AAMCO in Concord New Hampshire did a fantastic job on fixing my Toyota RAV4! I had gone to a previous shop and had a terrible experience being given attitude and charging way more than what was reasonable and that shop had suggested that I replace the entire transmission. That was not the case here and my car is in great shape again! They give you a piece of mine with a warranty and they have financing option so you don t have to pay a lump sum of cash upfront. Their customer service is stellar and they gave me a rental car while they were doing the work on my vehicle, which I am forever grateful for because I was able to keep doing my job! I highly recommend to anybody that needs transmission work to come to the shop even if you re far away! It s totally worth it!

After the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT THE MANCHESTER AND MILFORD NH STORES, Jeff and Jeremy and everyone at the Concord store has restored my faith in humanity. POLAR OPPOSITE LOCATIONS! It was like day and night. To make a long story short CONCORD NH AAMCO has the best employees , managers and OWNER, who actually care about their customers and take EXCEPTIONAL Pride in their work. I would recommend Concord NH store .If you want great CUSTOMER service in a timely manner, QUALITY WORK AND MECHANICS, then ask for Jeff or Jeremy or Clayton or any employee and you will leave a very happy customer! Thank you guys so much for turning my horrible experience into a great one!

Well built transmissions that will outlast the life of the vehicle. Timely and professional.Jeff understands the gross quality control of GM trucks and there transmissions. My Silverado's torque converter blew out and killed the rest of the transmission.The only solution was a full transmission swap, which will be replaced with their custom built Aamco HD 6L80 Transmission with a Professional Branded Twin Disc Converter. This is the part GM should have installed in the first place! It's ashame that a solid trusted brand is tainted by cheaping out on parts.Now with the new parts the truck runs better then when it was new, proper engaging and disengaging, ultimately improves the HP, responsiveness and even better gas millage.Not all Ammcos are created equally, Jeff and Concord Ammco do their absolute best to get that rating. Jeff even trust his work so much he personally guarantees fixing it if something goes bad.Their reputation is more important than profit, more mechanics and shops should be like Ammco Concord.

These guys are awesome. I have used them several times and they do great work. Very knowledgeable and upfront about what is needed without trying to sell you things you don't need. I highly recommend them if you have any transmission related issues.

The guys here are not only friendly and very knowledgeable but go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Took care of problems beyond transmission issues when i came in for my 1,000 mile check up. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back for any transmission needs.

Had a transmission acting up. Took it in for free diagnosis. Next day I had it. Wasn't good, needed transmission rebuild or replacement but was given 4 different options depending on how much I was willing to invest in the vehicle. I made my choice and if I have future vehicle trans. problems I'll go back. Jeff, Clayton, Jeremy- all very helpful and I'm sure they could quickly and nicely help with your transmission (or any) questions and service.

Talked to Jeff the whole time and he kept me updated throughout the whole process! Had my truck at another transmission shop for 3 months and was not getting anywhere called Jeff and he was able to get me in quickly then went above and beyond fixing the previous hack job done by Manchester. Concord AAmco is owned by honest people that help people by doing the job right the first time.

Jeff & Dave were Excellent. 8am Appointment. Got me in within 5 minutes. Showed me my issue on the lift and were very patient & professional with me. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I have found my new mechanics. Thank you Jeff & Dave. I WILL be back!!

Brought my car in for a diag on the malfunctioning transmission. The service person was very helpful and brought me the dip stick from my car and put to bed my concern of low fluid levels causing the problems. I got a next day appointment and returned to find out what was wrong. The problem was electronic and I was advised that more diag was needed to get to the problem. The appointment was made and I brought the car home for the weekend. I did research on what I was told on the internet. My findings lead me to decide not to get the car fixed. I returned prior to my appointment and told Jeffrey what I had decided to do. He was very supportive and offered to check out the replacement vehicle to make sure all is right. As I was getting rid of the problem car I received a discount on my bill. I would return to this shop again if I have a need to.

Jeff at amco transmission very knowledgeable. Great to work with. Did some numerous tests on my transmission didn t charge me a thing. Great guys really respectful and really knowledgeable. They got the job done quick and fast definitely have my business.

I had dropped my truck off to them for shifting issues. Jeffery was awesome to talk to the team he has over there. They didn t rush through. I got the truck back and it shifts and feels 10 times stronger. Huge thanks to them. I will 100% recommend them.

I brought my 03 Ford Ranger XLT to AAMCO last month after having transmission issues. They were able to fix my transmission and have been extremely helpful since in diagnosing other, non-related issues.The loaner car I received when I needed work done helped me get to work and back for a couple days while more work was being performed.

They were very accommodating and great! Did great work on my car and bent over backwards to help keep the costs low and work around my schedule. Even worked under a transmission warranty which many shops in the area refuse to do because of the understandable hassle.

I live in Concord Jeff and Jeremy are the only people I call when any work done on my vehicles and if a friend asked, I tell them the same I ve never had a problem and they ve always treated me With respect and professionalism, the price is always been fair and they ve always worked with me. Can t say enough good things about this Aamco in Concord New Hampshire.

They actually give free estimates!!!!!That seems too good to be true nowadays.Someone I know was skeptical and said that maybe they give free estimates just to get people in there and then lie to them and tell them they need a new transmission.That is not at all the case!I only had to wait four days for the free estimate. they called me back the same day to say that they found no problem with the transmission They were incredibly honest and professional we hired them to replace a transmission in a truck years ago, and we found the same outstanding customer service at that time.Service: Transmission

Extremely friendly and helpful. As a women that usually gets lied to about cars (even though Ik a lot about them) this place was very honest and not looking to get money out of me. I couldn t ask for a better team working on my car. Very patient and considerate!

I recently took a 2015 Subaru with a problematic 4th gear to have it looked at. The diagnosis was a failing (worn) synchro. Rather than just pushing a new transmission, or a rebuild, I was given the option of purchasing a used transmission. Additionally I was informed that I could simply continue to drive the car knowing that 4th gear will progressively get worse over time. That last option is what I'm going with for now. So while I didn't have any repair work done, I appreciate that I was given all the options, including one in which the shop makes no money.

AAMCO Transmission and Total Car Care is hands down a great company! We needed a new transmission and had no idea on what the steps would be and no matter how many calls and questions Jeremy and Jeff were always so pleasant to talk with and answer every question! They don't try to sugar coat anything, and no matter what's needed they walk you through all steps with compassion and understanding. I brought my car to AAMCO in June after discovering that the issue was not covered under my warranty. I briefly spoke with Jeff and Jeremy and explained the problem to them. I ended up getting the majority of the repairs paid through my insurance. The communication between the two men was exceptional, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my situation. When it was time to pay and pick up my vehicle, I had issues with the amount of money I was using on my card, and Jeff went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, I recommend using them. They are straightforward, don't try and talk mechanic jargon you don't understand, and communicate with you for any anticipated or unexpected issues with your vehicle.

Very impressed with all aspects of my service, during my first phone call they listened to both my car issue as well as timing. They made accommodations to get me a loaner car and fixed my transmission in two days so I could have it before my trip to drop my son off at college. It was a terribly expensive repair but Aamco made it as easy as possible, highly recommend!

All questions answered in a timely manner. We were made aware of progress, timeline, cost. We recommend AAMCO Loudon Rd without reservation.

Great place for all your car or truck transmission needs great and friendly services also they just rebuilt my transmission to my 2017 Chevy Impala and Jeff and the crew did such a great job doing it and they were very informative during the time it took to rebuild it which was very helpful and gave me peace of mindThank you again
