I've bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. As good an experience as you will likely find out there. Competitive pricing combined with a no-pressure, smart and laid back sales team = good purchasing experience. They have a huge inventory with every model in just about every trim and color there is, right there on site. True, there are other comparable dealers elsewhere, but the culture at Banks is top notch and pretty tough to beat.

Absolutely phenomenal service. This is the third dealership I went to searching for a new SUV. I had a terrible experience at Quirk in Manchester, so by the time I called Banks Chevrolet I was extremely frustrated and discouraged. Before, we went to the dealership we called and my first point of contact was Erika, and WOW, she is amazing. She answered all our questions, put us at ease, looked up the information we needed on 2 vehicles that we were interested in. Provided quotes on the phone. By the time we went to the dealership the next day just take look, we had all the information we needed. We were immediately welcomed, they were ready for us and salesperson Brennan was ready to assist us. Brennan was extremely polite, friendly and very professional. All the numbers Erika quoted us were accurate, no BS, no surprises....just full blown honesty. I really didn't think I would walk away with a car the same day, but thanks to Brennan and Erika I did. I couldn't stay and sign all the paperwork and Brennan said no problem....he delivered the car to our house and brought all the paperwork for signature. In the comfort of our driveway he went over all the features and asked us several times if we had any questions. Told us to call him if we needed any help with features. Seriously....best Service ever! He picked up the car that we traded in as well from our driveway. I am overly impressed with the high quality of service and not to mention the best price ever for my new Suburban. Other dealerships were providing ridiculous prices...and at one point dealership the sales manager become argumentative after I called him out for basically false advertisement, but not at Banks Chevrolet. The smoothest transaction I have ever had and I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. No BS.....straightforward honesty, no pressure tactics. I highly recommend Banks Chevrolet!

It would have been nice if they informed me of the extensive process I was going to have to go through to get my key mods programed. For example: make an appointment to have it done. example number 2: it was going to cost extra money to have it programmed after the $300 you had already originally spent. I'm sure they have plenty of things going on but a quick briefing would be helpful.

I was treated very well by the staff. The only reason I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the service department was told to replace ANY items that were faulty on my truck when i had it in for a major repair at the end of its warranty. When I got it back a month later, I registered and inspected the truck, and it failed due to things like rear brakes, a wheel hub (banks only did one of two) and 2 ball joints. Except for the brakes, all was covered under the extended warranty. They cost me almost $1.5k in additional repairs because they did not do the repairs while the truck was under warranty. Otherwise, they were amazing to work with. I will return to banks.

I have been going to Banks Chevrolet for a number of years I go there because I can bring my car in for service have an oil and filter change for approximately $39.00I get my car washed, vacuumed and even rotate the tires is all part of that service free and they safety check the car over every time and if there's any thing wrong they let me know. if any of the normal schedule service comes up they let me know what it is and how much it will cost. They have a nice Lounge room you can sit in and watch television use the Wi-Fi I even have a computer that you can use while you're waiting for your car to be worked on. And if that's not enough there's even a little small Cafe you can get sandwiches coffee soup muffins ect. At decent prices . The service staff mechanics and the sales Personnel are all good folks easy to talk to and always willing to help.

Do not waste your money. After charging me 1.5 hours ($188) of diagnostics MORE than they told me I would be charged for, they couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car (after supposedly 2.5 hours of diagnostics) and the key they cut for my door doesn't work. NOT HAPPY.

Good service, waited and the waiting room is very comfortable. Have a small cafe, had full breakfast, logged into work and was more productive than in the office. Wonder what I can have done tomorrow.

Only took 1 hr for an oil change/filter//tire rotation/vacuum/car wash.. $ 59.00 can't beat that price excellent service senthetic oil::)

Horrible I drop my truck off at 9:30 in the morning and I didn't get it back until 4 p.m. waiting for an oil change to check my brakes they did machine my rotors and change headlights I didn't even get the car wash that's supposed to be courtesy it's becoming a big habit with them.
