The team here is great! My tire change went well and they made great time for being short staffed. Very friendly staff all around. Moe and Richard went the extra mile for me and fit me in when they were over booked. I would have given 5 stars, however Walmart s corporate is not supporting this shop as best as they could. Corporate is double booking appointments online and will not fix the technical issues. It s extremely unfair for the technicians as they re already understaffed. Thank you to the team. Corporate Walmart needs to do better.

Kinda rude called several times over 3 days never answered the phone. Went in about /2 before closing and guys in shop looked out but never came out to assist. Returned when opened on Sunday morning and was short and said no appointments for about 2 weeks and he walked away. So how do you make an appointment.? Thanks but no thanks bought tires elsewhere already installed 4 days later.

I had a great experience with Richard yesterday, I went in to get my tires changed that I purchased online. They sent the wrong tires but Richard did everything he could to help make the problem right so that I was able to leave with new tires! Great customer service Richard, thank you for everything!

I registered just to schedule an oil change appointments and was struggling to get here in time just to wait 40 mins for them to be free. What's the reason of your calendar then? It's frustrating

Don t get an oil change here. They didn t bother to replace my filter and didn t tighten the bolt enough so my oil leaked out everywhere like a month and a half later and I essentially spent $45 for nothing.

Went in to buy Tires for my wife s car the tire deal we saw was only available online .. they only had overpriced tires in the store and just to get a salesperson to acknowledge us was not easy by any means

Moe was excellent. The tire techs were honest and preached safety. Bought 4 new tires and done in about an hour. Price was reasonable. I would recommend them to othersService: TiresService: Tires

They are the cheapest oil change price in town but they need to get more staff help most of the time they are short handed overall they do a good job just need help

Ordered tires online through Walmart and asked what the cost for service would be; the woman on the phone said there would be no mounting fee because I ordered online through Walmart. She failed to mention, however, that there would be a 1.50 tire fee for each tire and a 12 to 14-dollar service fee for each tire. Was told it would take 45 min to an hour; it took an hour and a half. Some associates could use some improvement on customer service skills (I work in retail). I usually don't write full on reviews but I felt others should know. My partner took our car to get a back light fixed yesterday and was turned away because it was "inventory day". Our usual auto center in Hinsdale was closed for the foreseeable future. So the man sold him the lights, and told him he could come back tomorrow and they'll fix it no problem.He drove a half hour over there this morning bright and early for them to tell him there were no available technicians for today and try another time. So we drove all the way out for nothing. Don't take their word on anything!

VERY good turn around time. People were organized and helpful. I shopped while waiting, they sent aText and announced over the PA when done. Resonable rates. Ordered online and made tire change appointment online too. The schedule program should've sent reminders.

This was an awful experience. I came in with a friend and her baby to get her vehicle an oil change and was told it would be 40 minutes. 1.5 hours later the mechanic came out to ask us how long it takes for air to come out of the tire. We told him we are not here for that and it has been a long time already. He told us we would be next and I explained that our vehicle was already in the bay. He paced back and forth so I got a manager from the store because there was no auto manager on. 2 hours later we were finally done with an oil change and told the tire leaked air. Which it does not otherwise he wouldn't have been so confused. Never getting mine done there for sure.

Best prices in town for oil changes and they have walking service which is also nice. Just make sure they reset your computer when they do your oil change because they forgot to do that on mine and it caused me problems. If you're having your tires changed over or rotated make sure they actually change them over or rotate them. And also if you are getting a Tire change over and you want your old tires back you better check your car and make sure they actually give them back to you because they disposed of mine without my permission and they were perfectly good tires that I wanted to use another season which I told them when I brought the car in.I was very upset about that unfortunately I didn't realize it for a couple of days and by the time I did it was too late.

Unable to get through on phone for over half hour and then was told the only had 2 of the size tires I needed and I should just go buy them online. If I wanted to buy online I wouldn't have waited to talk to someone for 30 minutes. Man was very rude!

No interest in helping me, despite arriving early as advised in other reviews. Didn t even ask me what vehicle I brought and needed tires for. I m pretty used to men in this industry disregarding me because of my gender (which in itself is outrageous), but this was especially disappointing given that I d driven so far.

I first want to say if I could give negative stars I would. I brought my car in to have my snows put on in November. I had my own tires just neede a mount and balance. I have a rwd Mercedes and the tires I brought were all labeled since the rear tires are wider than the front. I asked to keep my old tires for a warranty issue, which they threw away on me so I couldn t deal with my warranty. Fast forward to feb I brought my car into my mechanic and found that my tires were put on backwards meaning my rear were in the front and vice versa. This has now caused me to have to purchase new tires because of the offset and a realignment. I would recommend their tire expert learn how to do his job, very unhappy with this and will never bring another vehicle in for anything.

Everyone always tells me 'omg, you get your oil changes at Wal-Mart? You should never do that." Knock on wood, I've never had an issue. Cheapest oil change you can get, and quality is the same as the popular shops. Only down side is they don't do appointments, so ya gotta show up ready to do your grocery shopping and hope its not a long wait (usually isnt too bad when its not season for people swapping their tires lol)

I came looking for a specific tire they said was on their web site and it wasn't then when I asked for a recommendation it wasn't right if I had used the tire they had it could have damaged my car. Plus there was a long wait for having any work done. This is not the fault of the employees it the way Walmart is.
