purchased a 2023 Sierra from banks in concord our sales guy Brennan is amazing. went in to check on radio. and he scheduled the appointment, made sure when we arrived he had a loaner waiting for us. I brought my 2023 GMC Canyon in for the 2nd time due to having a dead battery in a couple of weeks. They claimed it was a radio update that caused the first dead battery, but said it was all set. Brought it back for the 2nd dead battery and waited approximately 4 hours and was told I would have to bring it back as they didn't have the part in stock. Not very impressed so far. I was so impressed with the dealership and the salesman that I bought the 2023 Canyon and came back the following week and bought a 2023 Terrain. Brought my car in with a sunroof issue. They flooded my interior and tried to get me to pay $600.00 to clean it by claiming I had mold in my back seat. Never had mold. Reached out to the dealership and no one responded. Poor service with lies.

I visited Banks to have three recalls repaired. I also chose to have an oil change and inspection since they were both due as well. I made an appt. I was going to stay and wait but the wait was going to be approximately three hours. I chose to leave and go home to wait for a call. I live 25 minutes away and had to arrange for a ride both ways.I was not offered a loaner vehicle and feel this device should be made available when having extensive work such as the recalls that were necessary. My service appt took just shy of five hours. Although I am pleased with the service, I wish I could have been offered a loaner vehicle so that I didn't need to be picked up in Concord and then driven back.

Great service experience last week at Banks. I took in my 2022 GMC 2500 Diesel Denali for an emissions recall and routine oil/filter/tire rotation and state inspection. The place was busy as can be when I dropped it off at 9am. I was processed quickly and the work was performed in 2 hours, well within the 2-3 hours time I was quoted. Checkout was equally as friendly and efficient and the work was completed as requested. They even remembered to reset the oil service indicator (other cars/other dealers I ve had forget that!). I ll be back in 5000 miles or so for the next service.Services: Tires, Oil change

Banks has been my dealership for 35+ years. They have exceptional service starting from the purchase. They have gone above and beyond for any of our vehicles. My adult children go there as well and have experienced the same service. I will continue to come back until the day comes when I don t drive which will be a long time. This was my 1st svc since purchasing my 2019 Sierra, I couldn t be happier! They did an oil change & tire rotation.. they even offered to clean/detail as well! I m happy to recommend Banks to anyone looking to purchase or service a vehicle. Everyone from start to finish was AMAZING, friendly, respectful & honest. Brought my Tahoe down for an oil change and tire rotation, was in and out in 2 hours. Everyone was nice and communicative. Nice seated waiting area and cafe are added bonus.

The people at the counters are mostly nice and wanting to help. Our favorite person there is Linda. But something else goes on behind closed doors. We have been there 5 times now for warranty work on our certified pre-owned within the first year and a half we owned it. It was all for the same problem that they apparently had a hard time fixing.

Made an appointment weeks in advance for a slew of services, including new tires, alignment, inspection, etc. The appointment was for 9:30 in the morning, which is the time I dropped it off. I was asked when I would like it back by and I responded as soon as possible because I had plans for the day. Key word: had . I had to cancel all of my plans and ended up having to call Banks 3 times throughout the day to check on the status of my car. When they called me, they actually phoned my husband, who gave them the correct number to call, yet he was still the one one they called again at 6:00pm to tell him my car would be done in 15 minutes. Arrived at the service desk at 6:20 and they couldn t find my keys or paperwork because mycar was still being worked on in the shop; I endedup waiting until 6:45pm for my car to finally be done. They were unable to put new tires on because they didn t have them in stock, which means they couldn t do the alignment either. After having my car for 9+ hours, all they d done was an oil change and a state inspection. When I asked the woman at the service pay desk what the point of making an appointment in the morning was (as they ve had my car all day and did nothing on it), her reply was that oil changes are on a first come first serve basis . Having used Banks for oil changes for years I understand this, however, I had asked for an appointment for multiple services beyond the oil change and the only other service that happened was the inspection. It s very unfortunate because Banks has always been a very convenient way to get oil changes, tire rotation, and service, however they ve lost a customer today. I will not be going back there because they wasted my entire day, forcing me to cancel my plans for the afternoon/evening, and didn t even do the bulk of services that needed to happen, which means I ll have to spend more time waiting for my car to receive new tires and an alignment somewhere else. I truly don t like leaving negative reviews, however, this level of customer service is so unacceptable and rude. We purchased our GMC from Banks and decided to use them for the oil change, tire rotation and a service recall. Banks was a bit further and we had many options in between our house and Concord, but the service center and waiting area was very nice and the price was competitive with other dealerships. We waited and the service was quoted at 1.5 hours and our vehicle was complete exactly on time. Thanks for the service, we will be returning for our next oil change and tire rotation.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had a recall repair done at Banks and the job was easy to coordinate in terms of them getting the part(s) and scheduling the job in the service department without any unnecessary delays. The job was completed by the requested time and cleaned up nicely before it was returned to me.

I bought my Tahoe at Banks in July, this was my first oil change. Booked online, quickly got a confirmation call. The service also included a recall on the 3rd row seatbelts. Service Department Here Is Top Notch... HOWEVER It's Somewhat Annoying That When You Need To Have Something Done There Is A 2-4 week Waiting List To Get In... And Even More Frustrating That When You Have Potential Safety Issues Or They Don't Have The Parts On Hand And You Need To Come Back ... YOU END UP IN THE BACK OF THE WAITING LINE AGAIN AND NEED TO WAIT YET ANOTHER 2-4 WEEKS TO GET THE SAID ITEM FIXED AND INSTALLED ... As Much As I Love The quality Of The Service ... I cannot recommend them to friends any more due to the extensive wait list... I would encourage banks service to develop a system that has techs designated for people who need to come back for parts installed and designate techs for safety issues that may result in an accident should the part fail completely...I had an airbag light come on and they told me 4 weeks to get it fixed ... I asked if it could go off on its own and they told me they couldn't answer that... I was a nervous wreck driving for 4 weeks worrying that my airbags would go off for no reason and cause me to get into an accident as a result... I don't view this setup as banks has it as even Remotely ok ...

Recently purchased a 2020 GMC AT4 from Banks. After a month of driving, I noticed a steering issue so I called Banks and they scheduled an appointment with me. Banks technicians diagnosed the issue and replaced all that was needed and then even aligned the truck. When I picked it up it was washed and vacuumed, and the truck drives beautifully!!Very professional establishmentService: Steering & suspension repair

Over the last 4 years Bank's service dept. has serviced my GMC terrain & Buick regal.The car care service entrance is excellent for customers to drop car, for repairs/ inspections.. you can wait in customer lounge area with power outlets for phone/laptops & with the small cafe/counter it is very comfortable.Having enough service bays & technicians, oil changes, state inspections are fairly fast. They are very through, incase something you may not be aware of goes unnoticed.The service managers have been very communities, and help you with correct information for you to make sound decisions.I Thank all the Bank's Team sales & service in Concord, NH.

Bottom Line. I was misinformed, pressured to move my business to Banks from a competitor assured I would receive all the same deals and quoted better pricing if I would receive rebates. Very transparent in my questioning if Banks was an authorized dealer since I saw no applications and did not see them on the manufactures website. Made to feel ignorant and told no worries. In fact banks staff went into great depths of inaccurately educating me how credit lines work and how rebates work. My concerns were validated and Banks was 100% inaccurate when it came time to satisfy the bill. Manager said he would call and speak with manufacture and get back to me on Monday (the next business day). Followed up with a walk in on Tuesday and told me he would work on it that day and get back to me. Three days later no contact made to me.Ended up paying 100 more when it came to satisfy the bill after installation because they were not correct. Maybe even more if I can t get this partial manufacture rebate. Pay first, won t trust them with anything more than basic service. I found basic service for oil changes wonderful but will not ever trust them for anything further. Nice waiting area
