Rare for me to give a 5 star review but these guys get it 100%. Had two trailer tires blow out on the way up, they had new ones in stock, good quality tires and swapped them over within 20-minutes. Would highly recommend for any tires needs.

Recently, I needed tires for my daughter s Subaru. In conversation with Brian , he asked questions no other tire shop asked and help identify the right tire for my daughter, a commuting college nursing student about to graduate and work in healthcare where avoiding snow and staying home will not be an option. This morning she drove her car in the snow for the first time since getting the tires and sent me this note. These Tires Kick Ass I drove 2 1/2 hours each way to get these tires because of the attention to detail and the experience overall was fantastic I was in and out of the shop in one hour. Top-notch people, top-notch service, competitive prices, and a true passion for taking care of customers.

Great place! We take all of our vehicles here for undercoating and, most recently, to install a lift kit on our 4 Runner. Theyve always done excellent work and had amazing customer service.

Got an irreparable flat tire while camping in the area and didn t have a spare. Northern Tire ordered me a replacement tire for the following day and provided us a loaner overnight. Once they had the tire the following day, my car was done in an hour. Very, very grateful they were so accommodating and impressed with their high-quality level of service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First of all,I am a repeat customer, And I travel 1 hour round trip from Stark to do business with Brian and the others, Karen,Brian, and our tire installer Kevin.I called Brian in May of 2022,and made a deal for 4 new winter studded tires.Right after I made the deal, I had to have Major Surgery,Brian and Karen assured me they would honor the agreement no matter how long it took me to get in for the purchase!So after a lengthy recovery period, I called Karen at the end of September-to make an appointment for the tires to be installed.I arrived at the appointed time and Karen welcomed me into the shop, and put Kevin immediately on the task of installing my tires,which he did with efficiency and pleasantly.I can wholeheartedly recommend Northern Tire and all the employees.Especially the fact that they held my tires in stock,and honored the aforementioned agreed upon price.even months later!!!No wonder I am a repeat customer ,and will continue as suchAnd congratulations on75 years of business!!!Ray ( Jim) PerkinsStark New HampshireService: Tires

I was up in the Colebrook area with my sister camping and fishing. I was towing a trailer as well and on the way home got a flat tire on the boat trailer. I didn t have a spare and was quite distraught because I had to be back in Southern NH for work that night. I called Northern Tire with my predicament. They were awesome! I believe the gentleman s name was Don. He dropped everything and drove right out to us, got us back at his shop, installed two (I asked him to replace both for piece of mind) new trailer tires and had us back on the road within 30 minutes! He didn t try to over charge us and was so easy to deal with. I can t thank Northern Tire and Don enough for stepping up for us in our hour if need! Highly recommend them! Northern Tire is a wonderful business with an amazing staff. I don't even live in NH, but it's still my go to tire place nonetheless.They were able to sneak me in when I had a flat conveniently right before my journey home.They even have loaner cars if needed.

Feb 2022... I have included my previous post as everything there is certainly still true. To add more would be pure hyperbole! Gotta love these guys!Easy to get an appointment. Brought me in on time (how rare). Did a thorough inspection. Nice facility - very clean and neat. Very helpful and competent staff. I will certainly continue to be a client.

Great service, and will get you in as soon as they possibly can. They have several protection programs for your vehicle and tires. I deliver mail, and they have come through many many times when time is crucial.

Chris and Brian are professionals in there jobs. The customer experience is always top notch. They give you the facts and make sure you are driving a safe vehicle. Plain and simple these guys are the best! They provide great service, on the rare occasion there is a problem it is quickly resolved, and their customer service is the absolute best around. They work hard to let you know they appreciate your business! And it is locally owned and run. Worth the drive to Colebrook if you live in the area.

What a wonderful experience 5 Star service. Staff was very polite and extremely helpful. Work Northern Tire has done for me is better and cheaper than any dealer can do and the owner Brian is always around if you need to talk with him. From the start I felt confident leaving my car there when I arrived Renee at the front desk was very nice and friendly and Chris also spoke with me before I left to make sure that they were doing the services that I wanted and he was really great about that too and when I got into my car after they fixed everything it felt amazing it felt like a brand new car and for that I will always continue to return to Northern Tire thank you for your hard work and dedication you have a great team! Also a big shout-out to the mechanic who did the work because they're the ones that do all the actual work on the vehicle so I don't want them to go unappreciated so thank you also for your hard work!

Everyone here is awesome! My car was back and forth between them for repairs, and another garage for body work, for almost a month. The whole time they let me keep a loaner no questions asked. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because I feel they missed a few things that they shouldve caught when they originally had my car and it would've saved alot of time and stress. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say.

Went in with a flat tire ,no one seemed interested to help so I had to ask anyone doing tire's today, a young man finally said what do you need, I said I'm stananded in the woods with a flat and got a ride with the tire,he asked is it on the truck? Apparently he wasn't listening, no it's off,after looking around at the three other people he gave me an answer yes it will be an hr ,ok so I sat with the my ride,,,,one flat fixed,,50 dollars I was shocked, he said we patched it ok and plugged it, ok and balanced it, so maybe I am out of date but 50 bucks for a flat.,,,,owner response to review was far.Service: Tires

We are new to Colebrook and found Northern Tire by chance when we needed to have our tires inspected and cannot say enough about our postivie experiences.There is no dobut they are experts at what they do but the customer service is amazing. We found the staff helpful, accommodating, friendly but the personal touch they provide is something i have not experienced in quite awhile.Since we found this place we have purchased our winter tires, replacement tires and have my our vehicles serviced by them; not because the pricing is reasonable but becasue of the personal touch they add to thier customer service.I highly recommend Northern Tire for your needs because of their great service at a great price!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Every time I come in I am treated as a valued customer and the work is done correctly, and priced reasonably. I have three vehicles and all of them are serviced here. Traveling from Boston I sliced a sidewall while driving on some logging roads nearby in Pittsburg on Thursday night of Columbus Day weekend. Down at the Buckrub Pub, I was told to take it to Northern Tire by a very nice couple who live in the area. They said they were great people. And they were. I went there first thing on Friday morning. They Fixed my tire (needed vulcanizing which takes 24 hours) and had me on my way the next morning. My tire was good as new. Later that weekend, one of my friends who was up with me lost a wheel on his truck. They found him a flatbed tow truck service that right away came and picked his Ram 2500 off the side of a mountain. Even though it was late in the day, they promised to help get the old rim off (lugs were rusted on) even if they had to stay after closing. These are great people, they do outstanding work at a very reasonable price, and I highly recommend them. Thank you Brian and Spencer.

These guy are a true class act.... Even with the crazy idiosyncrasies of an Airstream trailer, they mounted, balanced & installed 4 new top of the line tires and retightened the wheel bearings of 1 wheel in less than 2 hours. We watched the entire process and the guy who did all this work did so like he had worked on a million Airstreams even though he could only deal with a single wheel at a time as an Airstream cannot be jacked up like any other trailer. Really enjoyed the work done by Northern Tire. Easy to get an appointment and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also it was great that they had a service car I could use while they were working on mine so I wasn't stranded.
