This auto repair facility is 5-star all the way. The reception desk woman is very friendly and helpful, the mechanics take time to explain what was found and your options and the owner leaves you with the impression that he is truely glad you brought your business to them. Never had any doubt about the honesty here and have never received any surprises on my bill. They do great work at reasonable prices.UPDATE 9/5/18: Yep, still outstanding all the way!

C4 did my clutch slave cylinder on my 11 VW after we tried a master in the pedal assembly. They confirmed what we thought, set expectations for time and price right up front. Very nice team, love their dogs. Will go back to them again

In my experience with c4 auto they just pump money out of you if you re not a local. Brought two vehicles here with parts ready to go and both times they said it was wrong part and charged me $80 for looking at it then told me to take my vehicle back and set up another appointment. One instance was the muffler that just got disconnected so I said to just cut it off and piece a pipe back. They said it couldn t be done and told me it would cost $384 to do the job. I brought it south and paid $100 to have the entire job done the way I presented to them. Clearly just looking to pump money out of people for nothingService: Auto exhaust system repair

C4 really goes above and beyond for their customers. They re always friendly and helpful. Even if there s something they can t do (RARE) they will always lead you in the right direction and keep your car going as long as it can. 2010 Tundra and they took care of it like a baby. It stopped running while driving, had it towed there and they put a new fuel pump in. A couple days later stopped running again, towed back and had a faulty fuel pump. Replaced pump at no charge. I have been doing business with C4 for years. Whether it s regular maintenance or a major fix, I ve always felt well informed. I ve had my own truck get a full makeover, with lift, dual exhaust, big tires/rims, and color matched fenders, to my kids vehicles getting major fixes to keep them safe on the road. Chris is great at breaking down the must do s and the should dos and the can wait 6 months. I m thankful to have C4 taking care of me and my family s vehicles. Most recently I tried out their new detailing services and could not be happier. My truck feels brand new and the price for the service was a real deal! Give C4 a shot, you will not be disappointed!!!

I am grateful these folks could come tow my car after hours and get it fixed for me fairly early the next day. When I did a google search on them I saw hours Monday-Friday, 7-5. Unfortunately when I called and talked to the woman at the desk and told her I was coming from Pittsburg to get my car, she neglected to tell me that they close for lunch at noon which is exactly when I arrived so I had to wait for almost an hour til they got back. My suggestion... please tell people when you tell them their vehicle is ready for pickup and or at least update your google search to show the hour you close daily for lunch to avoid this happening to any more otherwise satisfied customers.

Very convenient! Less expensive than Northern Tire. Love the dogs keepingg me company while my car was inspected. Will definatley use them for all automotive needs.
