If I could give this shop a negative 5 star review, that would still be giving them too much credit.I was the victim of a hit and run on the highway leaving my vehicle inoperable, and I was over an hour away from home. Based on my location at the time, I apparently had no other option for tow except for Above All Collision. I was promised they'd take good care of my vehicle. It has been well over a month and no one from their shop ever assessed my vehicle. I was always told when I called in that I *had* to work with the shop manager, Matt. I'm still curious about why; he never did or said absolutely anything useful, nor does he appear to have a clue about what goes on in his own shop. According to Manager Matt, they don't keep record of any 3rd parties (like insurance adjusters) that come to assess the vehicles on their property. Any time I asked for clarifying information (or absolutely ANYTHING that would help to point me in the right direction) I was met with rudeness and being hung up on. They never assessed my car, and they never were able to provide me with any information about this mystery adjuster that came to assess my property. They quite literally did nothing at all except add to the problem.So if you want to confirm facts or details with them in the event you have a debilitating accident, don't count on being able to speak with professionals. Speaking with someone even the slightest bit knowledgeable is a tall order. Lucky for me, I only paid the low price of $1800 to escape their useless clutches, though the itemized details of this expense will probably forever remain a mystery.

Above All did an incredible job! After my car was side swiped in a hit and run incident, Above All was quick to fit me in for a repair estimate. They gave me a timeline for the repair period (which they stuck to), and overall the entire process was seamless and easy. It s like my car was never damaged. At the end of service, they even detailed my car for me free of charge. I would absolutely bring my car back to them for any external repairs and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

My son and daughter in law s car was towed to this shop following a hit and run accident. Above All kept her car, charging storage fees, for nearly 6 weeks.Shortly after the accident, they contacted my daughter in law to tell her an insurance adjuster had been out to look at her car. Since she didn t have insurance at the time, she assumed it was the other driver, who had since been found and arrested. Above All was unable to tell her who the insurance company was because they don t keep records for that kind of thing. She asked, multiple times for an estimate to get the car fixed. He refused, stating that an agent had looked at it. After speaking with the police, the DMV and receiving the accident report, it was confirmed that the other driver also had no insurance. My daughter in law, again tried to get an estimate, and was told no, she needed to turn over the report to him so he could contact the other driver. That s not how that works, he was just holding on to the car to rack up storage fees, because the car was clearly totaled. The bill was payed and the car was towed to another center that has confirmed that. Now, because she has left them a negative review, they slander her name and accuse her of insurance fraud on a public forum??? This place is a joke and they will be hearing from the lawyer for slander

Unfortunately I can't rate the quality if thier work, because they still haven't finished my car. Back in July someone backed into my car and damaged the rear driver's side door, that person's insurance said they recommended this place, at the time I thought they were recommending a good shop. I wasn't able to drop off my car to be worked on until Sept 18th, about two months after the accident, other shops in the area I had called could have gotten me in the week of the accident. It was only supposed to take 5 days, near the end of that initial estimate I called, was told that the replacement door had come in but was sized wrong, irritating but understandable, I was more irritated by the fact they hadn't bothered to call and let me know about the delay. I was told the car should be all set later the following week, when I called later that week I was told there was another delay, apparently the mechanic needed blackout tape to complete the work and that was on order, also they were fixing damage to the front door from the accident, the front door only had a small ding in it that I could have fixed with a hammer in about 20 minutes. I called again this week and now they say it is in line to be painted, hopefully this is true. However they only have one paint booth at the moment because the other isn't working and they don't know why, it didn't sound like they were in much of a rush to fix that booth though, odd seeing as how they need it for work. So hopefully I will be able to get my car back next week, but I'm not going to hold my breath, from the other reviews I've read, which I should have looked into before agreeing to take my car here, they typically take at least three times longer than their estimated time and always seem to have reasons why. To me it seem like they don't plan out their work very well. As far as the communication, I'm not expecting to get an update daily, that's unreasonable, but I should be informed when there is a delay in my repair and when it is back on track. From my experience they don't actually care about getting your car back to you as soon as possible and are hurt trying to make as much money off the repair as they can. Never going use them again if I need bodywork. I'm willing to bet all the great reviews they have are bought.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible place - I had a crumpled fender. They have kept my car for 4 weeks - and still no work on it yet - They won't give me a completion date. They just say 'ordering parts' over and over again. Do not use this business.

Scheduled an appointment a month and a half prior to my truck actually going in. At that time I expressed that this is my work truck and the timing im receiving for my truck is accurate or somewhat accurate i was quoted 5-6 days and was reassured it was going to happen in that time frame. I than waited 7 days for a call or text update that i was supposed to be getting all thru out. Just to get the information that my truck was still waiting on parts and than was going to he heading into paint. Interesting hearing that after the original time i was quoted and assured it was going to happen in. I than was told by Pat he was going to do everything to get my parts in asap and would give me a call middle of next week with an update. I than waited almost a week again before i had to call and finally express that this was setting me back with my own business and at that point i was told again by Pat this truck will be done by Wednesday of the following week. Again waited till about noon to call and at that point was told was waiting on parts .. again .. I did not get my truck back till almost a month after i dropped it off. I understand the whole parts thing and lead times and just this crazy world we live in just to get raw materials totally understand it in the construction world of it it s fantastic. But how do you have something scheduled for well over a month and when the truck gets there your waiting on parts? Than i call a week than two weeks than three weeks in and still . Waiting on parts it does not make sense. This all almost cost me 2 jobs thank goodness it didnt im sure nothing would have come out of it anyway just another angry customer like in all the reviews you read on google. Needless to say do your due diligence before going to a shop and please due diligence before you get a job in front of you. Mind blowing how this happens would love to hear why

Great service. I was there for a car inspection and they called me to tell me the rear brakes needed to be done before they could pass itGave me a reasonable price and completed the brakes and inspection in a reasonable amount of time

Don t ever go to this place. First of all they lie to you and pawn you off over the phone. What s worse is after having my 2019 truck for two months to do body work they decide to test drive it the day I m supposed to pick it up and suddenly realize it needs a new steering column, costing me nearly $2,000 in rental fees because they don t know how to properly manage a project. Then I pick up my truck, and they didn t replace the side mirror or sidesteps as well as repair minor dents on a different area rod the truck that were all from the same accident. I was told that they order the wrong size steps and they would call me when they came in to have them replaced. Never called. Two months later I have to get new tires because the front tires were wearing completely uneven. Turns out that the tire company can t do a proper alignment until the steering column they installed incorrectly is fixed. They re then contacted and say it s not in them. So here I am with a set of tires that can t be aligned because they didn t install the steering column correctly. A loose side view mirror, broken side steps and dents still in my truck, not to mention they got clear coat paint on the chrome rims and the gas tank is messed up somehow. Needless to say I am going back through the insurance company and if that doesn t work I will be filing a lawsuit. Unbelievable. I own a small business myself, I do t see how they stay in business operating like this. They were paid over $12,000 to do body work and a steering column.

I have no idea the work they do as they still have my car. HORRIBLE communication. Never call you back, never give you updates. They promise three weeks. Then it will be done the next week and promise to call you. Never hear from them and aren t returning my calls. Five weeks and counting. No car to get to work. My car was towed for the winter ban, which I was unaware of. No problem. Your car gets rightfully towed, and you go pick it up. That's where you would be wrong! They tow cars but aren't actually open to recieve them. So instead of getting my car back and making it to work the next day, I have to wait until morning. On top of that, now my car is damaged and I'm sitting in the waiting room while the owner basically told me I'm lying about the damage. So now I am missing my whole day of work instead of just grabbing my car, paying my dues and moving on with my life. I hope no one else has to deal with this. I brought my car to Above All Collision for repair as they were the preferred auto body shop for the insurance company held by the individual who hit me. This shop is over an hour away from my house, but the preferred status enticed me because the insurance company would honor the quality of the repair for the life of the car. When we brought the car for the initial adjuster inspection, they provided me with a date in which to drop off the vehicle and mentioned the rental care would be taken care of in-house as they re affiliated with the local rental car business. This proved to be false as when I dropped the car off the rental company was unable to provide me a vehicle and I was forced to have a friend drive over an hour away to pick me up only to bring me back the following day to obtain a vehicle. They did not communicate with me, or their affiliated rental company on progress or expected completion so I was forced to renew the rental agreement numerous times. When the vehicle was completed I noted multiple deficiencies with their quality of work and was told The person who deals with this scenario is out numerous times and would contact me when they returned. They continued to dismiss my claims and I had to take the vehicle home. After multiple emails to their business they did not communicate further. I called numerous times and the story stayed the same - they did not cause the damage to the vehicle (despite their photographic evidence supporting that they most definitely did). Inevitably I had to get the insurance company involved again and it was determined that they did not follow the required protocols for their adjustment inspections in the first place. Once the insurance company was involved we made some progress because it seemed as though they wanted to keep their preferred status. They wanted me to bring the vehicle back to them to look at it . I communicated with the insurance company that after what I ve gone through already, I didn t feel comfortable bringing the vehicle back to them for more repairs .It s amazing the quality of work and customer service that you see when there s no direct monetary exchange. You re just another check box for the insurance company. My car was towed by Above All Collision because my condo property management company called them because I couldn't move my car after a snowstorm because of a dead battery. That's not their fault, they're doing their job. The condo people could have been more understanding, but oh well. I have no income, so I've had to leave my car with them much longer than expected while I wait for my tax refund to replace the battery, which has been delayed by the IRS. With the amount of time that the car's been there, Above All has been very understanding and patient with me and I appreciate their cooperation. Above All going Above and Beyond. My daughter had a tow and some work done on her car. From the tow staff to the mechanic s and then the front end at checkout. All professional. Awesome. The ease of calling to obtain information was remarkable. The whole establishment were warm, polite and helpful. The pricing was also good. They got me in and out at a good time. Communication was kept during the process. Definitely a place I am glad I tried. Definitely suggest this place.

It's never a pleasurable experience to need a tow. That being said when I discovered my flat tire in the morning I got a pleasurable and friendly driver to come out in 30 minutes and tow my car to a shop. I have no problems recommending Above All Collision to my friends or family. I would rather not need their services in the future, but I would certainly use them again.Service: Car towing

I ve had 2 cars fixed here. And everyone I ve had contact with has been awesome! Patrick, Alex, the ladies at the front desk, everyone. Excellent to deal with.The quality of the work has been amazing, the prices absolutely fair, the time frames for completion spot on. I couldn t be any happier.If I could give 10 stars I would. Got into an accident that required my door to be replaced. Every time they gave me a date, it came and went and then they'd push it out another week. Got the car back after several weeks of this and... My lock doesn't work.After taking the car to another shop, it turns out they replaced my door with a door for the same model but different year, which made the locking mechanism incompatible.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Don t get your car towed here they will take advantage of you, went same day to get my car as it was towed and I got there 30min a after close because the police lost my tow slip so I was waiting for 45mins for the officer to bring it to the station so they charged me an extra $125 for a gate fee . Been towed many times never seen a place quite as greedy as these guys pray your car doesn t get towed thereService: Car towing

Great service. Nice and quick, plus my car looks brand new on the back end where i got hit. Super helpful staff. They even cleaned the inside of my car and the outside!! Would recommend this place to anyone who needs car repairs.

I have brought numerous vehicles here and the staff is top notch. Especially their spicy and spunky office manager whom is so caring and compassionate going above and beyond. It's the little thing in companies that make them so great Even lending me a phone charger because my rental did not have a USB plug to charge my phone and even calling me a day after getting T-boned in my brand-new truck the day after to see how I was doing. You don't find this appreciation for customers in large dealerships. Nothing is better than family owned small business these days. Would not recommend anyone else over Above All Collision.

My experience was absolutely fabulous!! Quality work, very people centered employees and easy to work with. Worked very well with my insurance company and repaired my car in an appropriate time frame. I highly recommend Above All for your collision repairs as they are honest and forthright with their estimates and their work!

My wife forgot to put oil in her car and the typical result occurred. They towed it to their garage and diagnosed the acuity of the damage. Her engine was lost, but the charge for both the tow and diagnostic was so much lower than competitors. They were also happy to let the car stay, while the cash for cars process (privately acquired not affiliated) was underway, which took about two weeks. They have acquired a new family of customers.Services: Engine repair, Car towing
