Standard AutoZone store. They have most everything you'd need for your car or truck. I've bought everything from brakes & rotors to cleaning materials. Most items are in stock. If they're not in stock, they can usually get the part by the next day. Prices are reasonable for most items, though I think Wally world might have slightly cheaper oil.Of all of the chains, they have the best combination of prices/parts. Staff are helpful and will go out of their way to help lyou.

I've had good luck over the years, but I was quite fried returning parts that were faulty and given in error which ruined Christmas party plans.I asked for a simple store credit for the gas I burned...bc my friend was given the wrong and faulty parts...I didn't think my request was unreasonable then I was told there's no button for that.Corporate gets two dings for this experience, and an employee gets one.The supervisor on was trying to be helpful.

I have never had a problem with this store, just in one day I've had to come to and at least 9 times buying something then returning it because it was wrong and they have helped me with a smile Everytime and tried above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Will never go to another auto store in that town again.

Bought a new AC compressor for my Mazda. Staff were very informative and knowledgeable. Great vibe in the store, everyone wanted to help and it was a genuine experience. Reading through the comments you can see why I will be back again.

This store works well together as a team. Very positive and upbeat. If there is something they cant find they work together to find the best solution for you. They also have wonderful prices. I was able to find everything i needed and then some! Great store, great products and they have wonderful team employed. Great job. Keep up the A+ service everyone.

Totally unprofessional store. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Was getting bad already due to a horrible and corrupt commercial manager that gives terrible service and plays favorites with some customers then illegally screws with others commercial account billing, then continued to go downhill entirely since all of their good employees quit due to bad management, poor pay relative to the industry, employee and customer mistreatment and other very weird situations. District management does not care about any of this going on the store and will not fix it.. it is very hands off. If AutoZone cared about their reputation they would shut this store down or at the very least let the remaining employees and district management go and start fresh.

I called on Sunday June 18th. Yes it was Father's day but my vehicle broke. So I call and asked if they had a front strut that I needed. The guy on the phone said no. They could put in a order and it would be here on Tuesday. Its now Wednesday and I call and get told that they never put in the order. I will never call or use this store again. Talk about being useless. I called O'reillys and they had it in stock. I was just trying to be a loyal customer. NOT NO MORE.

1 positive part w the experience low cost of part, negatives no email confirmation & store couldn't rectify it, misleading email day after order placed telling me my part was in(it wasnt in extra time and phone calls to clarify, long wait to get part, called to confirm part was in deed at store 16 min hold followed by another 4 min hold just to confirm part was at store, after 30 min drive to store and expressing my concerns for bad customer service no acknowledgment from staff for inconvenience, no offer from staff to rectify there bad customer service, no apology, I would not recommend this store to my enemies let alone friends.

Staff is helpful, but I payed $45 for a pair of "cheap" beam-type wiper blades. I can get the same thing or better for less than $30 on rockauto, including shipping.

My battery died after working an overnight shift and I needed a new battery asap. Sebastian and the staff working (young lady at front desk) were so kind and helpful. Sebastian wasn't sure if he would be able to change it out due to the condition of my old battery. He took the time to see if he could and was able too! He was SO fast!! I appreciate the top notch service and kindness! Thank you so much! Very grateful and tired nightshift nurse. I highly recommend Sebastian at Concord AutoZone.

I stopped in after work one day to get a replacement bulb for my headlight. I had already been to another business but they didn t have the right bulb in stock. I work in Concord, but live in Manchester so I was worried driving home with only one headlight working.As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Tyler G. He helped me find the right bulb and went above and beyond by coming out and helping to install it for me. It was quite chilly outside, but he took the time to help me out and did it with a smile! I am so grateful for his help and drive home knowing I was safe on the road with two working headlights.Tyler is an amazing young man and he is an asset to your business. Thank you again for your amazing service!

Needed a replacement battery for my Jeep. Called and talked to Sebastian who gave me a few options and prices. I told him I just had surgery and was sending my wife to get the battery. I asked if there was anything he could do to help as I wouldn t be able to lift the battery for a week or so. No problem he said. My wife arrived at the store 20 minutes later, and not only was everything set to go but Sebastian went above and beyond and installed it for us! His customer service was great over the phone and then he went the extra mile to deliver it in person. I ve always had good service and help at this Autozone location but today was the best ever. Customer for life!

Amazing customer service! Needed windshield wiper blades replaced and the representative was so helpful in selecting the correct ones and installing for us with a great attitude and they even threw in a complimentary washer fluid!

Thanks Steve J.Amazing staff, very helpful. I stopped by to have my lights replaced on my converted school bus. Steve was friendly and professional to help me out replace the stuck lights. He was so nice even cleared out the left over debris of the broken light. Amazing experience and would highly recommend this concord, NH AutoZone.

I have nothing but praise to report in dealing with Sebastian and his crew on a warranties with a faulty starter and returns for extra parts not needed. The shopping experience was seemless and would recommend this store to any one who wants to experience excellent customer service.Scott

About a month ago I was driving down to Maine from Vermont and my car stopped working right off of the interstate. I had some trouble with the battery earlier that day but did not expect my car to die like this. I was able to get a jump and drive to the nearest Autozone.Paul helped me out a ton. He came out and looked at my battery with me and hooked me up with a new one. I was honest and let him know I didn't know how to install it and he very kindly came out to help me once he was done with his customers. Overall a really positive experience. Give this man a raise

I stopped in with a blown headlight and Sebastian was happy to find the right part, and since I was 200 miles from my tool kit, installed it for me as well. Perfect service, couldn't ask for better. Five stars!

I was getting ready to drive out of town for a job interview when my battery suddenly died. Thankfully, I was across the street from Auto Zone, where Amber and Paul came to my rescue. Amber was so kind and friendly during my time of need and easily ran a test to confirm my battery was indeed dead. Paul expertly installed a new battery for me in <10 minutes--he even checked to make sure my alternator and starter were working properly! Thanks guys!UPDATE: I still appreciate the customer service Amber and Paul provided, but the issue was actually with my alternator, which I discovered when my battery light came back on after about 30 mins of driving. Thankfully my repair shop (Goodyear in Concord on S. Main St.) was able to test to confirm I had a bad alternator and fixed it in time so I could still make it to my job interview.

I went In to the Concord, N.H. AutoZone on Fort Eddy Rd. The other night at about 8:45pm when it was raining and my windshield wipers on my Mercedes broke and I couldn t find new ones anywhere, and what do you know autozone didn t have them either because they were some weird German style that nobody stocks, of course but Pauly and Steve J. Went above and beyond to pretty much fabricate a windshield wiper to fit my car so my wife and I could get home safe!!!! Now mind you the store closes at 9pm they didn t hesitate one bit to help me get home safe because they were closing, they didn t care they didn t even say anything. They just stayed until it was done and I could get home safe!!! So big shout out to Pauly and Steve J. Thank you guys so much for everything you are exceptional employees and AutoZone should be very happy to have you guys as employees!!!!!

They helped me pick wiper blades and the stuff was awesome. But they only had 1 choice for blades for my van... So ya. But I don't blame them as the transit connect uses a wired size and latch.

Went in with a dead battery and before buying a new one Sebastian offered to take a look. He was able to tell it Honda s battery connector coming loose and that the battery was still fine. Sebastian saved me over $150 and made sure I was up and running with no purchase at all. This Autozone earned a recurring customer, and the staff at this location go above and beyond for everyone.
