This place is great! I was in and out in about an hour even with all the dirt and mud they had to work with! Staff was very nice & helpful, prices were good too! Overall a major win. My baby s got new shoes and drives like a dream (car wash is next, I know) Thank you Winter H and the whole team! Great job!

Really came through in a pinch. We had a bad tire while on a road trip and thru had the exact sizes we needed for our cadillac cts. Fast service they got us in and out in less than an hour. Great selection of tire and wheel combos. I'm definitely coming back to get the hook up for my BMW.

I needed an emergency repair on my son s vehicle which his tire had popped on his way from collage. I called and spoke with the manager Winter very friendly and was very concerned of the situation comparing to the 3 other shops I called prior I spent more time on the phone with other shops than my entire experience at Town Fair Tire in Claremont,NH took. Very quick and prompt the technicians are very friendly and well mannered. Kudos. I m forever a Town Fair Tire customer now!!

This is the ONLY tire store I will ever go to!! As a repeating customer I always appreciate the consistency this store provides with above and beyond customer service. Not something you can find just anywhere. Winter and his team always take care of whatever I come in for in a timely manner, and I always feel super positive leaving the store! This time I came in because of a flat tire, and Winter was phenomenal and helped me out big time. This store is doing it right and I will continue to send service their way as well. Thanks guys!!

Such a good experience, i needed a tire sensor fixed and they made me an appointment that day, had me in and out in 20 minutes and they were all so nice and had great customer service!*edited to add, went back for an alignment and Winter was super helpful again with getting my car in on the same day, and updating me when necessary. Also, so friendly, and ready to help!

Ricky and Winter were very helpful. I ran over something and needed my tire patched on a Saturday. I showed up with no appointment. They were very busy but they fitted me in anyway. In and out in 30 minutes. It doesn't get better than that. Thanks guys.

Everyone there is super nice and friendly! I went in today to get a slow leak fixed on my tire. Hunter helped me out and fixed it in 20 minutes. He was super nice and understanding!! Definitely recommend!!!Thank you again Hunter!

I tried this place after my husband had a good experience here having snow tires put on. I just needed a plug for a slow leak. I got there 10 minutes before my scheduled time and they were able to start immediately; I was out of there in half an hour. They could not have been friendlier (special thanks to Winter H!). The store is super clean. They also have a lovely little waiting area, where you can actually see your car getting repaired on a TV screen, and they have estimated wait times posted. And the prices seem extremely reasonable. I got this job done for free, but if I had paid it would have been about $13. I will definitely be returning here the next time I need to purchase or have work done on tires.

Townfair is the place to go! I called on a Saturday afternoon needing a last minute appointment, & even with an already full Saturday, Winter still made it happen for us! He provided phenomenal Service & went out of his way to accommodate us. That is customer service you don t find every where. We will definitely be bringing more business to them

Town Fair Tire in Claremont provided excellent repair service. The facility was clean and accommodating for me and my family, and the technicians were efficient and prompt, was in and out in less than an hour which is lovely with an infant! Hunter provided excellent customer service that was much appreciated in today s world.

Ben, Winter, and their crew were amazing, professional, and very speedy in changing all 4 of my tires, disposal and alignment. I will definitely be coming back this winter to get my studded snows.

Had a great experience today with the crew at the Claremont, NH store. I got right in, and Ricky did a fantastic job repairing my flat tire. Can't thank them enough for getting me back up and running so quickly.

This is my 3rd visit. Glad I chose TFT! These guys are always helpful and polite. And there s even some laughter going on. I bought my tires there, and when I ve needed repairs, they ve always done it in a reasonable time frame. Shane and Brandon helped me today, both good guys! I don t know where I picked that mail up, but they helped me lose it! Thanks guys!

I had ordered my snow tires in advance and when I arrived at Town Fair Tire to have them put on my car, realized I had ordered the wrong size. Shane was super helpful and accommodating. Installation was quick and I left as a very satisfied customer. I highly recommended Town Fair Tire of Claremont!

Only place I could find that would mount 33s on 22 Inch wheels but they screwed up the wheels more than they were already. ( Major Scratching and Chipping) So moral of the story is they don t care about your stuff unless you bought it through them. Would recommend if you don t care much about your wheels as they were polite and professional.

I walked in and asked for an estimate. Brandon helped me right away. I explain to him that I bought a car that had issues I was told none of them. The car needed two new front tires as well as an alignment and I was told if I went to town fair tire, the place I bought it from would pay for those things. so I came to get an estimate and Branden listen to my story. Patiently asked me what was the name of the company that I bought the car from he found it in his computer gave them a call and got an immediate approval for the work that needed to be done . My car was taken in the back three minutes later where it received two new tires and a front wheel alignment. Branden was amazing. The work is done quickly and I couldn t have asked for anything better. Five stars both to Branden and Towne fair tire.

Great service; Derek was very friendly, and he listened to us about our issues and needs. He got us in quickly and suggested a rotation as well, which i had completely forgotten to request. I'm glad I found out TFT was now in Claremont.Update: Winter is also great! Friendly, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable.All three (so far) of my visits here have been great.

First time in this location. Stopped to inquire about an alignment on my over sized lifted truck due to recent replacements of parts. Not only were they able to but to my surprise they were able to right then. Took right in did right away and job seems well done and the price is very fair.

Update:I had a great conversation with the Director of Customer service, Rich Allen regarding my service. He was extremely professional, accommodating and had the willingness to listen to my concerns. He assured me that he would follow up with the Claremont location with my concerns that was glad to hear that Kevin in the Keene location would be continuing my service and taking care of me. I told him that I will still always be a loyal customer to TFT. I stated that there may be a day in the near future that I may have to return to the Claremont location and am willing to give them another opportunity.Update:I've been with Town Fair tire for over 12 years. I've always trusted them. I've worked with the general manager, Kevin Moriarty from the Keene location since 2011. I was a manager at the Applebee's that shares the same parking lot. I even brought him business and my loyalty when he was transferred to the West Lebanon, NH location.Had a sidewall blowout and was towed to the Claremont TFT. The manager, was thorough and knowledgeable, however did not have the best experience that day.Kevin Moriarty from the Keene Town Fair tire, called me personally today, to follow up with my visit , and assured me he would fix this. I will return to Keene to complete my service. Thank you Kevin and TFT.

Brandon helped us get everything we needed the same day, which was a huge relief! We needed new tires before a Thanksgiving road trip and had been disappointed by another tire place before coming here. He completely understood and put us at ease right away! We will be doing all our tire business with Townfair from now on.On another note, Hunter didn t help us at all, but he seems like a standup guy.

I had to get a tire patched and they got me right in and on my way. Ricky was professional, friendly, and helpful and made the experience a pleasure. I will happily go there again when my tires need replacing.

I was told to check out TFT from a friend. Called one day and the got me in the next! Hunter was extremely helpful! He was able to figure out my situation and I was back on the road in no time. Thank you Hunter for all the help! They have a very clear showroom that's well organized. They have a seating area with a TV where you can watch what is going on with your car. Along with a snack machine! Everyone likes snacks The next time I need tires I'll be back in.

I have purchased my tires and had summer/winter tire changeovers done at Town Fair Tire for years now. I have used both the West Lebanon and Claremont branches and have always been very happy with the service I've received. I love the new feature they have of displaying the interior of the service bays on a big screen TV in the waiting room, along with a board listing estimated time to completion. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the service manager who was on duty when I went in for my tire changeover in November, as I would otherwise call him out by name, as he is very courteous and helpful.
